Olive & Junes is close by and a place that has the best patio in Austin. That said, we are never impressed with the quality or variety of food. Its average to good - but not great or exceptional. We are hoping that the menu improves with the arrival of the new Chef. The upstairs bar on level 2 also could use some improvement from the staff. We never get a great warm welcome for being there and it is usually pretty poorly managed between the inside/outside space by the bartender.

The food was very good but service wasn't timed very well. My boyfriend ordered a specific glass of wine to come with his entree and it came about 5 minutes after we received the entrees. Drinks in general came very slowly but our server was nice. Beautiful outdoor but for some reason everyone was seated inside with the exception of one table and it was a beautiful evening.

Celebrated our birthday here and we had a pleasant dinner. Not too packed on a Saturday night (probably because there was a UT home game that night). Our favorite part of our meal was probably the polenta starter. The patio was nice however we did get bit by some mosquitoes and the flies started showing up when our food arrived. Hope it wasn't a cleanliness issue... Otherwise, we had a nice time. Would definitely come back for another special occasion.

We sat inside but next time we will request a patio table because they have such an inviting outdoor area with beautiful lighting. Perfect for this time of year in Austin. The food was delicious! We started with the La Quercia Prosciutto and the Pea Salad then my husband ordered the Texas Gulf Black Drum and I had the Ricotta Ravioli. For dessert we ordered the Crema Fritta which was superb! The flavor combinations in all the dishes were so unique and the presentation was beautiful. We will go back soon!

Wonderful atmosphere on the patio - the occasional plummeting acorn kept things exciting. The food was memorable and delicious - many unusual combinations and splendid flavors. Looking forward to going back again soon.

I love Olive and June's and go fairly regularly.
This last trip disappointed me as I had gone online to check out the Pre Fixe menu and chose to go for this menu, having shared it with all of my guests. We had 7:30 reservations and the Pre Fixe menu was already gone. Very disappointed!

The service was exceptional. Our waitress was knowledgeable and very pleasant. The chef was accommodating to a special request and even visited the table. Very professional and friendly staff. The food was better than the reviews (and the reviews set a high mark). Great experience.

Fabulous food and fantastic service. Our waitress was Nicole, and she had some great drink and food selections . Try the cheese plate and watermelon salad and we had four different pasta dishes and all were excellent .

Olive&June continues to exceed our expectations. If you are just looking to "give them a try" go to Happy Hour. Great value and there some exceptional items on the HH menu. Outside of the HH menu, I cannot recommend the Farm Egg highly enough - IT IS FABULOUS!!!

Visiting Austin from NYC and hoping to find excellent northern Italian. This was it. We all loved it and it's close to residential neighborhoods. Everyone was lovely and most of all the food and wine were all fantastic!

I have been to Olive and June before and the meal was good.
This dinner was a birthday celebration for my husband. when we arrived, I told the hostess that it was his birthday and picked a dessert I knew he liked.and she failed to tell the waiter. He asked for our dessert order at the end of the meal. I had to track him down so we could get the cake I had requested. He brought us some gelato to make up for the dessert confusion.
The entree for one of our guests was not correct and she did not receive her dinner until after we had all eaten. The wine selection was really good and the waiter was very knowledgeable about the selection. The wine he recommended was very good.

I booked a table for 16 for my birthday and had a great experience leading up to the event. I was informed ahead of time that a "family style" menu would be mandatory, which I wasn't too excited about (was skeptical of the quality) but agreed to. Our waiter didn't do the best job at walking us through the menu, and when the food started coming out, people were clearly still wanting more at the end of each course. Considering we were 15, the amount of food was not enough, which is very disappointing since nobody was given an option to order their own meal but having to pay the steep price of $40 without drinks or dessert. I hope that going forward you will do a better job of accommodating big groups. Olive and June is one of my favorite restaurants, but I was really embarrassed for some of my friends to walk away with empty wallets and hungry stomachs.

A wonderful experience on a perfect night in Austin. Food is very well presented and is wonderful in taste. If any comment needed, food is on the heavy side. None of us could finish our meal.
We chose to sit outside on the patio deck, adorned with misting fans under a 200-year-old Oak tree; an incredible site. Service was overwhelmingly excellent by our server.
Yes, put Olive & June on your Austin "must" list.

My first time here. Started with the Cheese Platter. Then moved on to the Farm Egg and it was amazing! Not into pasta too much and the GF option was nice but I think next time I'll try something not pasta. The sauce was really good though. Our waiter was very helpful with the menu, making suggestions and helping with decision making and just overall fantastic!

Olive & June was fantastic! Wanted a nice dinner with a good friend to catch up and they didn't disappoint. Great recommendations from the Server (Stephen) on food, and the Sommelier (Chantel) was right on the money for what we were looking for. The space, the service, the food & wine was all awesome. I will definitely be back.

Had a wonderful meal and excellent service. It was a little louder than when I've been there other times due to a group of about 100 women at the upper deck.
The server was very knowledgeable about all the items on the menu, and just the right amount of attentiveness.

With all the great choices for dining in the ATX, we chose Olive and June for our 19th Wedding Anniversary dinner because we knew we'd have a great experience and a great meal at a fair price. Even the valet offered to let us know "if we needed anything". :-) Nicole our server was wonderful and the whole staff takes care of your every need. That's service, the setting is quiet and cozy--we dined inside, even with the misters and fans, we'll wait till fall--I said 19 years and we're not youngsters. The food is the real draw for us, always fresh, fun and creative with a variety of flavors, colors and textures in every dish, plus they have a great wine list and Amaro. They comp'd us dessert and a glass of bubbly for the LoveOfMyLife to cap off a great evening.
