Pump is a gorgeous restaurant! We sat outside on the patio and it was really beautiful. There are large trees in the center of the patio, strung with lanters and lights. The tables are candlelit and the ambious overall is just beautiful.
However, the food and service was just average to below average. Our server was very friendly and helpful, but the service was really slow. When the food did come, I was disappointed. I ordered the Chicken with lemon and capers. The chicken was flat-out dry and almost hard to chew. The side of roasted vegetables were overcooked and soggy with balsamic vinegar. I love balsamic and roast vegetables often using it, but the vinegar was too heavy here, making the brocolli especially soggy.
I think this would be an excellent place to go for drinks and to enjoy the ambiance, but pass on the food.

I'm a fan of the show and while in LA had to test it out. Overall it was meh. The ambiance in the garden is nice & very charming. However the service was incredibly slow. We waited over 30 minutes (during which our food arrived) to order a second drink. I recommend going for drinks instead, if you are looking to people watch. The pumptini was actually very good.

We dined outside and it was a lovely environment. The service was great...haven't had such great and enthusiastic service like that in a long time. Chris...you were terrific! I thought the menu was interesting, but the food was nothing to brag about. It was good! The wine list is very limited. I brought my own Champagne and wine...which they were happy to open for a corkage fee of $25.00 Well worthy it...to drink great wine in such a lovely atmosphere. Was there all afternoon and didn't once feel pressured to leave or rushed.

Everything was amazing. The food and the atmosphere was excellent. The waiter, the manager and overall all the staff were very pleasant, friendly and helpful. Definitely very classy place with very good looking professional people.

Great experience. The food was AMAZING and great portions for the price. I made reservations the morning of and had no wait time when we showed up 5 min early. Reservations were for 8:30 pm and by 9:30 pm the place was super packed. Very fun, romantic, modern & energetic place. Will definitely be back!

Dinner, Service, Company, and Ambiance was PERFECTION. However the rule with splitting checks is ridiculous. We took nearly 20 minutes to try and figure out to the penny what people owed. Having dinners assigned by seat number should make the check closing at the ending of the meal easier. Not happy with how that finished out, but again dinner was superb. We will be back.

The courtyard provides a beautiful setting for Lisa Vanderpump's typical menu (not too dissimilar to those at her other restaurants). The waiters are attentive and charming – and of course (being a Vanderpump establishment) easy on the eye – especially in their just-a-little-too-tight pink shirts! ;-)
The clientele seems to be a mixture of dates/couples catching up/business meetings/birthday celebrations. I've been there previously my 20-yo daughter to celebrate my birthday and didn't feel like we were encroaching on our table neighbour's romantic evening.
My only slight bugbear is that the lighting is a little too overly romantic: we needed to use the light on our phones not only to read the menu and make choices, but to actually see what we were eating!
Handy tip: if you're not planning a late-night meal, book a table for 7:30 and get there in time to order a cocktail at the courtyard bar during happy hour (from 5-7pm Mon-Thu and 4-6 Fri-Sat).

The gentleman that greeted us was not very welcoming. After being seated both of us had decided on drinks, apps, and dinner before anyone came to the table to greet us. From that point forward the server seemed to be more on top of it. We ordered a couple of specialty cocktails that were tasty. We had the hummus plate which was good. I would have liked to have had some veggies or pita chips instead of just bread to go along with it. I had the seared tuna for my entree. There wasn't much flavor. It needed a sauce, and it was served in a bowl which made it hard to cut and eat. My boyfriend had the chopped salad and said it was bland. Oil and vinegar for the dressing. We shared a side of wasabi cauliflower mash which was both of our favorite item. It was disappointing to see multiple staff members carrying drinks in their hands instead of using a tray. I saw a busser with his fingers in dirty glassware stacked in his arms along with other dirty plates and garbage, bear hugging it on the way back to the kitchen so he wouldn't drop anything. That was not very appealing. The atmosphere with the outdoor setting and heat lamps was very nice.

Got a last minute reservation and was pleasantly surprised by the food and decor. Good dinner value with a soothing setting. Waiter was a bit disinterested. Had to wait to long to receive the dessert but otherwise fine. Also the menu selections covered a wide area of different tastes without being overly expense. We recommend this establishment.

We went there for our first wedding anniversary. The reserved table was in a great location on the patio. The server was very attentive and made every attempt to make our anniversary romantic and special. The food was excellent! Everything about the restaurant was perfect.

Last night in LA before travelling home so wanted to go somewhere special, had been told about Pump by a couple of friends and it lived up to everything we had been told.
Great location, staff and food....fantastic way of ending our trip!

Chose Pump after dining at SUR previously. I must say our experience at Pump was even better than SUR. We had a reservation and waited at the bar before being seated at a quaint table for three. The food was delicious. Our server was super friendly and took great care of us. The decor outside was beautiful and the vibe was cool yet lively.

PUMP is nothing short of AhhhhhhhMAZING!!! Service was fast, friendly, efficient. Garden terrace ambience cannot be beat in WeHo. LVP has an incredible gift with design. The food was a delight to our tastebuds and the drinks...well I highly recommend the PUMP-tini and LVP Sangria! Calvin and Adir at the garden bar were absolutely FABUlous, and all other staff from management to the food runners/bus boys were top notch as well! If you want to experience a real life fairytale reserve at PUMP! I will be back again and again!!!

The hostess who greeted us was NOT friendly and sat us at a table that was closest to bathroom/speaker/pathway. We asked to speak to her so we could change tables; instead, the waiter came back and just move us---not very professional of the hostess. It may be my perception, but her treatment of "men only" groups was different than mixed groups. Seriously have my doubts and suspicions. Waiter was wonderful; very attentive and knew menu well.

It's my second time visiting PUMP and I love everything about it. I even sat next to the owners Lisa and Ken Vanderpump, but I didn't bother them. The food was delicious and our waiter was the cutest and most helpful. His name was Logan. I will be going back soon. You must go.

This was a fun time as always, but the service is often slow and the food leaves much to be desired... it's just very basic food that honestly doesn't match the feel and vibe of the space. I've heard dinner is better.

This was second visit. Restaurant was not quite as busy this time which made the experience much nicer. Food was delicious and freshly prepared this time around. The chapters salad was very yummy and the fresh burrata was generous and delicious. I had the chicken & rigatoni with pine nuts dish however I think that ingredient was left off :-(. My son had the sole dish and fish was fresh and delicious. This visit far surpassed our first visit.
