Food is great. However service is very poor. It is clear staff are not properly trained. Staff are generally polite but lack the knowledge and skills to enhance the dining experience. No smiles, no 'would you like to start with appetizers?', rather 'what would you like to eat?', no asking if we would like more drinks etc. I even had to ask for my table to be cleared and if we could have a look at the dessert menu! If the waiters/waitresses become as skilled as the chefs, this would be a great restuarant.
Had a grp booking, but table was made on arrival, bit disappointed, bt ignored as njoyin lunch was priority. Food was good mood was good evry1 had a gr8 time & then time came for ordering checks which was series of anticlimaxes - 1st they denied bringing the chck to the table, then at the reception: requested dividing the bills as 3+2+2+2 a simple math, but his reaction was as if it's a very big deal. As he was insisting, nobody wanted to resist purely to keep the cheerful mood of group intact. Finally as the checks came we found that they have charged additionally for a kid. In our group all three kids were within 2-3 years of age! Everybody swallowed it again as we had another plan after lunch and we didn't want to get into any argument.
