Everything in one word, "perfect"! The waiter and waitress knew the menu. The staff made sure they worked as a team for the evening to flow. The recommendations were all superb picks!!
After the entire experience, the manager adjusted my check and offered my company and I a ride to our next destination (shutter service was taking forever).
Everything was delicious, especially the Little Orchid Annie cocktail, the asparagus flyte and the strip steak. Our server knew a lot about the wines on the list and the rest of the staff were friendly and helpful. I want to return to try more of the red wines by the glass. Outstanding place!
After some really bad dining experiences in Nashville, Flyte blew our minds! Everything about our experience was perfect! From the prompt hostess greeting, to our awesome waiter Jason, to the unbelievable food and service....it was excellent! Cannot give a higher recommendation...just GO!!!
EVERY SINGLE DISH FROM THREE STARTERS TO THREE MAINS TO ONE DESERT WAS DELICIOUS, DISTINCTIVE AND HONESTLY VERY CREATIVE AND DELIGHTFUL. CHEF STALLARD IS TO BE COMMENDED FOR HIS EXQUISITE CULINARY IMAGINATION AND EFFORTS. SCOTT SEARS SHOULD BE HAILED FOR HIS FUNTASTIC AND UNIQUE WINE OFFERINGS THAT DID NOT DISAPPOINT AND MADE FOR AN ENTIRELY MEMORABLE DINING EXPERIENCE. HIGHLY RECOMMEND FLYTE TO ANY VISITOR OF NASHVILLE AND TO EVERY LOCAL. GO GO GO!!!
Excellent in every way. Service, apps, entrees and dessert. Had not been there for years because of a bad experience with a previous chef. Read positive reviews on Open Table and went back. Very glad we did and will again VERY soon. Could not be happier with a dining experience.
Waiter had a very good sense of humor, so that set the tone for a great meal. The portions are small (which is fine by me) so 4 of us split 3 appetizers and we had plenty of room for dinner. Great wine list for me and my friend and the guys enjoyed some great beers.
Our first date night since our child was born and it was amazing. The food was sublime, our server was knowledgeable and attentive, and the drinks were exactly what these two overworked, exhausted parents needed. I can't recommend this place enough. We will be back at least quarterly to try the seasonal menu.
We hadn't seen our son in a year; he hadn't been home in almost three years and we only had three days with him. Our son manages three bars in NYC & his wife manages a high-end restaurant so they know food & service. We wanted a place where our family could talk - with my husband's hearing problem, that's not always easy to find but despite the open warehouse concept - the evening was fantastic. Kevin our waiter was attentive but not intrusive, the food was adventurous enough to impress the NYC boy and while it was noisy, it didn't affect our time together. Well done & thank you for helping us get the most out of a short visit.
Just missed the delicious bread I had the last time I was there.
2 of our guests weren't happy with the wine bottle we chose even after having a sample before purchase. It seemed to taste different. Upon hearing that, the manager immediately brought a new bottle to our table, refused for them to be even slightly dissatisfied, and it changed their entire mood for the meal. Amazing customer service. Will be going back for sure.
