We had a great experience again at Seasons 52. The food was great, service was outstanding and loved the happy hour specials!
Best steak I’ve ever eaten
Food was good to very good, but can't say outstanding in our opinion. Our waiter was delightful and provided excellent service. He was key to us having a memorable time.
Our server was great, they gave us a free champagne toast for my friends bachelorette, and even decorated the table for us!
We shared whole cauliflower appetizer and chicken pesto flatbread. Both were great.
Followed by Greek salad & BBQ chicken salad which were both so good.
The cauliflower & flatbread were over-the—top great!
Loved it! Quiet conversation, healthy dinner, great service in the bar area.
Very Nice. Server was Great
The food, service, and ambiance were all excellent! Looking forward to our next visit!
Mother’s Day was wonderful...food was great as always...service was a little slow but it was Mother’s Day and was completely packed !!!
Mothers day reservations-they over booked...so we waited 45 minutes past reservation time. Food was just ok...need seasoning. Too $$ for taste. Service/waitress was outstanding. Manager was professional and kept composure through complaints.
Reservation was 1 hour late. Took 2.5 hours for the meal.
We made a reservation for 1:30 and didn't get seated until 2:30. The restaurant double booked a bunch of reservations. Horrible experience.
Never was seated after an hour wait after our reservation time, no communication from the hostess staff, so we left. There were at least fifty people waiting when we arrived 10 min early and grew to a crowd of at least seventy. Very disappointed. Could not even get a glass of water at the bar, the staff was overwhelmed. Will not recommend or return.
Way overbooked for Mother’s Day. Our 1:00 reservations over 30 minutes delayed. Our food was served at 2:45. Elderly mother was very fatigued with the wait and delays.
Had reservation for Mother’s Day, waited 45 minutes past reservation. Food had been under a heat lamp for a while.
Could have been better, but they were clearly understaffed.
Probably not a fair everyday review.
Definitely a mistake to dine here during Mother's Day. Restaurant was totally unprepared for such a busy occasion. We had reservations and waited over an hour to sit down at our table. Finally, we opted to sit at the bar and eat. Pretty sad event when you have to sit at the bar with your elderly mother on Mother's Day. Staff at the front desk were frazzled and really unfriendly.
Mother’s Day Brunch running 45 minutes behind reservations.
Food was actually burnt to a crisp, sad for a Mother's Day brunch.
We had reservations for 11:15 and were seated at 12:00. However, I would have still provided a five star rating had it not been for one of the managers who approached us at 11:45 and without so much as a sorry for wait or a smile, asked, "Do you want to sit outside or wait for a table?" My husband asked how much longer the wait for an inside table might be because our daughter had a migraine, and it was unseasonably warm for May. The manager replied, "I don't know. It's not my job to run the front desk." The manager's unfriendliness and demeanor alone, led to the four star rating. Had it not been for the outstanding and impeccable service we received from Rachel from the Land Down Under and the scrumptious food prepared by the chef, that reply from the manager would have warranted a three star rating. We observed at least two managers, and one was quite different than the other. While one was clearly annoyed with having to seat people, the other was actually busing and setting tables as she chatted with customers. We will return to Seasons 52 for the service and the food with the hopes that the manager is having a better day.
We had reservations for four on Mother's Day. The hostesses x3 appeared very stressed and were having difficulty working as a team. We overheard one say, "it is our busiest day of the year." Although that may be true, your customers do not need to see the staff stress or irritability. Our server, Madeline, was amazing; friendly, knowledgeable, honest about our questions regarding the menu, and speedy. We all made different menu choices and were all very pleased with the quality and presentation of our meals. We commented on such several times throughout our dining experience. HOWEVER, we were extremely disappointed in the coffee! We are from Kansas City where there exists a plethora of high quality coffee options. Even our server informed us that the "coffee is not very good." She was spot on. Please find a local roasterie and update this meal-necessity. Despite being the busiest day of the year and the restaurant being full at all times, we were comfortable and did not feel crowded by other parties. The noise level was high and it was difficult to have a conversation in our booth, but that likely would not be the case on an average brunch day. We would return to Season's 52 and highly recommend the food.
We had a great Mother’s Day brunch! We had a wide variety of food from the regular menu and the brunch menu. Everyone enjoyed their food except my husband said the French toast was just ok. The braised beef short ribs were delicious, as was the eggs Benedict.
Came for the Sunday Brunch to celebrate Mother's Day. It was a nice sunny day and seating was outside with view of the fountain. Service was very efficient and we did not have to wait long.
Food was hot, and the Bloody Mary's were great.
The food was really good. We all loved it but the service was very slow and ir was very noisy
This was my second visit to this restaurant. My first visit was business and I thought it would be fun to return with my wife for a social occasion. The return was well worth the effort. Although our booked table wasn't ready upon our arrival, the delay was only a few minutes.
Inside, the decor was subdued and tasteful and our waitress was both witty and efficient and quickly set the scene for a great evening. We had complementary flatbread to begin with, then the rest of the meal just added to the experience. Coupled with this was a large and comprehensive wine list and excellent cocktails to follow. Overall, a memorable evening out.
Seasons 52 is always a favorite and once again did not disappoint any of my group!
What a fabulous dinner spot for a special occasion! We couldn't have had better food, a better server, and certainly no where else can beat the special treatment for our graduation celebration! Thank you so much!
We enjoyed the seasonal special for $29.99 each--soup/salad, entree and dessert. Very enjoyable outing!
Excellent service and food as always. Thank you!
The food was really great. No complaints at all.
I always like the relaxed feeling when I eat outside. The food was good and the waitress was very nice. I will be back.
Food was good enough. Not bad, just not super flavorful. Portions were a little strange. But Emma the server was great! Overall I️t was a very nice time. Would go back, just order differently.
Great fresh food. Love this restaurant!
Excellent service by Jane
We had six for dinner at 6:30 pm. Turned out to be a popular prom restaurant, so very busy.
We were seated in a timely fashion. Our drinks were ordered & brought in a reasonably timely fashion also. Our food was delicious & served as requested. It did take a little longer for our food to be delivered due to the restaurant being so busy. Our evening was delightful.
We ate here on a recent Friday night. Our food was very tasty and we like that we are able to see what the calorie hit is for each dish. I started with the spinach salad because this is one of my favorites. Great dressing and all the ingredients go together. My companion had a kale caesar salad which he really liked. He then had shrimp and grits and i had the halibut. Both delicious. Nice choice of wines by the glass too. Shot glass desserts give you a little sweet at the end of the meal without being over the top. Service was welcoming and professional. There are parking garage options nearby and they also have a valet park station out front if that interests you.
We had a great time having happy hour on the patio on one of the first nice spring evenings in town. We didn’t have to wait at all our server was great and very friendly. Can’t wait to go back!
Went for Administrative Assistant's day and had a very nice lunch. The roasted cauliflower was a great starter! Nice atmosphere and would be a great first date experience. Service was good and lunch ended perfectly with the assorted mini desserts!
The food was delicious, the service was attentive and polite. We went for happy hour but ended up ordering the 3 course meal. The speciality cocktail was creative and yummy too.
We really enjoyed eating here just like last time. The food was great, served hot and the waitress was attentive and personable. We had the scallops for one entree and flatbread for the other with salads. Everything was delicious. We will be back.
