Everything was great except The Tribe lost :(
Bradley, the manager is excellent at making all of us feel special.
Food is very good.
I wish the bar had blueberry vodka!!!!
Pre-game seating for game #5 of the 2017 ALDS. Seated efficiently without too much wait time in the reservation line. Served drinks as ordered and food selections promptly. Good view of Progressive Field and TVs. Food selection was adequate for this type of event. Prices were very reasonable. Would consider this venue again before an Indians game.
We waited 1 1/2 hours for the food and it was cold and the order was incorrect. We just ate it since we knew it would take forever to fix. Our drink order was also wrong and that took 20 minutes. We arrived 2 hours before game time and missed the first pitch after scarfing down our food.
Went pre-game for 10/5 playoff game with my wife and daughter. Our server was gracious but the kitchen and bar were disorganized. Our cocktail order took over 20 minutes to fill. Our food was good but it took over an hour to complete with several trips back to the kitchen to correct errors .
My husband and I enjoyed dining in the Terrace Club while watching the Cleveland Indians win their 102 baseball game! Yahoo Wahoo! The menu is a bit pricey and limited, but the food was very tasty. It is a nice way to enjoy a baseball game once in a while. We will do it again sometime. Maybe with friends.
I would always recommend the Terrace Club for anyone going to a Tribe game. The view is awesome and it feels like a special occasion.
Great views of the field. Everyone was super friendly. Had dinner before the game. Should have been a great way to watch the game too.
The service was great as always. The servers do a wonderful job. The food was mediocre. Since the menu has changed, the food quality has gone downhill. I probably will not be coming back to this restaurant.
It totally sucked are food was given to the people at the next table after they put their hands on it we believe they were going to bring it to us . Supposedly they remade it but then one of them was wrong so back it went . Seemed to be a lot of issues that day . We have eaten several times during this indians season and did not enjoy one visit that we made to the terrace club .
Absolute worst service ever!! Couldn't even get the drink order correct. Our server didn't even seem to want to be there. Took forever to get silverware and condiments for sandwiches, all the while food sitting at our table getting cold. No refills on any water that we were forced to drink, and they forgot a salad that we ordered. Terrible customer service!!!
Great evening spent with friends eating and watching the Indians
It was great , food was backed up and took over two hours .. Our server was great and I felt bad for him .. My elbows from being on table got burned .. Both elbows the skin was burned off . I guess from your cleaning solutions maybe .. We’ll I hope So anyways .. Any way somebody can contact me about this ??
We love the ambiance. We love the selection of food. Most of all, though, we love the staff who makes us feel like family.
Most of us enjoyed our food although one member had a chicken sandwich that she could not even eat. Our waitress was great however the gentleman that picked up dishes and delivering food was not very efficient. He would stack dirty dishes in front of us on the table and didn't use the little stand to hold the Tray of food while passing it out instead they tried to balance it on the edge of the table and almost dumped the food on my husband. One of the members had asked for ice which was never brought to her. And after almost dumping our food on the floor a pickle fell off of the plate, the gentleman picked it up with his ungloved hands to hand to me in which case I did not accept it. I wanted a new pickle because it had been on a tray where dirty dishes had been on it previously. Aside from that the view was great and we had a great time.
Great place to see an Indians baseball game. The food is quite good, the staff is very friendly, at the ambience is great, especially if you like baseball. Good views of the field.
Just a very cool experience to watch the game in a nice place while you eat. Food was better than I'd thought it might be and the service was excellent. Unique!
The food was terrible, very disappointing. The fries were some of the worst I have ever had in my life. I ordered the Cuban sandwich, which has pulled pork, but the pork was so dry, that it was very hard to eat. That was our first time eating at the Terrace Club, and it will definitely be the last.
We love the Terrace Club as it affords good food at a reasonable price most often with a great view of the baseball game. The staff is like family to us. It's one of the highlights of going to a Tribe game ... along, of course, with our 21 wins in a row! Go Tribe!
Made reservations a few weeks in advance and were lucky to attend for win 21. Crystal was wonderful as our waitress. Hostess was cheery and friendly. The food was tasty and a good price except for the dutch apple pie. It had a mass produced feeling with a horrible crust topping. Worst of all it tasted like dirt, possibly an effect from the cast iron pan it was served in.
AS always the food and service and watching the Indians win are a great time
Dine at terrace club regularly. On fri, sept 8 attended game and as usual, planned dinner at terrace club. They advertised AYCE clam, lobster, roast beef, shrimp etc. They ran out if lobster, prime rib, etc. Usually, great place. This event was a train wreck. Appears to coincide with recent manager change. I will be watching but , repeat of this disappointment and will be on the "former" guest list.
The TC has an annual clambake which we have attended for several years. We've never been so disappointed as this year. They were very slow in replenishing the buffet and actually ran out of food. The food items we did get were delicious, however, lobster was a menu item which they completely ran out of and that should not happen in an all-you-can-eat buffet with a $65pp price tag. We never even got one serving of lobster. Very sad because we love the Terrace Club. It is a great gathering place for Tribe supporters.
We only had an extremely limited menu. Or we could choose a clam-bake buffet at $65/person!!! So, we both just ordered hamburgers.
We enjoy going to the Terrace Club before and during an Indians game. Really the only issue I have is that each time I make a reservation (weeks before the date) I always ask for a table by the window for the best view and I have never gotten close to the window. It's very disappointing when I believe I made the reservations early enough to get the window seat. When my party was seated this past Sunday, there were empty tables closer to the window that were never filled (and we watched almost the entire game there).
Just wonderful every time we go. The servers are all very professional and friendly. We have gotten to know 3 of them and they always come over and say hi. Great time
We dine at the Terrace Club regularly. Although the food and atmosphere are great, the service is always terrible! This past visit was the worst! We had reservations, but waited over almost 45 min for our table. Others who waited also were angry, and whoever complained was seated immediately, not in order of arrival. After being seated, we didn't receive our food for 1 1/2 hrs. When our food arrived, we still hadn't received our drinks. One person in our party, never got his salad dressing, after we asked 4 different people. We had all finished our meals, and he still didn't have it. Another member of our party went outside the Terrace Club, and to a different place and got him some dressing. Unbelievable! Because the view is great, and we enjoy the atmosphere, we will continue to dine there, but just expect the poor service. Too bad they can't get their act together and make it a good experience all around.
We had an enjoyable dinner before the game. I would suggest that the club sandwich be brought back to the menu. My granddaughter was somewhat depressed/unhappy that it was not on the menu this year.
Third time we have eaten at the Terrace Club before a game this year. Each experience was very positive. Good food that is reasonably priced with a great view and excellent service.
The food was good and our waitress (Crystal) was attentive and pleasant. Unfortunately, the kitchen system of providing what we ordered was horrendous. We were seated by 5:20 and ordered drinks and appetizers which arrived promptly and were tasty. We ordered salads when we received the drinks and appetizers, probably about 5:30 or so. By 6:30 our salads had not arrived. Our waitress checked at least three times for our order. We finally received our entree around 6:40. They were trying to seat the next group but we (my husband and I) and other tables that were seated when we were had still not received our orders. We finished our meal and paid for it around 7 pm. Fortunately we were not billed for the entrees; thank you for that, Terrace Club. We ended up missing the first half inning of play at the game - after having been seated by 5:20. Totally unacceptable service by the kitchen!
It was a great time before the ball game
The server "Becky" made sure our food was prepared correctly and checked on us several times to see if we needed anything. Food was great. Nice to be able to sit and relax before the game.
The menu at the restaurant bore absolutely no resemblance to the one on open table at all and was definitely inferior. My companion liked her chicken tacos but there is no doubt my hamburger came pre-formed out of a food service box. Ridiculous to try to get away with such poor quality while all around you in the rest of the stadium local chefs are serving great quick service food.
My fiance and I decided to see what the Terrace Club was all about after several fan recommendations. Our view was a little skewed by the design, but we still enjoyed the game.
We were shocked at how quiet it was inside the club itself. We couldn't really hear much outside noise at all. The food came out quickly and was really good! My dipping sauce was missing, but it was quickly brought out.
Out waitress Vicki was amazing and we really appreciated her checking up on us and making sure glasses were always filled and we were taken care of. It was a great time and we would definitely go back!
ssssso this was the third visit in three weeks....the best table ever(in all the years I've come here)....The chicken taco for the third time was good....the chicken tenders (kids menu) was dry and flat (microwaved for sure) the pieces (3) were a good size...
Cassie our server was attentive....too bad there was a rain delay (over an hour)...
Wonder what I'll try next time?!
Terrace Club is our go to place for all our Indian games. Most of the time we get a good table/view. Most of the time the food is good, it's hit and miss..The sliders were juicy and fit he bun on Saturday....3 days later the slider was the size of a quarter...dry.. and the bun was stale.
The chicken tacos on the other hand were good both days.
Lisa our server was very attentive and courteous.
This was our third trip to the Terrace Club and by far the best experience. The other two visits were not up to par as it was extremely slooooooooow service. I believe the difference may have been that we were at the 7pm seating instead of the 5pm seating the last 2 times. The most recent visit was also during the week, instead of on a weekend. Thanks for a great evening.
Great place to watch the game food is decent service is good. Prices a little high
This was my 5th visit to the terrace club in the last two years. I love the convenience of making a reservation via OpenTable, but that is the only positive to my most recent experience. The Indians - Yankees 8/6, 1pm game offered a reduced menu and a buffet option. Everything at the buffet was cold when we arrived at 1pm, except for the brisket. The salad advertised on the menu was "kale and avocado", but at the buffet was spring mix with ginger cucumbers (pickles), sweet peppers, dried cranberries, blue cheese, apples and almonds. It was inedible, and had no kale or avocado as advertised. The "5 bean summer salad" was a bowl of corn with cashews and a lime vinegar dressing. The French Toast muffins were cold fresh toast sticks. For $25, this was a very disappointing experience. Next time I will stick to ordering off the menu.
When I made the reservation I pointed out it was my moms 89 th Birthday Day. No one cared. No singing no cake/ice cream with candle. It was disappointing.
Nice respectful service, unlike the NY Mets venue, there was no rush to close your bill and get you out. They also were very nice in honoring a special request i put in for being in the first row. Food and drink prices were reasonable. I was suprised they didnt have any upscale entrees like steak but food was very tasty.
