We had great service and had a ton of fun. We were there for our Anniversary with some friends. We weren't in a rush at all and were able to take our time to take advantage of babysitters away from the kids! We picked the perfect place to be able to do that. Thank you!

For a date night with my husband, my daughter and her boyfriend it was the perfect place. The waiter, who had only worked there a month, was OUTSTANDING. He made the presentation, explanation of the menu items and delivery perfect! It was all together a great experience and a fantastic meal. We loved the interaction.

the food and experience was fine. on the pricey side and it does take a couple of hours for the experience. our server Nicky was awesome and made it fun. it was also cold as the a/c was blowing right on us and even though we expressed a concern, nothing was done to accommodate a relocation.

After reading through some reviews noting small portions I was surprised to leave full and struggled to eat the last few morsels and chocolate. We tried the four course route. Two and half hours and we were moving along. Cook a bit, eat it cook another and you'll be there hours. Always have something cooking. kimmie did a great job. Always there for us but never a bother. Above and beyond. A bit pricey but fun for a special occasion.

The Melting Pot is always a fun experience, but the service was definitely lacking this visit with slow follow up from on server on drinks and clearing the table. A manager stepped in several times to help. This was particularly unusual since we were the only people there for over half of our visit.

I highly recommend The Melting Pot for someone who is not in a hurry, enjoys family style dining, can eat a lot of food, and has deep pockets. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience and the food was great and the service outstanding. It is very expensive so we plan on returning just for dessert.

Let me start out to say if you go home hungry, its your fault. Make sure you have plenty of time cause if your doing the 4 course meal, you will be there for a while. If there was negative to the restaurant the chairs at the tables are not comfortable. They need to bottle all their sauces and sell them so people can have them at home.

I have to admit, I was immediately a little disappointed because the previous time I had been to The Melting Pot, we were seated in what felt like a very secluded little corner booth, where we could sit next to each other and there were walls on multiple sides of us... making it feel as if we were alone. Being seated at a standard table with chairs, this go around, definitely took away from the experience.
The other disappointment was when I asked if we could substitute the red meat and we were informed that we could, but only for the much cheaper chicken, and not for shrimp, which, ala carte, was still less expensive than the steak.
Overall the meal was good but nothing mind-blowing. The cheese and desserts were most certainly the highlight as, even with the choices of sauces, the meat was just cooked meat when it came down to it, and since we had mostly chicken, it took quite some time to cook it all.
Their deal for 2 is actually a significant savings compared to their base pricing, so that was appreciated, though it still is far from cheap. The coupon that we had which added lobster made for a welcome addition.
Definitely save this for a special occasion where you are going for the experience more than the cuisine.

We arrived for a 3:30 reservation at 3:35, the were many empty tables, yet we were left to wait 20 minutes before we were seated. The table was very nice, quiet and private. Our waitress did not show until 15 minutes after we were seated, with an explanation that she was also tending bar and was very busy. We order dinner and drinks and again waited. without getting into all the details, each course took way to long to arrive. leaving our dinner from time of arrival to leaved to last 2 hours and 55 minutes. The food was good, but for the price I won't go back. Perhaps it was the combination of an expensive dinner with terrible service, or just over priced cuts of meat cooked at the table with to much time in between. Oh did in mention that the meal I was served was not what I ordered, it was requested that it be replaced with what I ordered but again the wrong meal was served. Just gave up, not going back.

I love the Melting Pot but our service was terrible. We were there for lunch and pretty much the only ones there. We spent 3 hours sitting there because the waiter was so slow. To make it worse we had kids and he knew they were being fussy. Most waiters would get your meal fast to get you out. Not this one. There was no reason we should have been there that long with a near empty restaurant.

Daughter's 18th birthday and she chose the melting pot. How could you not love dipping into melted cheese for one course and chocolate for dessert? It makes for a fun night to sit around and talk while dipping.
One of the attendees didn't eat meat (only fish and veggies) which still worked for the main course but took away from the meal somewhat. What he had, he really liked.

Took my daughter here for a father daughter date. The food and concept were great. The waiter was pretty new to the restaurant so the service was just okay. I had come here 10 years ago and it looks exactly the same. Maybe consider an upgrade or remodel. Overall it was still a lot of fun and the food was very good.

The food was great as always, however the first section of the restaurant they tried to seat us in smelled awful, and we had to be moved. Then our waitress was pretty bad, she didn't talk to us hardly at all and made several messes on our table. I generally love the melting pot, but this location is really going downhill

We have gone to this Melting Pot many times in the past and for our anniversary, we decided to revisit it. Upon our arrival, we were seated at a table that had, along with multiple other tables, gnats flying around and a dirty menu. We requested a change of table and they promptly sat us down 4 tables down and there were still gnats. We got up and left; this is one of the few times I have ever, EVER walked away from a restaurant.

This was our first experience at The Melting Pot. We chose The Melting Pot based on recommendations of friends and family that it is a unique dining experience and something fun to do to celebrate our first anniversary. Luckily, we made a reservation online ahead of time. While we were waiting, there were a number of people who were turned away because they couldn't accommodate their groups until later.
It definitely was an experience and while we did enjoy ourselves and the food we had, this wouldn't be an "OMG!! We HAVE to go back there" place. Especially for the price. We weren't WOW'd but we weren't totally let down either.
