About N by NAOE
N by NAOE is a simple, if not daring culinary adventure for those looking for something different from a traditional restaurant. The dining room consists of one long table with 16 chairs in the middle of an elegant yet plain wooden room. There are no servers, no hostesses or busboys, only the guests, the chef and his kitchen staff.
Each meal at N by NAOE is completely unique, decided upon by the chef himself. Guests can expect multiple courses, all authentically Japanese in nature, but beyond that pretty much anything can appear on the plate. N by NAOE is famous for its Japanese marbled steaks cooked briefly in vegetable stock, and has earned a lot of recognition for its perfect execution of this bright, fresh take on what a steak can be. Make your reservations early, as N by NAOE is usually booked out months in advance.

A genuine culinary experience integrated with impeccable, personalized service. Everything was obviously well planned and executed; from the personalized Sake menu, to the refined bento box experience. The communal table gave us the opportunity to converse with interesting people. The visit to the kitchen and exchanging recipes for Ikura with the chef was priceless! I can hardly wait to sit down at the other establishment run by this team, NAOE.
N by Naoe is a gem. I loved the experience I had at Naoe for dinner and was greatly looking forward to this new lunch option. N by Naoe does not disappoint. The food is excellent. Just like Naoe its very different from the typical Miami-Japanese foods. The flavors are subtle. Chef Kevin doesn't mask the flavors of the fish he elevates them. The presentations are delicate and beautiful. I would definitely recommend these restaurants to anyone who loves food and wants to expand there palate.
Also the service is unbelievable. The staff is incredibly attentive. Very friendly. Very accommodating.
