It was excellent, just a wait at the begging of the night
Great food and service here, and the prices weren’t bad either. We had a lovely dinner with friends, and everyone enjoyed their meal.
As usual. Seasons 52 was excellent!!! One of our favourite restaurants!
My wife and I are frequent visitors to the Schaumburg IL location so, traveling from the West to East side of Florida, we planned to stop at the Seasons 52 in Naples for familiar excellent food and service.
Our server was excellent, and the overall experience, thanks to her quick action, was okay. I ordered, among other items, the crab cake sandwich. The crab cake was fine but the accompanying roll was the size of a dinner roll and the top toasted to beyond chewing and void of any taste. Our server asked if all was okay, showed her the roll as I tapped it against the plate to see what would break first.
She quickly apologized and returned with a fresh roll for a transfer of a very good crab roll. I should note her course of action to correct this followed my instructions exactly, as I did not want a new sandwich as the crab cake was fine.
We will return to Schaumburg for the usual flawless dining experience, however, will skip Naples in the future.
First time for my colleague and HE LOVED it!! I knew he would! tasty and nutritious food
Good food and service. Somewhat noisy..
The food was excellent and service was exceptional
Food was underwhelming. We all had the Spring specials and all felt it was a solid “just Ok”.
We have always liked Seasons 52 and the food was very good, as usual, but our experience on Sunday was underpar because of an ill-trained waiter, who tried hard but fell short in several areas.
They also did not have our reservation in their system even though they I received a confirming email and they called the day before to confirm???
A fantastic dinner and wonder Service tonight at Seasons 52. Got to talk to Seth Kooistra the GM who I met there before. Every time we had dinner at Seasons 52 in Naples, Seth always is available and comes over to our table to greet us, with a pleasant smile and welcome back.
Tonight Seth introduced us to the new GM that is taking his place, as he is going to the Capital Grill in Tampa. We are sorry to see him go but very happy for him. The new GM came over to greet us, his name was Tommy Tarr and we do wish him the best.
However, I must say that our waiter, Amnes C is a great employee and he did everything perfect.
He was knowledgeable about the menu and we were happy to have him as our server.
The food, Service and everything was perfect.
Domenic & Gracie Caruso
Our server was great and very knowledgeable on the menu and gluten sensitive options!! Very good gluten-sensitive options, even desert!
Always a pleasure dining here. Food and atmosphere consistently outstanding. One of our favorite places.
Great food & service.
Met a friend for dinner, glad we had reservations. Spring value menu was great and they allowed substations where needed. We also ordered a meal to go and they timed it perfectly with us getting ready to leave.
Extraordinary atmosphere, service, flavor, variety.
Fabulous! The staff is always friendly and the food is always wonderful!
the food and service at Seasons 52 has been excellent each time we have eaten there
Visited for the first time, had the Spring menu deal,it was fantastic value and food was amazing
I would like to be able to reserve a booth in the bar area instead of the current practice of first come first serve
Enjoyed Seasons 52 in the past. Very disappointed this time. String beans under cooked.
Hardly any real food on flatbread. Waitress very disinterested.
Will give it one more try. But, surely will not recommend
Party of 5, seated in a very noisy section, 4 of us have hearing disabilities. I asked Katharine at the front desk if we could possibly be moved to a less noisy room. Katherine was able to secure a table in the Napa room, it was wonderful. We so appreciate the service that she extended to an aged group. We really enjoy Seasons and are so happy to have had a great evening.
The waiter was completely inattentive. Having been here many times before, this was not a typical experience.
We celebrate my husbands birthday with delicious food & a nice photo memory to take with us. I was happy they had a vegan menu (when we asked) but it was nothing special other than remove the meat & cheese from regular menu. But I guess it’s a start. :)
Very accommodating service
Food is fresh, tasty and plated nicely
Location and parking easy
We go to “Seasons” every time we come to Naples
Excellent Food, Excellent Wine, Excellent Staff! We love the creative menu and the efficient service and the ambiance is quite nice. We do prefer the bar/booths, and next time will request that. Wow, the restaurant filled up quickly. People know a good place and go there in droves.
Everyone seemed to enjoy their meals. My chili was too spicy.
We celebrated one of the guest’s 90th Birthday at lunch yesterday. The waitress ( I think her name was Jessica) could not have been nicer to us! Also thank you Seasons52 for the dessert and photo for the gal celebrating her birthday - she was appreciative.
Wonderful Dinner ! Excellent Server.... Reservations were prompt
Our daughter (who was visiting from out of town) has declared this her favorite restaurant in Naples! Need I say more?
Waiter said it would be a hour to get our lunch food so we left. Didn’t have time for that.
The food is consistently good ....so is the service and that’s why we keep going back.
Requested private space for a classmate reunion lunch. Great place. Service was outstanding.
I had grilled artichokes, Asian salad and a Bellini. The artichokes were not what I expected and the sauce so so. The salad and drink were both good.
My opinions are overshadowed by the $49 check which seemed a bit pricey for lunch. I left a $7 tip which made the total $59. I thought the price seemed high at the time but didn’t question it as I was with other people. When I got home I realized they must have added a tip...so that meant I left a 40% tip. What was troubling was if a tip was automatically added the tip line should have read “additional tip” as I would not have made the mistake of adding more. Service was good, but not that good.
Sad but this experience taints my opinion for future visits.
Overall very satisfied, we are booked again for this Friday, March 16th.
fabulous meal for all 4. Served very hot .our server, Katie was fantastic.
Wonderful food and ambiance. It is our "go to restaurant".
Restaurant is fantastic, very classy and wonderful ambiance. That said, the food was mediocre, unseasoned and bland. We asked for bread or rolls, and were told that they didn't serve bread! There was one bright note, the shooter desserts were wonderful and only $3. There was a big bar that looked like it would be nice to go for happy hour for drinks and appetizers. Would not go back for dinner, and the couple who were with us agreed
This was my first visit to Seasons 52, the food was delicious from start to finish! Can't wait to go back. My only suggestion would be not to roast the vegetables that came with my salmon quite so much. They were a bit overdone.
