My wife and I are regulars and we brought a friend there for his first time. Ordinarily I would say that the food was 5 stars. This particular night the restaurant was overwhelmingly busy. I ordered Paella. When it arrived the fish items in the dish were all piping hot. However, the rice in the bowl was cold as if it had come out of the fridge and had not been heated yet. I feel certain that in the rush of the evening someone in the kitchen simply forgot to heat the rice. I brought it to the attention of my waiter and he replaced it quickly with a hot dish. He then took it off the bill and offered us all free desserts. We love Seasons 52 and were gratified that a small kitchen mistake was treated seriously and remedied quickly with apologies. We do not hesitate to recommend it.

Very good food and friendly waiter. Very noisy. Crowded, which was fine, not sure if its the high ceilings, made us feel like we were shouting a little. Great tuna tartare, and flatbreads were yummy-my son wouldn't even share his cannoli dessert-liked it that much! Overall nice night:)

Our food was outstanding as was the service, etc. Only problem we had was one of the ladies got sick when she got home. Sick to her stomach. She and I had the wood cooked filet Mignon except she had the pears on her order and I didn't. She was sick to her stomach all evening and through the next day. We are assuming it was the pears.

Great restaurant atmosphere. Lighting is just right- not to dim, not too bright. Servers are always pleasant and have the right amount of intervention. I told 3 others about this place and they plan to visit for the Christmas lunches and gatherings.

Food is consistently good. We enjoy the atmosphere. Sadly we did not ask for a round table to accommodate eight--none were available. Sitting at a rectangular table with eight is not a good way to engage everyone.

Outstanding restaurant , with wonderful ambience. I am from out of town and recently had a "first date" there . It was a special experience. Food was awesome, service was splendid, and we were actually left alone to enjoy our romantic experience. I highly recommend this restaurant for a romantic meal for two!!

A perfect place for a special Thanksgiving Day meal if you're choosing to eat at a restaurant. Felt like royalty -we were treated so well and most delicious food-offered the traditional Thanksgiving meal and it was divine, absolutely perfect day. Thank you!

This is the second time we celebrate thanksgiving at Seasons. Seating was prompt, service super friendly and energetic, food was great. We were not rushed. It was good that they had many regular menu items in addition to the special menu. A great experience.

we always enjoy the food and drink selections here. service was a bit slow tonight and for some reason they didn't register that we took our reservation even though they had us in the computer and everything seemed fine when we checked in.

Seasons 52 fell just below the bar of what we were expecting based on the recommendations from others. The flat bread appetizer was good and our kid's meals were good. My wife's meal was only fair, the salmon was cold and bland. I had trout and would order it again even though I felt the portions were skimpy.

Our recent experience was great! Unfortunately, we were seated 20-25 minutes after the reservation request time. Managemnent took us to the bar and provided complimentary drinks while we waited. When seated, they continuted to take care of us with appitizers and desert. Our server, Laura, was outstanding. She rtook excellant care of us and made sure all was to our liking. I can honestly say, we have neve been treated so well! We will go back!

This restaurant was AMAZING! When we first arrived, there was a pretty decent wait, but I quickly understood why. The service was world class and the food was creative and delicious. To apologize for the wait, the manager personally came to our table to apologize and pause for our wine, appetizers, and dessert. I would very, very highly recommend this restaurant!

Food not as good as previous -- mushrooms were ice cold in what was called a "warm mushroom salad". I brought this to attention of our server and she just shrugged... She was not attentive - had to ask for water and never got any refills on it. Seemed like she had already "clocked out" and was just going through the motions. She did give us free dessert since it was my birthday.

As much as I dislike chains this is a stand by restaurant for me in a Chain restaurant city. The entire experience this time suffered, from when I arrived and onward. 1st I made reservations well in advance. No best table even though they are 60% full and non reservation people got better tables. I arrived early and decided to use the rest room. When I returned to the empty front desk, she didn't remember me. Ok so I started over. Than I was escorted to the bar. In the state I was visiting guests under 21 can't sit in a bar. So I requested a move. Another delay at the front and she didn't know my name yet a 3rd time. I get a less than desirable table. I order wine and when served was told this was a NAPA wine. I listened carefully than asked if she knew what an AVA was and explained the history of Carneros AVA. All still ok, most people don't understand the AVA. Especially the history of Carneros. Than she explains the menu to us, which includes things In Season. Asparagus in November ? Seriously? There isn't anything "IN SEASON " in Indiana. Seasons 52 has become a true Chain. Like McDonalds we know what to expect, unlike McDonalds it's good mediocrity

I took my wife to Seasons 52 for her birthday. The food is good and so was the service. My appetizer was a dish that I have never ordered before and it is unusual because of the ingredients in the dish. Unfortunately my wife happened to take the one pepper that was extremely hot (spicy) so she was not impressed. Overall the food was up to the usually good Seasons 52 standards. The service was good with a few spotty efforts over the course of our meal. All in all a nice evening out.

Disappointed that our reservation seem to go unnoticed and after waiting 30+ minutes we headed to the bar and grabbed 2 barstools. They never did call our name ~ we had made a reservation clearly stating it was our Anniversary and no mention was made of that the entire evening....disappointing! We waited about 20 minutes for service at the bar and when we asked for straws for water they forgot and when reminded 30 minutes later they finally brought them. The food was good but we were never asked if our food was prepared properly or if everything was ok......Water was hard to come by for refills and empty glasses were just left sitting in front of us. Overall, we wished we had gone elsewhere! We used to like this place and now are reconsidering this restaurant on our "go to" list!

Awesome food as usual! It was my mother's 80th birthday and she picked Seasons 52 because she loves it! We had the entire family and even my brother-in-law who is very picky said he would come back to eat here. The waiter was excellent as well!
