We love this restaurant. Had to wait about 20 minutes even with our reservation, but we weren't in a hurry. Waitress forgot our appetizer, but the manager came and apologized and gave us a credit toward our meal. Very apologetic. We will definitely be back!! The food is always great!

We have visited this Seasons 52 several times, usually for a special occasion. This time it was my husband's birthday. Our reservation was for 6 p.m., and Kate was our server. She did a great job, and we all enjoyed our flatbread, entrees and desserts. The first wine we selected from their list was not available, but we enjoyed our 2nd choice.

My reservation was recognized quickly, and we were offered a choice of tables. The atmosphere and noise level were very conducive to our business meeting. Server was prompt and attentive but not overbearing. Food was timely.

The food was amazing as always, but our waiter went above and beyond with his service. He was very knowledgeable about the menu (food and wine) and went out of his way to help us celebrate my husband's birthday. This is such a wonderful dining experience!

Seasons 52 is good, but not great. It's an upscale chain restaurant, so you can count on it being pretty good but there won't be any surprises on the menu. The service is good, and the happy hour deal is worth it.

We were very disappointed to find out the live piano musician in the bar area had been eliminated!! The music was the main draw for us to have dinner at Season's 52. We hope the corporate decision is reversed. At some point I hope they realize what a mistake they made!!

Went for a birthday dinner. Love the ambiance. Appetizers were great. Scallops were good but just didn't strike me as great. We were a little disappointed in the service - i had told them when i made the reservation that it was a birthday celebration and I thought there would be something special done but no mention of it. And they forgot my soup order. I would definitely go back though.

We had a great night. My daughter picked it for her 17th birthday, the food and service were excellent. They also gave her a hand written birthday card which was a very nice touch. It was a great evening! Well done Season's 52.

We had a great evening at Seasons 52. Great table in the inside / outside room. Stasted with generous happy hour bites and drinks.
Loved the chicken skewers and gluten-free Flatbread.
Also, had a great waitress, Aggie!

Lack of parking. Rude bartender. Slow to clean bar top. We were seated (15 minutes after reservation) in what felt like a back room apart from main dining area. Very cold and drafty at our table (which was later fixed). Chicken dish was luke warm. Overall disappointing.

From the moment we were greeted, served and paid our bill our experience was nothing less than superb. It was about the tenth time I had been there but the first for my guest and he couldn't get over how nice it was. The Fall menu is filled with great options and is tempting enough to bring us back again.

My friend and I dined here for the third time and Seasons 52 never disappoints. We happened to catch the final night of the special fixed price Restaurant Week menu. We shared chicken flat bread, each of us had the spinach and pear salad, and we each got a mini dessert. She chose the shrimp and grits entree and I had the filet mignon. Everything was perfectly prepared and delicious. The service was good, but just a tad too attentive. It seemed that a different person would come up every few minutes to ask us how everything was. The atmosphere is sophisticated and quiet, one of the few places anymore where you can have a conversation without shouting! It was the perfect venue for us to relax and catch up on our crazy lives.

We visited season 52 with friends on a busy Saturday evening. Bring walking shoes because parking was terrible. We had to park in a garage around the corner of the back of the parking lot. Aside from that the restaurant was busy but with reservations we were seated right away. The serves was great and the good was tasty. It was cincy restaurant week which was a great value and a good amount of food. I would definitely go back.

Food and service was good but I made the reservation on Open Table and specifically asked to NOT be seated near the kitchen but when we arrived that is exactly where the hostess tried to seat us. I asked her to move us and she did after checking with management. I know all requests cannot be granted but surely an attempt could have been made to seat us somewhere other than there.
