About SINATRA – Encore at Wynn Las Vegas
At Sinatra, the fine Italian restaurant inside Encore, Steve Wynn has created a tribute to the man who was equal parts colleague, legend and friend. Chef Theo Schoenegger, formerly of Patina in Los Angeles, crafts a culinary homage to Ol' Blue Eyes that showcases the signature flavors of Italy.

Sinatra was superb. Highly, highly recommended. The service was wonderful. The wine list was well considered. Our antipasti was delicious and Frank himself would have loved our main courses (I think). Overall: A+

We've eaten at Sinatra on every trip (approx twice per year) to Vegas since 2005. Regrettably our most recent experience did not live up to prior visits. The ambience continues to be very nice and the food was good............however, after getting seated close to 1/2 hour late, we felt rushed from the time we sat down. When our waiter finally took our drink order, he also wanted to take our dinner order. For the price point of the menu, I do not expect or appreciate that. This may have been our last trip to Sinatra for a while.

Outstanding! From beginning to end, this is a wonderful dining experience. The outdoor patio seating was beautiful and cozy. Our server, Roger, was attentive but not intrusive. He was extremely helpful in helping us decide on our entrees, and recommended a compromise of the veal parmigiana (best I've had) with pasta and bolognese meat sauce. We were offered tastings of several wines to choose the one that complemented our meal the best - a super Tuscan for me and a zin for my wife. The dessert, ricotta cheesecake with raspberry sauce and white chocolate garnish with a cappuccino was the perfect ending. Highly recommend this restaurant if you stay in or near Wynn - Encore.

The food is always outstanding, as good as it gets in Vegas. Great wine list including some incredible wines at very fair prices. The service makes me think Mr Wynn is constantly checking this restaurant!! The service is personable and professional, among the best I've experienced anywhere. You will not have a more enjoyable and satisfying dining experience in Las Vegas, or anywhere else for that matter. Well done!!

This was an amazing dining experience. We came her to celebrate my sister's wedding. The service was attentive, the decor and atmosphere was impeccable, and the food from start to finish was delicious. We will absolutely return and recommend Sinatra to anyone we know visiting Las Vegas.

This restaurant is what you expect from one, a restaurant in the Wynn empire as well as a nod to its namesake. The decor is time appropriate and somewhere Sinatra would have felt at home. The service was accordingly excellent and the servers were spot on, well trained, very accomodating. The bread course was even delicious with foccacia and different butters but oddly a baked cheese twist to die for. Think those orange things you buy in the tin at Christmas but on steroids! I had the veal shank that was delicious, others had the clams with pasta, and the veal parmigiana. Wine selections are pricey but robust. You had better win at the table before you dine here but you won't feel like you busted after dinner is over!

We celebrated my husband's birthday on Oct. 12/16 ... everything was wonderful, the food, the service (Larry & staff) and the special touches they provided to make this a wonderful evening - head chef Theo even came to our table to wish my husband Happy Birthday.
It was our 2nd time dining here and would definitely do it again!

Sinatra was very good. We had a nice meal. Our only complaint is that they offered no regular appetizers. All of the apps were fancy, nothing for picky eaters. If they just offered a wedge salad it would have been better.

visited this restaurant on our last trip to las vegas. We had a reservation for 5.
The food was great! the service was very good. They were attentive to cleaning the plates or if someone left for a minute - the napkins were refolded.. but wine glasses when empty for some time.. before we were able to get our waiter to come by and ask for a refill.
