This is by far one of our top favorite restaurants in all of our traveling. They never disappoint. The staff -- Ashley, Jason and Peter --all run quite a place. Our servers are always spot on and the food is outstanding. We would never miss this dining experience when in Charleston!

The atmosphere and the staff were AMAZING from the moment we walked through the door! The menu selections were perfect, and our server made excellent recommendations. The food was phenomenal! I cannot say enough about the amazing experience we had. We will definitely visit again the next time we are in Charleston. -- Fantastic Restaurant!!

I must say I pretty disappointed in my steak Saturday night. First you were out of the New York strip so i was offered a ribeye. No problem. The ribeye maybe 3/8- 1/2" thick, a $36 steak less than a 1/2" thick? Seriously, I've had better steaks at Outback for $18. Not to mention I ordered medium and it comes pretty much raw, maybe some parts were med-rare. I would never order a steak at SLON again.

This restaurant has been consitantly excellent over the course of several visits. There are always specials that enhance the regular menu, and the chef makes you confident to eat a bit more adventurously than may be your habit.
Great place. Great service. Great ambience.

Best food we as a family of 7 had in Charleston. Everyone was pleased and we had a variety of dishes. The grouper was exceptional. Our family is Cape Cod, Boston, San Francisco and Palm Springs CA. We are "foodies" and span several decades in age. Everyone gave the food and our experience at SNOB a rave.

We sat at the chefs table and were ignored by our server. Which is silly, because we were in an easy spot for her to take care of us. The restaurant was not busy at all (early evening) also she was a bit condescending - a new experience in Charleston !

This was on my list for restaurants during a recent visit to Charleston. It was wonderful. The whole restaurant is beautiful and the wait staff was outstanding. Our waitress was so nice and informative it made the evening even. Finally, the food was the best that I have had in years. My shrimp and grits was wonderful with just the right amount of spice to make it work.
I will, hopefully, be back to SNOB one day soon.

Delicious Meal, excellent service, yummy cocktails- perfect first night in Charleston. I selected scallops in a broth with okra. It was by far my best meal in Charleston. Light, fresh, and not a tourist cliched Shrimp n Grits. Hubby had a New York Strip that could have fed a family of 4. Service was attentive and friendly.... Southern Charm.

We asked for a quiet table and we're served by a lovely brunette who made excellent recommendations. She said she was very excited by the thought of food. Excellent food and service. My friend from FL was truly amazed. Thanks again!

The tamale and cocktails were absolutely delicious! However, my entree was subpar. (Tuna so tough it was unable to be cut with a steak knife). The manager, however, noticed that I didn't enjoy my meal and asked what meal she could bring me to make it right. Excellent customer service from the waiter and the manager! Despite my entree, I would dine here again for the awesome appetizers, ambiance, and personality of the restaurant.

we could overhear staff grumbling about their dissatisfaction with their job after being reprimanded by a manager in the open kitchen. made me think that it's better not to have an open kitchen unless you're sure your staff is happy. this took something away from an otherwise really good meal in a really nice-looking restaurant.

The food was very good but the tables were so close together, you could hear the conversations at the tables beside you. They were also out of what we ordered which was disappointing. Our server was very accommodating and the food was delicious!

This was one of my Wifes' favourite Restaurants , and we were celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary. The server ruined the meal and occasion , as she never smiled or seemed happy to be working , maybe it was a bad day , or maybe that is what she is always like. Knowledge of items was not there either. We expect staff to be knowledge on the menu items . Having just eaten at Husk the night before , I would suggest everyone just go there . You will not be disappointed at Husk. Staff are very very knowledge , and menu has a meaning and substance behind it.
The manager was notified of our problems and server taken off our table.. manager advised GM would call us the next day , but GM never called us!!!! Seems management does not care if the service is bad either.
Very Very Disappointing!!! Don't be disappointed, don't make a reservation!!

I was very impressed with customer service. We both ordered sandwiches which were tasty, but nothing I would come back for. The zucchini on the grilled veggie sandwich was cut so thick it had to be removed to eat. The pesto om it was too much and wet the bread. The catfish was cooked perfectly and delicious. The chips were greasy, and too soft. Not crisp at all.

The food is amazing and the service superb. The management is hand on and very present. Sarah made us feel like she really appreciated our patronage. We ate there twice on our vacation and it was the best. Fresh ingredients, wonderful preparations and divine desserts. I am a vegetarian and had no problem finding excellent non meat selections, my friend is a carnivore and said the meat dishes were fantastic. I am a big fan of SNOB and will definitely be back next trip!

We had a lovely meal of seafood and filet and both dinners were prepared very well with attention to flavors. They brought is 2 champagne for our anniversary which was a nice touch. Open kitchen so can see them prepare your meal. Attentive servers. Overall a romantic evening.

My son and I ate at SNOB on the recommend of my "food rabbi". It was a special occasion meal at the end of a dad-son college visit trip to Citadel. It was the single best meal I have had in five years, and he rated it his best meal ever. We engaged our waiter to make entree and side recommends and then we shared everything. Our waiter was fantastic, friendly, and entered into the joy of our event.
