Paseo Grill Ratings and Reviews
Iwas at Paseo Grill with my cousin for her birthday. I made a reservation for two and we were given the worst table in the place, a tiny little two-topper back in the corner. As we were leaving I noticed at least five or six booths for four that only had two people seated at them. The food was good as always but the service was very slow. It was over one hour fifteen minutes before we got our food. We were told there were several large groups that night.
For years I have been able to, and still now, confirm that each time I have a craving for Paseo Grill I always receive the best service, best atmosphere and the food is more consistent than your Grandmother’s recipes on holidays! Thank you, Joe...and the staff for always being beyond stellar and caring about what you do for all of us! Perfection at its finest!
Sorry, but just saw your email. We were at Paseo Grill last Friday. From the very beginning the first wait person said she would start but another person would take over. Seem to be much confusion. Asked for some extra chips with appetizer that come after our meal was served plus 2 out of the 3 meals the veggies weren't warm. Be awhile before we return !
This was the second time I have been here. This time I brought my husband & mother-in-law and the Paseo Grill doesn't disappoint! The food is always amazing and drinks are great. Prices are on par with other nice restaurants & the food is always consistent. The people who work here really seem to enjoy the place too.
Paseo Grill is an outstanding restaurant for dining in OKC. Relaxing atmosphere. No TV screens! Quiet service. If you want a great dining experience, this is the place. You can enjoy a conversation and really exceptional food. What more could you want? If you need sports non-stop and bar food, plan your evening elsewhere. (Maybe at home.) This restaurant is truly a nice dining experience if you're looking for an evening that offers superb food and service to match. Enjoy?!
Paseo Grill is one of a kind And I am so glad it is in Oklahoma City and not too far from our house. It is a quiet and romantic date night type of place. I took my wife for a nice dinner and it exceeded our expectations. The service was amazing. Our waitress was very kind, attentive, and thoughtful. She made sure we received all of our meal courses in a timely fashion because we were in a rush for a movie . We had 2 cups of soup as our appetizers. She had the sweet potato bisque and I had the Cream of mushroom. Both of them were delectable! I think the sweet potato soup is one of the best soups we have both tried ever. As our main meal I had the salmon and she had the trout. we were both very impressed as they were both delicious and full of flavor. I would definitely go back for another hot date with my wife because she was very very satisfied!, And you know what they say. Happy wife happy life ! Oh, and side note she's a dietitian so she knows food. And she approved! Win win!
The atmosphere is very nice and intimate. The cocktails are well made.
My fish was way undercooked and my knife couldn’t even cut through it. Raw snapper rolled up into an un-cuttable flower shape just isn’t very appealing, so I just ate the other things on my plate. Maybe I just got the wrong thing though because everyone else in the restaurant seemed to be enjoying themselves.
So I wouldn’t go back, but that doesn’t matter, because I imagine they will.
Visiting from out of town, we Googled "best restaurants" and Paseo Grill came out on top for food quality at a reasonable price. We ate on the deck, had wonderful food (tuna salad and New York strip steak and even had a surprise serenade from a cello player across the street. Great waitress, great wine, I don't think you'll be disappointed! Probably no cello serenade, though...
Was less than pleased about being seated in the back room. However, Emily, the waitress, was OUTSTANDING and I "got over it". Guess you should request something other than the back room when you make a RESERVATION but never sat in the backroom. Food was still very good. Emily was even better.
