We were very impressed with the food. The food was better quality this time this the last few times. But the service was awful. My water glass sat empty the last half of the meal, even after asking the waitress several times for a refill. The waitress didn't bring our wine out until we had reminded her periodically over the course of 45minutes. I kept thinking she would explain what was taking so long but instead each time would respond "oh. Let me go get that"... it was overall not the best experience.

We made a reservation for 8:30 PM Our group of 4 arrived at 8:15. We expected to have a drink in the bar area, but we were not seated until after 8:45. We didn't present any coupons or had any special requests, yet we were treated as the lowest priority. We even ordered alcohol! We did not take the cheap route. We also ordered the 4 course meal. We were the last people in the restaurant and did not finish dining until 11:15 PM! We almost forgoed dessert, but we had already ordered it at the beginning of this 3 hour ordeal. It was my best friends birthday and The Melting Pot Tulsa made us feel like an afterthought. I have been here before and it was 2 hours for 4 courses. I don't understand why the service was so slow for our group. We even dressed up.

Was wonderful place for husband and I to celebrate our first wedding anniversary! Went on a Monday evening, so we knew it'd be quieter, but it was so cozy, quiet, romantic without pressure to hurry up and was first time in several months he and I felt relaxed on a date without being rushed/having to yell to hear each other. Been few months since we've been able to have a date at all, so was a welcomed treat for us both. Highly recommend doing the flights of wine paired with four course meal, excellent!

My wife and I visited The Melting Pot - Jenks for our anniversary and it was a wonderful dining experience for us. Our wait person (Nicole) was very warm, kind, and helpful and worked to ensure it was an enjoyable time. Her knowledge of the menu options and the time she took to explain each course completely was very much appreciated. The food and service are excellent! Thanks Nicole!

It was overall a nice experience. Even with the reservation we still had to wait for a table. For the amount of food you get I personally think it is expensive. The table next to us was very loud so, sadly did not turn into the romantic dinner I was hoping for.

We really enjoyed our dining experience at the Melting Pot at Tulsa's River Walk. There were 8 of us there for a birthday dinner including 2 teens. Everyone had a great time! We really enjoyed our server Kaitlyn. She was very polite and respectful and had a great personality. We will definitely go back again. It is a bit pricey but well worth it for a special occasion.

My wife and I went there for our 30yr anniversary. We had a fantastic experience. We received an anniversary card from the restaurant, the store manager gave my wife a red rose and then they wrote happy anniversary on a plate with icing, the waiter was very good, great service and attitude.

Service was the top highlight of the evening... our waitress was very good (sorry I can not remember her name). Special Kudos to Sidney at the front who seated us and allowed us to stash in a closet the chairs we brought for 4th of July Fireworks. Food was tasty (would have liked a few more veggie's but did not ask... our fault). This is a great place for a date or romantic couple's night out. Booths are made to give some privacy and the interaction of a dipping and cooking adds fun and interaction to the meal. We added a bottle of wine and had a marvelous time. Make reservations and get seated promptly.

Worst experience in the world. It normally is very nice but the service was awful. The waiter made my girlfriend cry he was very unprofessional and paid no attention to my girlfriend. It felt so uncomfortable as well due to I got this vibe that he was hitting on me. I contacted management after we left and had to leave a message. The next day I called again to complain and the manager stated he was going to bring it up to the general manager and I never heard word back from the general manager like the manager said. Very disappointed and truly
Not worth the 133.00 dollars I spent on the meal.

Was my food good? Yes. Was it worth what I paid? No. My wife and I got the four course experience. The cheese fondue was good (maybe a little too much wine for my taste but still good) the bread was kind of stale and was cheap box bread they probably got from Ben e Keith or whoever is their purveyor, my salad was way too sweet (Apple bacon vinaigrette), the dressing tasted like apple juice. The main course was good, but I still think it was terribly over priced. Dessert was good, but I could tell they had cheap pre made brownie bites and blonde pieces, fresh fruit was good (obviously) except for the choice of fresh pineapple. Pineapple and chocolate don't really work well together, it's way too acidic for the chocolate. Service was great from the moment we walked in to the moment we left, no complaints there. Noise level was almost too quiet, it felt like we were the only ones in the restaurant and I know we weren't, just a weird feeling.

Our server was amazing and insanely knowledgeable and helpful for our first Melting Pot experience. The staff acted quick knowing we were celebrating a birthday and brought a card signed by everyone. The food was incredible of course. Will go back for more special occasions!

I brought my friends here for my bachelorette party and was so glad I did. Three of the five of us had never been there before. The server was so patient and explained how the entrees worked and was very helpful when we were asking what he recommended. The food was unbelievably delicious and none of us had any negative words to say about any of it. It is a pricey place to go but totally worth it for special occasions or with that special someone. Their bar menu is amazing as well. I never leave without having an Irish coffee. Their wine selection is very nice too. I'm a Malbec drinker and hardly find a restaurant that offers more than one Malbec choice.

Overall this was my first experience with Fondue, and not only did our waiter explain everything, but also gave us some good suggestions based on what we told him we enjoy. I would highly suggest taking your server's advice if you are unsure of what to order!

We've dined here several times in the past year and love the food, the uniqueness etc.. However, this was a 3 hour dining "experience" that just took way too long.. Even our first set of drinks didn't come for over 30 minutes! our order was incorrect, but she fixed it quickly

The ambiance was very nice, but the experience was overshadowed by the fact that we were not told on the website or before we were seated that we would need to cook our own food. We were asked multiple times if it was our first time. It would have been better if you would have come right out and said that we will cook our own food. The language on the menu was that the chef allows you...like there is an option. We would not have chosen this restaurant had we knownvwe would cook our own food.
