One of the first places that came to mind when my neice was visiting Cincinnati on a Book Tour. I thought this the best place because of the view. However was amazed at the quality of the food, service and atmosphere. This was one of the finest dining experiences that I've had in the 30 years that I lived in Cincinnati. Bravo to the Staff.

The Gnocchi and Rock Shrimp was outstanding. The Ravioli with the Walnut Pesto was the best thing I ate. The waiter was very attentive and knowledgeable on the specials. Overall is was really great with an amazing view of downtown Cincinnati.

This was a rare trip to Cincinnati for a recumbent bike/trike convention in Sharonville (north of the city). The reviews on Open Table led us to make reservations at Primavere. What a great find! From the "all-female" valet attendants to dessert---near perfection! Our advice...GO!

The view of the city was spectacular. That was it. The Italian food was mediocre and the pizza I ordered was barely edible. It reminded me of a frozen pizza that you buy for kids. All and all I think the food is overpriced for what they are serving.

We wen't for our two year anniversary and it was a really great place to eat plus the atmosphere and service was amazing. Lowis (our waitress) brought out a complimentary dessert with a candle and lit it because they knew we were celebrating so it upped the feel of being welcomed and their strive for us having a great experience. We would definitely go back.

Prima Vista was amazing. My friend recommended it to me, as I go to school at Miami U, but I wanted to treat my girlfriend to a nice night outside of Oxford. I had no idea what Cinci had to offer, but I could not be more happy with my friend suggesting Prima Vista to me; it is the definition of a romantic night out.

Our server was great, he gave good recommendations and quality service without being intrusive. Every person at our table got something different meatballs, mussels, salmon and chicken and we all raved. We will definately be back

Prima Vista is one of our favorite spots when we want a really special experience. My 11 year old daughter loves it and when it came up on Restaurant week I was thrilled and booked a table right away. The service is always excellent, attentive without being overbearing. Thanks for a great meal.

Disappointed in the Restaurant Week menu. Had a lovely time as we always do - service is great, ambiance, view, etc, but the regular menu is better than their featured $35 menu. For appetizers, my gnocchi did not taste fresh and the flavors were weird. My husband's salad was just a huge pile of green and it was dry even though pre-dressed and the walnuts were huge - looked like just thrown on top? He is not a picky eater but did not like it. And when his shrimp dish came it was just as disappointing. Shrimp were undercooked! Dessert was great and my salmon was great, but we would have been happier overall if we had ordered off the regular menu!

Very good experience all around. We had a reservation on a Tuesday evening and were seated in a great table with a beautiful view of downtown. Service was good and not annoying in the least. Food was excellent, although a little overpriced.

As usual, this dinner was lovely, nice view of downtown and the river. The food is great and the specials explained well. The bread is fresh and nicely served. We didn't go for dessert, so I can't speak to those. The beer selection is skimpy in my opinion and I am not a wine drinker. The service was prompt but not too fast. I had a new seafood dish and it was very well done.

If it weren't for the magnificent view over the city, this would be an average restaurant . Service and food were good, but there are plenty of places with better. But every once in a while it's nice to dine in a room with the best view in Cincinnati.

I travel and entertain quite a bit on a regular basis. This is by far the finest Italian restaurant that I have visited. The food was fantastic as well as the service and view of the city. Not a place you want to miss if you are in Cincinnati!!!!

Went for anniversary date. One of the best meals I've had in my life. Bruschetta is on par with the best I've had in Italy, and the Gnocchi was incredibly tender with the perfect consistency. Veal is exquisite, but like most authentic Italian, Secondi is more expensive (primarily meat dishes) and the pasta dishes are more than filling (and a great value). Great wine list.

We had seven people in our group and everyone ordered different items from the menu or the daily chef specials. Everyone was extremely pleased. all the food was delicious ! not even one minor complaint from anyone. Can't wait to go back,it ha been years since any of us had been there and have no idea why we waited so long to return. We will all be eating at Primavista on a more regular basis.
