We took my mom for her birthday and it was our first visit. She really enjoyed herself, by speaking with her know we agree that it's a special occasion dining option only. The value is not all there for the cost and food options. We did like the experience it offers in that it gets you connected with the people you are dining with. You aren't waiting on your food to come out (since you're doing the cooking) so there is no internet surfing.

I thought that everything was amazing until I went to pay the check. The ran my card for a different tables check that was much higher than mine then ran my card again without asking me first, resulting in a huge bill on my card until they could refund it. It was irritating but I could have gotten over it, .... If the table next to us hadn't had the exact same thing happen. Not sure where the break down was, because the service was awesome, but it made me nervous that they were obviously having trouble with their money side.

I always love going to the Melting Pot. The service far surpasses some of their direct competitors, and the menu is so much more robust. Although I've had the meat course before, we always opt to stick with the cheese and chocolate fondue only. There's an italian meat add-on with the cheese that makes you feel like you got the meat without the waiting.

We went to The Melting Pot for Restaurant Week. We went to the Arlington location which seemed to have a much better Restaurant Week menu that the other one. We were not disappointed.
We had a fun time, tried new things and they were able to accommodate our peanuts & shellfish allergies. We had cheese, meat and dessert fondues. Everything was delicious and we thought the meat sauces selection was the highlight.
We will be back and the girls are talking about taking in some of their specialty nights.

the people working at the front need to inform first-timers what it's all about. I had made a reservation for ladies night out. nobody told me what I should be doing. mgr came out and asked how I was doing... I said I was waiting - could I be seated so I could get a drink? he said sure. No one told else visiting the vendors so we could get tickets to be in a drawing. we had to ask if we were there in time for the swag bags - apparently we weren't - but how is that done? was not very organized at all. our server seemed highly annoyed with us until we finally told him - there's only going to be the three of us so don't judge us. he lightened up after he found out how fun and laid back we were. the food was out of the this world. will definitely go back but there needs to be more organization - especially about handling the first-timers.

This is the 3rd time for me and my husband and this time with a couple that we're close to and we had a great time and excellent food. I love this place and will be back soon, I'm sure. I love everything about The Melting Pot.

Our server was Trey; good personality, jovial, but polite and attentive, made the evening fun. Very observant of what was on the table, noted that someone had come to fill my glass and given me ice...immediately took note on his rounds (just about the right amt of time between table visits), offered to replace glass without ice as I preferred, w/o me asking. Corrected in a very professional and fun way, the placement of the "fishing" spoon which we'd placed entirely in our fondue pot...heat being the risk factor for burn!
The noise level was a little bit high and some of the booths can seem isolated but for a special occasion or a romantic couple meal, could be just the ticket! Enjoyed the meal, the wait staff and would return.

My wife and I really love the melting pot. We frequent the establishment. My last visit I ordered the romance package but the waiter charged my per individual item. Small mistake that costed me more money but I didn't allow that to ruin my anniversary dinner.

Thank you so much for the great service and kindness. Everyone was so kind and helpful. We were celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary, and we both enjoyed our overall experience! This is Doug's wife, Annette, sharing her thoughts. My husband plans on bringing our daughter here for her sweet 16 Daddy/daughter date. Thank you again!!!

Definitely an experience! If you visit the Arlington location be sure to ask to sit in Paul's section. He was extremely knowledgable in his craft, and was able to make fantastic recommendations for our first time there. Overall my experience was perfect, and I appreciate that Paul and his team were able to provide that for us.

I looked this place up online because my husband and I were going to be in Arlington for our Anniversary. I had never been here and thought it looked interesting. I had read the reviews about it being too pricey but I thought, what the heck, it's a special occasion. It is worth every penny! The wait staff was fantastic, sorry I don't remember his name, but he was wonderful! The food was great! We had more than enough for the two of us. Now if you have a larger group it may not be enough, but I'm sure they accommodate to different size parties. Everything was so fresh and appealing. I have been talking about it since we left and telling everyone I know how great it was! I will definitely go again! Thank you to everyone there who helped make our day special!

This was me and my cousins first time at The Melting Pot, we truly enjoyed ourselves. The restaurant was very nice and elegant, the atmosphere was very mellow. The server was so nice and polite and the food was great. I would recommend everyone try this place at least once so you can experience the comfort and hospitality and of course the food, also the guys that traded out the pots were also polite and hospitable. This place has excellent customer service kudos to The Melting Pot!!

The Melting Pot is one of my favorite locations for a night out. If you've never been...dinner takes about 2 hours. It doesn't seem like 2 hours. It really goes by fast, but don't plan on running in for a quick bite. The food is amazing. Our service was superb! Definitely a place we will go again!

The staff here was amazing. We did have one waitress, but everyone was willing to help and check up on us throughout our dinner. One con I do have to point out is that our drinks did take forever to get to us, but they were still delicious.
Left After Appetizers
Its a concept that really needs to be brought in to the 2016's. They bring you RAW chicken, or meat, and YOU cook it yourself, and you pay them twice as much for cooking your own food. If I wanted to cook my own food, I would have stayed home. Anyway, we had two appetizer fondues and left. If they cant lightly toast the bread to dip it in, and one of the fondues was clearly missing flavor, we were afraid what the next course would bring. Place was practically empty on a Saturday night, so we weren't the only ones thinking this is crazy.
The manger greeted us right away due to our server Ryan assisting another table. He took time to go over the menu and made some cost saving options without us even asking. Ryan and Wolfie are excellent servers and everyone who touched our table was eager to ask questions or accommodate any items requested.
