Seviche is Nuevo Latino, an eclectic mix of the traditional flavors of Latin American cuisine and its influences infused into new contemporary dishes. Our chef creates new exciting flavorful dishes based on his heritage and formal training. We have just completed an extensive renovation and expansion. New features include updated bar area, cocktail lounge, state of the art restrooms and 60 person private dining room.

Our first visit (two couples). Wow. Seviche is everything you read and more. The entire experience was excellent. Christopher was masterful as our server. The food was exquisite, beautifully prepared and presented. The depth of the flavors in the churassacos was unreal. You cannot go wrong with this gem. Yes the prices are stiff but they're worth every penny. Darned good guacamole (and I'm a snob). The bigeye tuna special literally melted in your mouth. Coconut flan; smoked serrano pecan brittle. Nough said. Scott

The food was delicious! There were some very tasty and unique items on the menu. Appetizers came quickly and timing for the entree delivery was perfect. The service was outstanding!

Six of us dined this past Saturday evening at 7:15 after making reservations through Open Table
I asked for a quieter table and explained that my husband was deaf in one ear. I also said that this was a birthday celebration....mine...and the restaurant choice was mine.

We were seated by the kitchen door in the middle of the restaurant and literally could not hear each other. I complained and our server was excellent and after about 15 minutes they put us in a much quieter place. If that had not been available, we would have left...the glaring light of the kitchen door opening and the inability to hear were a show stopper.

I saw two other people get birthday desserts with sparklers but I was not offered one, although we did order dessert. This is not the waiter's's the fault of the person who reads the open table reservations and records them. Whoever tha t is should be reprimanded. I would not choose this restaurant again for a special occassion, although I love it.

The lobster bisque was excellent. I was a bit apprehensive about habenero in it but it was mild but added quite a bit to the taste. Food never disappoints!

Food was absolutely amazing, could not have been more pleased with it. Our service however was suspect for the quality and price point for the restaurant. I will return and highly recommend.

Our table had the Brie and guacamole appetizers and both were great. We all had something different for our entrees and they were done to perfection.

Excellent food. The cold, very tiny, crab app that was $21 was laughable though. Only disappointing thing of the night.

Entrees & desserts were phenomenal. Best steak I’ve had in a while
