This is a gem of a vegan restaurant located in the bustling commercial area of the Wallingford neighborhood. The set menu changes about every three weeks reflecting the seasonal availability of locally grown (some wild harvested) produce. Each course is thoughtfully paired with a Washington wine (beer or non-alcoholic drinks an option). The restaurant has a casual, comfortable atmosphere with seating available outside or at the bar with an intimate view of the course prep. Although vegans and vegetarians love this place, it's really a treasure for all who enjoy fine dining. MoreOpenTable Diner -

Named in honor of the traditional multi-course Vietnamese beef meal Bò 7 món, Seven Beef is an upscale steakhouse with a unique Asian twist. It is the creation of Eric Banh and Sophie of Seattle favorites Monsoon and Ba Bar and offers an always-changing dinner menu with a variety of steak, seafood and roasted vegetable preparations. Seven Beef uses locally sourced grass-fed cows raised by Heritage Meats in nearby Rochester, Washington. The beef is dry aged and available in standard cuts such as porterhouse and T-bone, as well as rarer oyster, zabuton and belly steaks.
Seven Beef features an open kitchen that lets diners watch the skilled chefs and cooks work as they craft each dish. Cords of firewood stacked neatly against the walls feed the grill and add to the rustic but modern look.More
With Stanwood Grill, located in the small town of Stanwood, Washington, there's no need to venture into the big city for a great dining experience. The restaurant provides delicious food six nights a week. Owners Paul and Dan Pickering strive to offer top service at this locally owned and operated establishment. A relaxed, high-end atmosphere makes this a great place to dine out.
Chef David Petersen uses fresh ingredients to build a creative menu at Stanwood Grill. Fresh herbs grown right in the rooftop garden garnish drinks and add flavor to his dishes. The menu offers a twist on some typical menu staples. For example, the grilled Alaskan Salmon is wrapped in boar bacon and then seared and served with a potato au gratin, vegetables and a cider-poached apple salad. Those creative twists are what make the meals at Stanwood Grill so memorable.More
