Our waiter was great!! And it is a great place, good food but I just thought too expensive. It was just the 2 of us and bill was $200, think that is just too much for the meal. We will only go back if its a very, very special occasion.

We went for my husbands Birthday. We had reservations (which I recommend) but we were slightly late due to an accident that caused terrible traffic back up. My son arrived separately so I asked him to let them know we were running a little bit late. They had no problem with it and when we did arrive we were seated immediately with a card on the table signed by the staff to wish my husband a happy birthday. The waiter answered our questions and was very knowledgeable about the entire menu. We very much enjoyed the night. I had the 6oz filet while my husband had the bone in filet. We shared side veggies and everything was delicious.

The food was excellent. However, the service was not what I was expecting for the price and they had a TV at the bar playing sports. For this kind of money and atmosphere, there should not be a TV anywhere in sight. As far as the service, it could have been simply the waiter we had. He forgot to tell us about various things on the menu and he kept forgetting to check on us. He forgot my drink order and dessert order. Again, I would expect better service for the price. We will likely give it a 2nd shot but if the service is not great, we will cross it off our list.

Thomas and his team offer the most romantic dining experience in the area...hands down. Hidden at the end of a small strip mall at the corner of State's Bridge and 141 is a truly unique and exquisite steakhouse. The interior décor is warm, yet exciting. The music selection was a perfect fit for the ambience. The staff is friendly and personable. The seafood was a very small amount for the price. I know seafood is expensive but there could have been more clams and mussels in the dish to make up - they are not expensive. This was the bouillabaisse dish. The other dish peppercorn steak, had too many peppercorns - i love peppercorns but it made it too spicy.

It's not inexpensive but well worth the price. The service is impeccable, you can tell that the head chef is really involved in the entire operation and you feel like you are part of a very special occasion. I took a group from a newly merged company in part to get to know each other - it was very easy to have a good conversation which made the venue the perfect place. I would certainly go again.

Wanted to take my wife somewhere nice for her birthday. Viande Rouge was everything that I wanted and some. The severs were outstanding taking there time to go over the menu and giving us some background info on the restaurant and chief. Wine list was exceptional and the menu had great choices for a steak house. Food was to die for although a touch pricey is was worth it

Wonderful, medium sized, intimate french steak house that provides a very personal touch to your special occasion dining. Service was wonderful and food fantastic. Decor was wonderful and the fresh cut floral display was so enjoyable and aromatic. Homemade soufflé to end our meal was a special touch not found at other restaurants. Affordable (and notable) wine list.

Brought a friend here for her birthday. I made note of the occasion when I made our reservation on Open Table. Imagine her delighted surprise when we were escorted to our table where a birthday card signed by every staff member awaited.
Service was provided by four staff members and all were amazing.
The food was outstanding.
I enjoyed our experience so much that I made a reservation for my family to come to celebrate my son's 18th birthday.

This was our first time, but it will not be our last. The restaurant was everything that we had heard and then more. The service (Robert was our waiter) was fantastic and all of the food was very tasty. The old fashioned was the best of anywhere I have been.

Nice décor- reminded me of a French or Russian Bistro, make a good Old Fashion- not too sweet, good wine list and great service- very attentive without being overburdening. Food was well done- my steak was tender, favorable and right temperature ... my wife did a shrimp scampi appetizer that was very tasty. Especially like the Caesar Salad that was prepared tableside. Pricey but worth it. Will be back soon.
