The last time I went to this restaurant ...
The last time I went to this restaurant it was 18 years ago, I must say not one update has been made. The washroom was DISGUSTING! This place is so run down and in need of a major facelift for the price it charges. Thank goodness the beautiful view is always there or I think no one would attend this restaurant. My steak was cooked well but the sides were more than lackluster. Bland mashed potatoes and mixed veggies that I'm sure were from frozen not fresh. Alot of the staff seemed disgruntled and unprofessional. Walking back from the bathroom I saw a server ball up a receipt and chuck it 10 feet across the room to have it land at a servers station. Doesn't seem like a very pleasant work environment. That really rubs off on your customers and makes for an uncomfortable evening. Our server was great though! We will definitely not be coming back anytime soon or recommending this restaurant to anyone, will probably make the effort to warn people not to ever eat there.

The view was amazing although the food lacked flavor and could definitely be improved especially considering its not a cheap restaurant. I had the seafood medley and it was extremely bland and the prawns were extremely over cooked and tasted like rubber it also seemed to be lacking some of the seafood items that are listed on the menu for that dish. The entrance is inside the harbor center which looks closed at night and there is no signs on the street to direct you inside which is ridiculous. We almost didn't make our reservation because we couldn't find the entrance. As beautiful as the view was the bland food and the distasteful hidden entrance makes me want to try cloud 9 next time.

We had a wonderful time! Food was just so delicious & our waiter was very friendly & made sure we had everything we needed. He was very pleasant. Of course the views were amazing. I thought it would be a nice place to take my daughters for dinner while we were in town & it sure was!

The view is nothing less than breath taking. This place is very unique and the staff very helpful but if you are looking for good food you may want to reconsider. This is a place you go and pay for the ambiance, some drinks, a spectacular view, and maybe an appetizer. The quality of the food is so low and overpriced it is almost a joke. Personally my recommendation to the company is to get a real chef in there cooking some real food and those prices wouldn't sting so much. But the one thing to keep in mind is that you are paying for the view when you are there, not the food.

It was an ultimate dining experience with my wife since it is my first time to see Vancouver in a 360 degrees perspective. The food is great, dining staff are attentive and very customer focus. I will definitely be back again soon and recommend it to my friends and family.

We parked in the Harbour Center basement parking lot (Impark), in the electric vehicle parking & charging stall (we have a Nissan Leaf). Paid for the electrical connection , but the parking ticket dispenser would not accept the stall number (#3), so we assumed that paying for the electrical connection included the parking stall. There were no instructions, or parking restriction notices evident anywhere to be seen. When we returned from our dinner at Top of Vancouver, we had a ticket on the windshield. A real downer to the evening. The restaurant should take care of parking for its patrons. The patron gives the licence plate number of their car, and the restaurant takes care of the rest. Considering the cost of the meals, this would seem to be a reasonable thing to expect. It is done in many hotels and restaurants in Vancouver. It will be a while before we come again.

Waited 90 minutes for main meals on a quiet Sunday night. Our server was uninterested and aloof.
When the food arrived it was Luke warm and very average. By this time we had had enough and our evening was stale.
Very disappointed. The view is not worth it anymore.

The view was great, however, the restaurant only offered one vegetarian option and the food itself was very simple for the price. The service was decent but nothing exceptional.
The view was really great though and we still had a good time. Not sure whether that was because we were under friends or because the restaurant itself created an experience.

While hard to seat customers that all want a window seat, it would be appreciated if better consideration were given for people who reserve 4 weeks IN ADVANCE! What is the use of a reservation when it is first come - first seated by the window view anyway? Waste of time reserving through your app for this particular restaurant.

The food variety and quality has dropped significantly in the last 4 months. The reception was great but the table service was out to lunch, more training is needed to waitresses. The old good variety of food is no longer there, many short cuts were taking in the food preparation department.

The service was quite disappointing ,I've never up and left a restaurant before the meal was served and this time was 90 seconds until. My wife and I , after 1 hour 15 minutes of arrival decided to time off 10 more minutes then leave and the meal showed up 8.5 minutes later. Good thing it was great scenery and we had no where to be or the threshold would have been much less.

Lovely. The views are stunning. First time actually going to this restaurant after visiting Vancouver several times.
Not overly priced/expensive. Nice staff. Can be a fun experience. Can be a romantic experience.

we arrived for our anniversary and were seated ..I drank out of the water and the waiter came over and said the water was from the last costumers! How disgusting. Opened up our napkin and it was filthy.
Probably the worst service and food we have ever had .No apologies ,I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone ever!

I brought out of town visitors here for a sunset dining experience. They were totally in awe. The weather was perfect. The food was great as was the service. The menu is on the pricey side but that is to be expected for the amazing spectacular views that come with it. I highly recommend this to anyone who wants to impress. This is the best!

Went there as a tourist to experience the revolving restaurant with 360-degree panoramic view of Vancouver. The food and service there totally met our expectations, even though our focus was on seeing Vancouver from atop. The prices were reasonable and totally commensurate with the quality and quantity received. The view of the City, served in the comfort of a fine dining room, was really a bonus. Considering that one has to pay to go on to the observation deck for the view, going one floor up to the Top of Vancouver is a much better deal.

Obviously the views are fantastic and that's what you come for. We both ordered lamb and it was great in both our meals (shanks and rack). The veg weren't terrific though, I've had much better mashed potatoes. The service was great, friendly and attentive.

The Sunday brunch was priced at what you would expect for its prime location. The dishes were nicely prepared, and we like how they change the items up from time to time. That also means if you see something you like, you better take it before it's gone. The service was very friendly. Overall a more traditional brunch place great for family get together.

Took boyfriend there to celebrate his birthday. It was his first time there, he loves the view and the food. If you want to see good view, don't go on a cloudy / rainy day. A reservation ahead of time is recommended, but not necessary.
