We've frequently eaten at Seasons 52 Sarasota, but disappointed with the West Shore experience. So over air conditioned and drafty that paper items flew off of our table. Hostess efficient, but about as warm as the room. Server inattentive--in one case as we were trying to get his attention, diners at the next table had to tell him to turn around. Food good, although my wife's root vegetables under cooked.

Our Dining Experience
The Good: We arrived and were seated immediately, we had a very large table in a private area in the back of the restaurant. We had a Party of 15. The food is always good, everything tasted great, presentation is great, no complaints about the food.
The Bad: We hadn't even gotten to the restaurant and they had called me no less than 4 times to confirm my reservation. I know it was for 15 people, but it was so excessive, and not needed. The room/area where we were seated was so dark we needed the flashlight on our cell phones to read the menu. Two waitresses were servers for our group, one was really great, the other didn’t really want to be there.
The Ugly: Several issues occurred with one of the waitresses, we were yelled at, thrown straws at, questioned about our seating arrangements, just made to feel that we shouldn’t ask her anything. It was completely obvious to us that she didn’t want to be there, unfortunately for us we were trying to celebrate my Mom’s birthday, so her bad attitude made the whole experience ugly. Orders were wrong and my family was yelled at by her, but in the end they made it right and comped the order. Although we all said we didn't want dessert, it was never brought out to us and show like it was being shown to everyone around us.
I love this restaurant, I just don’t think the servers are able to handle large parties very well, and the level of courtesy we received from that one waitress ruined the experience for most of us. I do recommend this restaurant for food, which was great.

There were 5 of us dining. Our age range was 63 up to 93 years. Unfortunately, the noise level was too high for conversation. Our dinner reservation was for 5:30 p.m. service was slow. One in our party was requesting a cocktail to be served in an appropriate glass. Our server did not seem to know or care what the diner was saying. The server did not come by the table to give an excuse why we were not being served in a timely manner until one in our party motioned to him and asked about bread. Eventually, the manager did come by and apologized and offered to waive the cost for the bread and any desserts we ordered.

Staff here is very friendly and service was excellent. The kitchen made an error on my order but was corrected immediately. I often meet for business here as tables are spaced well and you can have a private conversation.

The overall experience was fine. The meat was cooked perfectly. However the lobster tail was not cooked well and the veggies lacked seasoning. Last but not the least, the waitstaff seemed to be too preoccupied and indifferent so we were not impressed.
We have celebrated a lot of special occasions there and have always had a great experience but after today's experience we are going to maybe take a break from the restaurant.

Excellent restaurant for our business get together. We had excellent food, great service, and an enjoyable atmosphere. I highly recommend this location for any type of evening out. I think you should know there is a price for this amount of greatness. The value is definitely there but it will hit your wallet a bit.

I enjoy Seasons 52. I have been to many locations but as I live in Tampa, I have been at this location most. Great server Dani. Only below issue is Grapefruit gin cocktail was not available as they ran out of some ingredients. My pepper appetizer was also out as well. I did get a free dessert but was looking forward to both. Great overall.

First time dining at season 52 in Tampa. Been to a location in Georgia. Over all everything was ok. Food was still delicious. Service was slow. Waited about 2 hours for my table and to let y'all know I had a party of 18, I had a reservation for 8:15. Didn't eat til 10:15. Drinks came out so slow. My guest portions was off. One shrimp and grits was a big portion and the other was small. I think we had about 7 orders of it and they was all different portions. Kinda upset because I love season 52 and Darden company. It was my 23rd birthday. Was not satisfied.

We actually sat in the bar side rather than the restaurant area. The service was pretty good. They have a nice wine list. The waiter let us taste a few wines before we found one we wanted which I thought was great. We ordered several appetizers. The grilled artichoke was good as well as their flat breads. The shrimp appitizer was good too if you like spicey. This wasn't the first time we have been here and won't be the last.

Having relatives in from out of town, and wanted to take them someplace nice where there was a vegetarian menu available. (I personally do not understand vegetarian), and was very pleased with the menu selections. Everything was great and the service was excellent.

My husband's parents were in town from England and are quite the food and wine critics. They loved the restaurant, the food and the service. As hosts we were simply thrilled with the service Conner provided. He was friendly, positive, checked in on us just enough to allow our get together to be enjoyable, and made sure all of our needs were met from appetizers, wine, main course through desserts. The food was impeccable and presentation just perfect.

food was wonderful and reasonably priced. lots of options and save room for dessert! service was disappointing...took a long time to get served initially and waiter disappeared for long periods of time. but otherwise it was a great meal.

The noise level was more than "energetic"; I would say the more appropriate word is excessive and that detracts from the dining experience. There was not even any particularly loud group of diners. I believe some reconstruction of the facility would greatly improve a fine restaurant.

Food was great. Atmosphere was good. service messed up quite a few times and kitchen meal preparation, but the waitress was young and I think inexperienced perhaps with a larger group. However, she tried and was pleasant. Overall we will book our groups here again.
