I have been to this restaurant several times in the past and it has been a little while since I had been there! I made reservations to eat there b/4 our concert in downtown MPLS that night! My girlfriends and I were so pleased with our meal; very satisfied!

Haven't eaten here in a while and they removed a great thick apple pancake (now a boring buttermilk pancake) and churro's with dinner rolls with garlic butter on top. Also the Bloody Mary bar is gone, take or leave to be honest. I had the New Orleans and it tasted good but visually looked like it came from Perkins. Overall, just an average brunch, you can do better and have so many choices now.

Would have had a better experience if the noise level was lower. Could not hear our friends who were sitting right next to us. The noise level was horrendous and this wasn't the first time this has happened. Very disappointing.

Great dining experience! It's on the expensive side but you get what you pay for. Steak was the best I've had in a long time. Service and atmosphere was amazing! Apps were a bit expensive for the quality but it goes along with dinner prices. I would recommend going for special occasions.

We went for dinner on our anniversary. The hostess and wait staff are amazing. They are happy and smiling and make eye contact. We were quickly seated, it was a slow Sunday night, and our waitress came out to take our drink order. She was very attentive and we never had any issues nor did we have to wait for anything! We also got a red velvet cupcake with a sparkler for our dessert. Overall, the dining experience and food was amazing. We will be back soon!

Steak and Salmon were excellent, bread was above average, everything else was average or below. Creme Brule was undercooked and lacked flavor, asparagus was bland. When asked how everything was and I voiced my concerns/disappointments above, the waiter responded with "im sorry" and walked away. Will not be returning.

Had heard a lot of good things about Pittsburgh Blue and have wanted to try it for some time. I was a little disappointed that the steak did not have better flavor. It was nothing special. Even if they had put salt on it it would have been better. If I pay $45 for a steak, it should better than the next guy's. I can pay the same $45 at Ruth's Chris and the steak is delicious.
The drinks were $14 a piece and I have had better martinis.
On the better side, the Crab Legs were done perfectly and were sweet. Very Good.

Our Service was Outstanding - Fun, efficient, helpful. We had Ribeye, Filet and Prime Rib - all of them were absolutely delicious. The only complaint was our Veggies. We had ordered the Asparagus, Green Bean and Creamed Spinach - all were cool to room temp. I did mention it to the server and she quickly replaced the creamed spinach (we had finished the other two and requested they not replace). When the second spinach arrive - it too was cool to room temp.
We didn't feel comfortable saying anything the second time.

Only had 1 issue. The online menu prices for the location were sometimes $5 cheaper per dish when comparing it to the restaurant menu. When this was brought to the server's attention,he said that he would accommodate the online prices but only changed 1 of 4 meal prices to match the online price when the itemized bill came

The service was very good - staff wonderful Steaks - have had better - side dishes cold - butter would not melt on the baked potatoe - key lime pie ( best part of the meal) Have spent $180 on meals that were way better 🍴🍷

We had the best server, Cindy (Cynthia). She made the experience perfect. Portions were generous. It's not an inexpensive restaurant but that should not be a surprise. Our only critisim is too much blue cheese topping on our delicious steak-burying the taste of the meat too much.

Disappointing first visit. Decorating odd and somewhat confused. Seating (for 2) in a booth was limiting--seemed cramped. Two entrees--salmon (very good); prime rib (very cold/very chewey); sides were sparing. Overall--overpriced, underwhelming.

Dinner was very good. It is a bit too expensive for our budget, but we had gift cards and were happy to bring a friend for her birthday and have a lovely meal. The service was very good, and overall we had a lovely evening.

A huge thank you to the staff at Pittsburgh Blue. We went there to celebrate our Anniversary. A rare treat to go out somewhere a little nicer without the kids. We were originally seated by a very large party and our waiter took the initiative to help us move (outside his section no less) to a quieter spot after realizing we were there for a special occasion and that it was hard to talk. They treated us so nicely for our special date night. Food was fabulous, wine was good. Date night a success.

Brought guests visiting from Europe, food was great as usual but service was a train wreck. The waitress was just going too fast, dumped a full glass of ice water on us, got my drink order wrong which led to the busboy pouring ice water in my cocktail, felt rushed most of the night! It was a Monday evening, no need to turn the table, no one was waiting. Blue isn't really a cheap dinner, it should be a much better experience than that. Of course, she offered a free dessert, too little too late.

You are almost guaranteed a great meal at Pittsburgh Blue. We usually dine at the Maple Grove location, but family and friends on the southside of town made the Edina location a better choice this time. Service was great, food was awesome. I should probably look at the menu one of these time to see what I might be missing. I keep ordering then bone-in cowboy ribeye. I have tried other steak houses, Pitt Blue is one of the best.

One word - Outstanding!
My wife and I celebrated our anniversary here. The waitress was very attentive. The food came very quickly and it tasted amazing. The waitress convinced us to try the cream corn and we were glad she did. It is a must have. I have nothing bad to say about our night out.

The food was excellent - no problem there. However, the prices are outrageous! At least offer a vegetable and potato in the price per entree - not a la carte. Your prices are way too high for retired folks on a fixed income. Give us some options that offer
balanced meals for one price.
