Olive B's Big Sky Ratings and Reviews
Great food ! Seafood always fresh and prepared with excellent sauces.Meats are high quality and cooked to perfection.Plenty of daily specials to choose from.Friendly staff.
Owner and chef Warren very pleasant and always greeting guests.
A must for anyone dining in Big Sky.
Our family LOVES Olive B's!! A trip (or two) to this restaurant is a 'must do' whenever we are in Big Sky. Everything from the initial greeting from the host/hostess to the amuse bouche to the huckleberry martinis to the amazingly delicious desserts is PERFECT! We have never had sub par service or food in this great addition to the Meadow dining scene. We are SO glad this restaurant is going strong!
I've had many delicious meals at Olive B's but last night was the very best. The halibut with Israeli Couscous was cooked to perfection. In fact, everyone at our table chose a different entree and were pleased. Our waiter, Josh, was so attentive and kept the wine flowing. It's hard to be beat Olive B's for a great evening out!!!
We went the first night they were back open for the Spring/Summer Season. Got together with some friends and the meal was terrific. They had fresh mussels on the menu and two of the guests enjoyed them for dinner. There were two other fresh fish options, halibut and ono and two enjoyed them. The Wild Game Bolognese was enjoyed by another guest and the Rib Eye was enjoyed by the last guest. Wonderful wine was enjoyed. Truly a great evening. Will definitely go back during the season.
Great find in Big Sky. Casual, fun dining experience with first rate ingredients and presentation. From the amuse-bouche to the dessert, each course was prepared and presented perfectly. Chef Warren is as comfortable welcoming guests in the dining room as he is directing his very capable team behind the scenes. You'll find locally-sourced favorites like elk on the menu, but the restaurant also uses the purveyors from around the country (e.g. Hudson Valley and Maple Farms) to create first class renditions of New England favorites with a gentle bias for seafood. If you're a foodie, this is as good as it gets in SW Montana.
We travel and dine all over the world . When we return to Big Sky for the winter ski season we always look forward to lunch at Olive Bs. It is by far our favorite restaurant in Big Sky. Our friends and family request dinner there when they visit . Make reservations early ! You won't be sorry !
We really loved Olive B's! The food and service were great! We have been coming to Big Sky for the past few years to ski. Each year there seems to be a few new restaurant options for us to choose from. We definitely recommend driving into Town Center to enjoy a meal at Olive B's!
Olive B's is our go to restaurant in Big Sky. Never miss a chance to eat there when in town. Bibber's hospitality and attention to food detail makes each visit memorable. Solid wine list with reasonable prices. Great service from wait staff who have been there for many years. Highly recommend!
We love Olive B's and visit every time we are in Big Sky - 4-5 times a year.
This visit something was a little bit off. Our waiter was very friendly and accommodating, but the service was slower than usual.
The bacon wrapped scallops appetizer was extraordinary, and as usual the truffle mashed potatoes were delicious.
The portions were noticeably smaller and the prices noticeably higher.
The crab cakes were smaller, greasy and tasteless. I usually order them, but this is my last time.
My husband enjoyed his steak, but I couldn't believe how small it was. He got home and instantly started snacking.
My daughter had elk which was ordered 'medium' and came out bloody red. She said it had a weird texture and was tasteless. She had to request it to be cooked more, which they gladly did. We weren't in a hurry so it was a minor inconvenience, just awkward waiting for someone to get food while you either eat your food, or wait for it to get cold. It was better after a little more cooking, but I could tell she wasn't enjoying it like other things we have had there.
She had the creme brulee which she loved.
Hopefully this restaurant is not heading in the wrong direction. We have been going there for years, and this was our least favorite visit. Usually we come out very happy.
