Pazzo not up to usual standards on this visit. Veal hard, frozen.
Our dinner at Pazzo was excellent. Our server was attentive and friendly as was our food runner. Overall it was a great meal and wonderful birthday celebration.
Excellent dinner for 6 . All entrees and drinks were superb !
Fabulous as always!
Pazzo continues to be consistent gem for the city of Naples.
Wonderful as always! Ask for Will to be your server. He’s fantastic!
Great food and service as usual. Best chicken parm around. $10 off each entree was pleasant incentive and thank you to their frequent customers.
Pazzo is a tried and true Naples classic. I've been dining there for 20 years and it never disappoints. Dakota was our server for the evening and he was attentive but not intrusive. The gorgonzola encrusted filet was outstanding! With their great summer specials, I look forward to dining many times in the next few months.
Only complaint was that the restaurant was COLD for a couple of the ladies who did not bring sweaters. Waiter said it couldn't be controlled.
Great place, one of our staple restaurants for a date night
Great food!! They have a $10 off entree coupon just make sure you print 1 for each person
Extremely disappointing experience for a 5th ave. restaurant. My wife and I arrived and was seated inside at a corner table near the bar. Once we sat down we were immediately blasted with the AC system vent near our table. I asked our waiter (Will) if we could move to a table away from the vent. He went on to say that all of the inside tables are under vents and that the people next to us and another table also complained but there was nothing he could do. So we sucked it up. After about 15 minutes my wife was extremely cold so she moved to the side of the table to see if that would help. It did not it only made her freezing on her right side. Then a large group of 8 with a baby was sitting next to us and the grandfather yelled and demanded to be moved because the baby would catch a cold. So they moved them into the other corner round table under cover. Meanwhile my wife became so cold that she had me get to fabric napkins from the other table so she could put them on her shoulders. No she didn’t bring a sweater but it was 82 out. Our meal came and the food was very good but immediately got cold. I once again asked the waiter why he could not raise the thermostat so that the AC would turn off for a few minutes. He replied that he has no control over it and the biggest reason is because it is now out of season (the snow birds have left) that the restaurant wasn’t filled. I told him the reason is because they have the front door open so that they can tend to the outside tables, leaving the warm air coming in making the AC stay on completely.
An evening out with friends, and always a good experience at Pazzo
Food was excellent!! Service was also excellent however, the place is very dated & not inviting. You need to update!!
This was our first time at this restaurant. Our waiter, Will, was very attentive, friendly, helpful and kept eyes on our table in case we need something. The food was excellent. We had a wonderful time and we will come back again on our next visit in Naples.
This was t our first time to Pazzo. The food was outstanding, the service was great, and the atmosphere romantic... A perfect 10
Requested a window table and was promptly seated .. Our server, Jamie , was pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable. The evening was a delight, but I had to use my phone to find out who won the Derby....no tv at the bar.
Pazzo has been one of my top 3 restaurants in Naples for many years. The service, food and amenities are wonderful. Always have a great meal.
Always good. Generally go before the theatre
Food & service was excellent
Dinner with old dear friends from NJ
Great food and service! Nice atmosphere!
Best pasta I have ever had!
Really enjoyed the Pazzo. would recommended to anyone who in interested in who Italian food.
Great meal with friends. We will be back. Food was excellent.
Our dining experience at Pazzo was excellent as always. Our waiter, Dakota, paced us perfectly from the moment we sat down. Our meals were all outstanding.
The food was excellent and so was the service. But the place could use a rug cleaning it smelled weird as we walked in and it lingered.
We did the early bird menu and had four different entries- all equally excellent. Service was supurb and the discounted wine was great. Will definitely go again!
Great food and service
Fantastic atmosphere. Attentive service; GREAT food!
After a problem identified the manager went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our dining experience. We did! Excellent food.
Awesome! Delish-has never disappointed! Started with the squash ravioli so tasty! We both had the fidilini which was pasta with crabmeat, peppers and the perfect amount of spice! Service is always spot on and waiter very attentive
Pazzo is my husbands favourite restaurant. Once again, we were not disappointed. I had the sea bass special which was excellent. My husband had the salmon, of course perfect. Started with calamari, bottle of wine and finished with tiramisu. Perfect evening.
Calamari app was delicious, Crespelle was tasty but not served hot, mixed greens were mediocre. Grouper was tasty but not served hot ,side of pasta was delicious. Steak was good as well as the veal. Beware when getting drinks as there is a huge difference is call liquor than house. Total ripoff for call.
Always good food and service and good value given its 5th Avenue location
Dined outside. Food and ambiance awesome. Server, Frank, professional, courteous, friendly and added to our totally enjoyable experience. We’ll be back!
Veal piccata with homemade pasta was excellent as was the romaine salad. Service also was very good. The only issue involved the “house” wine which was “wanting” and that’s being judicious. In fact, it actually distracted from the very high quality of the food. I’ve experienced good wine that certainly helps elevate bad food, but not the other way, till now. That said, the quality of the veal will bring us back!
Linguini with clams nearly inedible due to incrediable amount of garlic in the dish. It should taste like clams, not garlic. Should not have to ask for a bowl for clam shells.Dish was very disappointing. Mussel appetizer was juicy and tasty. Again had to ask for bowl for clam shells for this dish. Main course salmon was very tasty and well presented. I like dishes that are on the sweet side and this sauce was sweet so it was excellent for me.
Service was barely adequate as noted above. No one ever came and asked how our dishes were. Dinner time was 8.30 so it was not that busy on a weeknight.
To say this was disappointing would be an understatement. On open table I referenced a birthday. Upon the confirmation, I asked her if it was noted... it was, and told an automatic desert would be offered. Great. Acknowledged. Server was in absencia most of the meal, table was a mess, poor manager had to frame the table for entrees when HE delivered them. Dirty plates in front of us for easily 10 minutes, brought desert menus, I figured it a decoy, we declined... what came next... the check. No celebration desert. It appears that the servers have become accustomed to making big money due to numbers and not quality of service. This is not the restaurant we’ve been dining in for 20 some years. Manager was a gentleman, and very sincere. It’s time to take a look at what’s representing your brand.
