Brasilia Churrasco Steakhouse Ratings and Reviews
Very loud and floor was extremely slick due to rain outside. Everyone in my group slid and almost fell each time we made a trip to the salad bar or restroom. Speaking of the restroom...it was dirty and not what I would have expected. Also had to ask many times for the pineapple server to come by our table because he would just walk by and ignore us.
Our server was great and so was the food. The hostesses on the other hand were clueless. Booked a reservation 3 weeks in advance and still had to wait 20 minuets after my reservation time while there were empty tables available. We ended up having to ask the hostess when we would be seated after waiting, and point out the open tables and they still acted like they could not seat us.
Place opens late, which is good for us because we were passing through Asheville on our way to Raleigh. Food was decent; albeit a tad too salty for my gf's taste. Service was ok, though it would have been nice if somebody actually refilled our water. Parking was also difficult.
My husband and I went to have lunch on our anniversary. The food was awesome! We went on a Sunday afternoon, it was not at all crowded, so we were able to enjoy a quiet, romantic meal together. Our favorite meats were the house special, pork ribs and the rib eye.
we went late on evening which was good for us , but we were not really that hungry . Lots of food the salad bar was not as good as some I have been to in the past . The meats were great except the lamb and chicken was little over cooked . The ribeye was the best.
$100 for two people and not drinks or dessert too much unless your real hungry .
Food was excellent! Very cold in the restaurant. Lots of meat variety. The servers were very accommodating as far as the way we liked our meat cooked. If the meat was medium rare and one of us only ate medium well, he came back with medium well for those who wanted it that way! Excellent salad bar and sides!
The items served at one's table are remarkable in quality and taste! The service couldn't be better from my perspective, and your party isn't pushed to leave. The ambient noise is such that 2 or 4 people can carry on a convasation that all can hear.
This was truly an outstanding meal! The food was incredible - worthy of any special occasion. We chose to celebrate a personal and special event and this will likely be the venue for all future celebrations. The service was top notch! I would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a unique and memorable dining experience - not to be underestimated. Bravo and see you again soon!
This is the second time I go to this restaurant. The first visit was excellent and memorable. The second visit did not live to the expectations of the first.
Every all-you-can-eat restaurants have an angle so they can make a healthy profit. I want them to make a profit, but not in the way Brasilia is doing it. Their angle is SALT. Coarse salt is commonly used to enhance that first mouth feel of food. Is used in bake potatoes and frequently in steaks. This time, though, there was so much salt on the steaks that I hesitated to ask for more meat. They did get our water glasses topped in a very timely manner. While trying their signature steak, I bit onto large pieces or coarse salt and it hurt on my teeth. I thought I bit onto a rock... well I did. Not something expected in such a restaurant. So, they get you thirsty, you drink a lot of water, you are filled quickly and don't eat more.
Although my family enjoyed their time, they also complained about the salt content of the meats, so I will probably not go back, unless to enjoy only the salad bar.

A expected a lot more from this restaurant. I was disappointed. Too expensive for what it was. I have been to same concept restaurant ( in Miami and Durham) and the food and the environment were a lot better. The meats need more flavor. The cuts seem to be cheap because the meats are not soft enough and some have pieces of fat. Sorry, I wish I could give you a better review, but I did not like it.
for red-meat lovers! We celebrated a birthday Saturday night and enjoyed excellent service and delicious food. The Parmesan pork and the flank steak were favorites. Though the salad buffet was self-service, and the meat is brought to your table only when you signal, the service was neither rushed or slow. The servers were very attentive to our needs.
Come hungry, because you are there for the meat.
First time going to a Brazilian steakhouse and I will definitely do it again. The service was fantastic, our waitress was attentive and so nice and we got a chance to try everything we wanted to. Our favorites were the house special, flank steak, and filet mignon. The chicken and cinnamon pineapple were so good too. The salad bar and hot items were really good also, killer mushroom gravy and potatoes.
This was our first time at Brasilia Steakhouse. It was very good. The items on the "salad" bar were plentiful and well prepared. Everything was good. The smoked salmon and jumbo shrimp with cocktail sauce were my favorites. We did not have the meats this trip but will definitely try them next visit.
The foodwas delicious, always right in front of you and the waiters recommended certain beef cuts that were delishous. The only thing i wasn't to happy with were they wine list, it did not list the price for wine and when the check came it was very expensive. I would definitely return agagin and again but i will order a pepsi next time
