Had an office party at Punchbowl and we had a great dinner and wonderful service. We were disappointed that the upstairs was closed due to a private party but enjoyed bowling and corn hole downstairs. It would have been better if we had service in those areas to order cocktails instead of having to go to the bar. But overall a good time was had by all.

Some of the food was excellent, but some of the food was very average. The Cabano was bland. They did have some good hot sauces that added some much needed zest to the sandwich. Their rolls with home made jellies were very tasty. They have changed their menu in the past few months but honestly, the old menu was better. Their monkey bread breakfast bread is great... We went about 1pm and it was a really nice time to be there. Most of the lunch crowd was gone and the happy hour crowd hadn't arrived so it was quiet and everyone in our group could talk... The place itself is a fun setting and I would definitely recommend it for happy hour or an evening of game playing ...

This was the first time my wife and I had a date night at this restaurant and didn't know what to expect. We loved it had an amazing time and the whole staff was attentive and always willing to help, even when you asked where the bathrooms were they never pointed they actually walked you right to it.

I brought a bachelorette party so we could play games and drink from punch bowls. It took 40 minutes to get our first drink and 2.5 hours to get the check. They were NOT full to capacity by any means. No time for any games. The food was good, however.

Was excited to show our son the arcade games. Unfortunately, that area was sectioned off due to a private party. Would've been nice to know that when making the reservation. Otherwise, food was great and we were able to play a few games of skee ball. Also wasn't explained to us when we ordered a "bottle" of wine, it would be out of a "tap" and delivered in a glass carafe. Still good...would've liked to know ahead of time, corking it and taking it to go is not an option.

Very fun place for dinner and fun...the Hominy appetizer is so good you won't want to share...remember to check on the wait list for bowling or other games when you get there sometimes the wait can be long...overall a great place for a large group

Food was very good, service was exceptional. Had a reservation to watch the Cubs game, they first said we would have to leave our table after 90 minutes (which was odd, they said they had too many reservations but there were several empty tables throughout the night) but then they "moved things around" and were able to accommodate us. Server Bradford was great, very attentive and didn't seem annoyed that we sat for a long time (we tipped him well). Overall a good night, they know how to run a restaurant.

Despite reserving a table three weeks in advance we were placed in the back corner by the emergency exit, kitchen, and bathroom. This was due to the fact we were not considered a priority table. The food was also terrible, one person in our group got the the Wagyu steak and it was just ground beef in the shape of a steak. The first time I went there it was a much better experience but after this I will never be returning.

Went this past weekend and it was great! We did make reservations which I encourage because it does get crowded after 7pm. The hostess was amazing, I originally wanted to sit outside by the fireplace, but once my friends arrived they changed their minds and wanted to sit inside. The hostess was VERY nice and sat us inside right away. Great service! We will definitely be back for another fun night!

The staff were EXTREMELY accommodating and service great. I planned for a surprise birthday party and it went very well. Our server was very knowledgeable and quick with orders. I would absolutely attend again. The 8-man Foosball was a riot of a time.

Punch Bowl Social was AMAZING. The service was exceptional; they brought us a free appetizer because our entrees were a slightly delayed and also let us try the punches before purchasing. A lot of the ingredients for the drinks are made in house and the bartenders and waitstaff were very good at explaining why that made a difference. The food was really amazing, we got the chicken and the eggplant appetizer and split it. Would have gotten the s'mores pie but we were too full! This was great for a date night but would also be a blast with friends. They have an arcade upstairs and bowling and some other games downstairs, but you don't feel the need to play if you go, you can just go for food. All amazing!

The food service was great! We ate first and it was a pleasant and well paced meal. My main complaints are toward the drinks and bartenders. They are pushy and rude. The drinks have no alcohol in them and they cost WAY too much.

We went for Sunday Brunch. Every thing on the menu is delicious and love the support of local farms and producers. Bloody Mary bar is the best we have experienced, they have so many items to put into your drink it is very hard to choose. After brunch we bowled, played corn hole and see ball. Such a great place for sharing a fun afternoon.
Nothing special... at first they couldn't find my reservation, but thankfully wasn't very busy. The food was just ok. Service was ridiculously slow and the serve himself was rude, lazy and not attentive. We had to flag him down multiple times.
We will come again
Excellent service and food. The server, Tiffany, was so pleasant and attentive. When we moved into the gaming room there was continued excellent service. We were always checked on to see if we needed anything. Fun environment and very spacious Sonora didn't feel crowded.
Perfect place for an adult getaway.
The first time we came into PBS was Sunday morning for brunch. The food the service, everything was just so amazing. Had to plan out another day to come in once we saw the bowling and activities. For the round 2 visit, it was a later in the evening visit. Was very busy, the staff was still very friendly, and gave the best service they could. Overall a great experience at PBS. Definetly one of my new favorite spots.
Food was decent, atmosphere is fun for sure, hostess was rude and the waiter screwed up orders on several occasions, wait for drinks was long, one food order never came, split bills were not accurate and he declined to correct them which ended up meaning that there was a random, extra bill at the end that I had to pay myself. Waiter put in too many orders for fish fry's and then tried to justify me having to pay the extra $30 bill by saying he already paid for the extra fish fry, which was his fault, not ours. At the end of the night I wanted to pay my tab and it took them over
15 minutes to "find" it. Frustrating to deal with the staff but the concept and atmosphere are great.
Not a great experience
The service at Punch Bowl was slow. The food is fine and they have an acceptable wine and liquor list. We were seated at one of the booths. NEVER accept seating at a booth. The benches are too far from the table. They are also uncomfortable to the point of being painful. I enjoy an "energetic" atmosphere, but the noise level at Punch Bowl is exceedingly high. It's difficult to hold a conversation, particularly since the people on the other side of the table are so far away.
I wouldn't go back and would not recommend it.
Pretty horrific experience
We had reservations for 5:45, and were headed to see a show at 7:30. We sat down at 5:50. The waitress explained she was in training, but that the other waitress was overseeing her. We were a party of 6. My friend ordered mac and cheese and asked them to add buffalo chicken. When his meal arrived it was cold...no temperature at all. We asked that they heat it up, and she said sure.
TWENTY minutes later he asked the waitress if his food was close to being done, and she said yes, then a manager comes to the table. The manager came over THREE times... The 3rd time was to drop off an order of mac and cheese to hold him over until his correct order got there. Yes, I am serious. This was 30 minutes later. At that point we asked them to please put the correct order in a to-go container and please get it to the table asap. They brought (what we think) was the original mac and cheese with chicken...It was cold. It appeared that they never heated up the original order, and then reordered the wrong item. We left the cold serving on the table, and were late to our show. This whole scenario went on for FORTY minutes, and had 3 staff people involved with no resolution in the end. The actual waitress did not come to our table until we were standing up and leaving the restaurant.
On a separate note, this is the 2nd time food has also been returned because it is too spicy. They change the recipes and do not update their menu.

Our server was extremely well informed providing a versed knowledge of the menu. It was quiet on Friday night in restaurants but rather loud in entertainment areas but that is to be expected. His name I believe was Kyl.
