It was very yummy and the place is very cool looking inside. The only issue I personally had was that the music was very loud. It was really unable to talk with my dinner partner without yelling or repeating ourselves. You had great music and atmosphere but It was hard to enjoy my dinner company. I would like to eat here again.

We have been to the Vegas location many times and will continue to return. The staff is prompt, courteous and well informed of the menu. The food is outstanding! Can never get enough of the sea bass. Everything we ordered was delicious... Filet, sea bass, pork belly, shrimp, Lima roll.

The food was unique as a Brazilian/Japanese combination. There was also an extraordinary collection of fine and very interesting Japanese whiskeys. I took my son there for his belated 21rst birthday dinner and treated him to an excellent meal and drinks.

Love coming here and letting the waiter pick our food! The only issue we had this past visit was that we were with a group and everyone besides one person ordered small plates so our food came out very fast and we all had to sit there and watch our friend eat after we finished. Apparently the dish she ordered just takes a long time to cook, which is fine, but we wish that would have been explained to us ahead of time (or else space our small plates out more). Overall, it was a great experience, though :)

Food was AMAZING!!!! Our waiter Nick was spunky and energetic and very hands on. He picked out some really great choices for us 4 to try. Kobe Beef Potstickers were out of this world and so was the Yellowtail Tacquitos. Since I don't eat such I ordered the Terriyaki Chicken. Delish!!! A must go to restaurant located inside the Palazzo.

We had 7 in our group and I actually tried to make reservations at Nobu first but they had nothing available at the time we wanted so I made a reservation at Sushisamba (solely from pictures and reviews) and I'm so glad I did. We were a group of all girls on a bachelorette weekend all dressed up to have dinner before a night of dancing. Our table felt private even though we were only about 10 feet from the bar. The menu was great with a great selection of Japanese fusion. I wish I could tell you what we ordered but we decided to have one girl in our group order and then we did it family style. The food was amazing and fresh. Flavors that I had never had before! Our server was great and very attentive since we were that group that kept ordering more plates one at a time lol. The manager even brought out a flight of shots for us on the house for our obvious special occasion (we didn't even say anything, our server just took it upon himself to go above and beyond). After everything was said and done, the bill including gratuity came to $350 for 7 bachelorette girls...$50 each was cheap for the experience we had. This restaurant could have easily been perfect for a quiet romantic dinner as well. Great job.

We had a friend call ahead of our reservation and tell them to give us a great experience and pay for our meal, so the waiter created a three course meal for us and brought us the most delicious items on the menu, it was amazing, definitely the best meal I've ever had.

I've been to other Sushi Samba locations over the past ten years and I feel like the place is losing its quality with respect to the food. I don't think it is what it used to be, but this is my first time at the Vegas location. Maybe things are just fresher in Miami bc it's closer to the water? I don't know if I will come back to this location again. Sushi was ok, and the filet mignon was a joke. Only thing that was great was the service!

Awesome place to eat. Love the mix of south american and japanese cuisine. Have been here many times and it never fails to impress me.
A few tips: get the Wagyu Beef on the hot stone, or a couple of the signature Sushi Rolls.
Last time we were there we had our waiter just decide for us. He asked our budget per person (we went for 150 USD pp) and he came up with amazing round after amazing round of food.
It's a noisy place though and tends to be busy, so reserve up front.

This was a tiered place, the staff was slow and look unhappy in their jobs. The food was over salty, A.K.A chief can't cook, so they over salt to try and hide this fact. It was old and tiered looking as well, not a pleasant dinning experience at all. We were sadden to have been miss lead by other reviews. This is a place that needs to take the time to shut its doors ,refresh it self and revive its menu.

The service and food was great! You can order individual dishes or have a group style dining where the servers bring trays of different items that suit your pallet. I would defiantly go back and recommend to anyone coming to Vegas!

I'm a local, I like to go here periodically and Bella is always my server. On this occasion, she was off for the night so we had someone different. Everything was great, he was friendly and attentive..My only complaint was that I wasn't made aware of the price on the chef special. I don't mind spending the money, I just like to make the decision, not have someone make it for me and be surprised by the bill at the end.
Needless to say, I'll be going back because I absolutely love this restaurant, I will just make sure to ask for BELLA every single time. She never does me wrong!

We were in the mood for sushi and found SUSHISAMBA on open table and decided to give it a try. We're glad we did. Our waiter was fantastic, I wish I remembered his name. We were a group of 6 with one vegetarian and no idea what we really wanted. our waiter recommended that we do the 3 course sampler. Everything was delicious. The fried green beans had immediately won us over with the edamame and shishito peppers. Our second course had some meat skewer, sweet corn, and the best sea bass we've ever had. And our last course was 3 rolls of sushi. We paired it with a bottle of sake. It was a great time and we'll be back again next time we're in vegas.

Our waiter, Jeff, was ah-mazing! We let him know that we had a show to catch, and he was quick to recommend dishes to us. All his recommendations were delicious, and we even went back the next day to eat there again. Definitely worth it!

Restaurant was dimly lit and very modern in design. Easy to navigate. Could have done with a little less noise but overall it fit with the atmosphere. Well located and easy to find within the canal shoppes. The food was satisfying yet light. I didn't walk away uncomfortably full, and yet I felt like I got enough food to warrant the price point.
