Spencer's is never a disappointment. The menu items and specials were spectacular. We were celebrating my son's engagement and they made it a really special night for him and his fiancée. They started by putting a certificate in her menu and after the meal there was a special dessert. Everyone that came in contact with them congratulated them. It made their special night that much better.

We were there to celebrate a birthday. Everyone ordered something different for dinner...rack of lamb, sole, sea bass, short rib. All was absolutely delicious. The side dishes, bread, everything was perfect. The hand crafted drinks were great. Our waiter was nice, but at times service was a little slow, and I think they were just a little under staffed. He had a lot of tables at once going. The wine list was good...prices reasonable...All in all a Wonderful experience!!!!!
Would recommend it highly

We frequent Spencers several times a year and it is consistently fine dining. The evening we were there was not typical in that we had just gotten off a flight at PSP and were unfortunately placed next to a large and very loud group of people at another table. We should have asked to be moved but frankly were travel weary and too tired to make an issue out of it. That was a mistake on our part. That situation aside, the food was wonderful but the server continued getting lost on a night when they weren't that busy. By the time we were finished eating we couldn't wait to get out of there.

The plates are expensive so plan on spending some cash but every minute and every bite will be well worth it. The service is great, the atmosphere is awesome. Note there is a dress code, no flip-flops and guys preferred to have a shirt with a collar.

We enjoyed our evening very much. It was a lovely family dinner together. However, 3 of 4 had minor comments ("mashed potatoes were over pureed'" "carbonara wasn't the best ever," "chicken and shrimp pasta was disappointing." Just sharing. I loved the crispy skin whitefish. It was delicious. It was a beautiful evening and the service was outstanding. Spencer's is special and dependable. Thank you.

Spencer's has a lovely patio, wonderful live piano music and very accommodating staff. The food was delicious! You have to try the Three onion soup...the depth of flavor in the broth was remarkable. I highly recommend Spencer's for a special dinner.

Spencer's does it all. A long time favorite of the Palm Springs local's and tourists, the food, service, and ambiance never let's you down. Try their 3 course special @ $38 which offers a wide selection of appetizers or soup [ the onion soup was great ! ] a substantial entree selection and many desserts to bring to an end close to two hour's of dining enjoyment.

Dropped by at Spencer's for a late breakfast - didn't choose the Sunday Brunch menu which seemed great value as we wanted to try things that weren't included. Picked lobster potstickers as these had come recommended and they didn't disappoint! Smoked salmon bagel was spot on - very generous with the salmon and accompaniments making this a great value dish. Lobster omelette was equally as good! All round all lovey experience and a nice environment to enjoy a leisurely breakfast - ask for a seat on the terrace.

This has been a go to restaurant for guest. The food is predictably good and the outdoor setting is very nice. I like indoor as well when AC is desired. I wish there was a larger bar seating for those times when more staff interaction is entertaining.

We have dined here on many occasions and the service, food and atmosphere are consistently good. Their fixed price menu is a real value and has something for everyone on it. The food is well prepared and presented in a very appealing manner. When they are in season, have the soft shell crabs; they will prepare them three different ways and they are outrageously delicious. We also recommend the short ribs which are fork tender and perfectly seasoned

The food was pretty good standard brunch food. I was hoping for more ambience, but it was just a standard outdoor restaurant. The service was really poor - empty waters, waiter MIA only for another person to ask the same question. Their saving grace is that the food is yummy!

The patio at sundown was beautiful and romantic. They served the best calamari I have ever had. We ordered the shrimp and chicken puttanesca (good but not excellent) and braised short ribs (excellent). We will definitely go back.

The sign of a great restaurant is the ability to overcome adversity. We arrived just as there was a power outage in the area. The kitchen still produced a flawless lunch and the waiters smiled through the slight delays,

Spencer's is always a go to restaurant. They are known for their Sunday brunch and for good reason. Large menu selections, dining outdoors. Really a lovely place. Service is very efficient, which can be hit or miss in many Palm Springs restaurants.

I have always enjoyed breakfast here and look forward to the valley's best corn beef hash. It never disappoints. I was disappointed to learn that bread no longer comes with the meal. I had to order it separately.
Can someone explain to me why hash brown potatoes is only served Monday through Saturday but not on Sunday?
