The main dishes were amazing. Possibly the best grilled salmon I've ever had. But the mussels were small and not very tasty. Service was pretty good. We had to wait a long time for the main dish they comped our drinks.

Good oysters and drinks. Didn't try any other food. The dessert menu looked good, too. However, the service was way too slow. The server seemed to have forgotten about us and didnt return for almost 35-40 mins. That made us change mind to have dinner there and we left after appetizers and drinks. When the check came, i was quite surprised to see the amount - 1 beer, 1 cocktail and 2 dozen oysters cost us $125 (without the tip). Beats even high end places with better service. The ambience was good so i might give it another try but i am going to stick to Elliot's Oyster house or Taylor shellfish for oysters. They have fresh and good variety oysters but are decently priced, too.

Went here for our 36th Wedding Anniversary Seafood fix as we now live in Scottsdale AZ and it just doesn't get any better than their varietal dozen fresh shucked Oysters, the garlic infused huge whole Dungeness Crab with melted butter, and their cooked perfectly moist and tender oversized Smoked Scallops, except that the completely covered in Shrimp Caesar Salad is also to die for. The bartender makes the best Grapefuit Vodka Martini's in town and the bar patrons on each side of us were a blast. Complimentary berry fruit dessert with ice cream and a Happy Anniversary Steve & Tsutsumi was scrolled across the top of the dessert plate. Exactly what we wanted, and as we always say to each other after we leave a restaurant/bar..."Would you go back?"... just know that every time we go to Shucker's we always say emphatically "Yes!"

I live in Central Texas and while in Seattle I was in the mood for seafood, seafood, seafood. Rather, than chance dinner at just any restaurant, I knew Shuckers was guaranteed to be one of the best meals I could have. The clam chowder was fantastic, the seared scallops were great and just to top it off the blue/blackberry pie was over the top.
Great meal, great service.

Nice overall. Service was a little slow, but pleasant. Food was timely and good (Olives are terrible). Didn't knock my socks off for the price, but was a nice night regardless. Would certainly give another chance

Excellent food. I wanted oysters on the half shell and asked the waiter to give me the kind he thought best. The chef didn't like what was left of one of the choices and substituted a better choice. Nice!
They were excellent.

I've been eating here for 30+ years and have yet to be even slightly disappointed. They are now offering a Salad Nicoise which is about the best I've ever had. Oysters on the half shell are always the best available. Service personal, personable, and very professional...an all-time fave!

Our server was awesome. He paid for our dessert as a congratulations because I'm pregnant and paid for one of my husband's glasses of wine because the service was a bit slow. He was very friendly and helpful. We were in a bench and chair table area and the bench was too low and very uncomfortable for my husband. The food was tasty.

The hostess set up a table for our group and we had no reservation, she's been really accomodating. The waiter wasn't nice, he had no patience. We were 7, and where not allowed to have seperate bills (2016!) which is a big issue to me.

Wonderful ambience. Eye-pleasing and tasty fresh food. The waiter was professional, well-informed and worked efficiently ... but he was a bit too detached for our tastes or for the welcoming-but-elegant saloon feel of the establishment.

Our meals were great, except my salad included included an avocado that was clearly brown and awful. It made me a bit suspicious of the seafood in the salad, which was fine, if a bit undercooked. Otherwise we had a good dinner.

Our waiter was prompt and attentive without being overbearing. I asked which of 3 things he would recommend. Without hesitation he told me and I was thrilled he did. It was the Steelhead Trout special and it was fabulous! My friend had oysters divided up and done 3 different ways. I didn't think I liked oysters, but a sample of one changed my mind. The berry pie with sour cream ice cream clinched the deal. It was a great night and one I would highly recommend!!!

Shucker's is a great restaurant at the Fairmont Hotel. We started with oysters (of course) that we had the chef choose. The selection was amazing, the oysters fresh and the horseradish spicy. We also enjoyed the salmon which was perfectly cooked. The wine list is good and we enjoyed ourselves.
