I had the baked Brie and my date had the chicken and waffles. The Brie was baked perfectly, and it was complemented very well by the apples, grapes, and bread. The baked nut garnish and caramelized onions finished off the dish beautifully. The waffle was crispy and warm. It went great with the chicken and blueberry jam! We had 9 people in our party, which can sometimes be difficult to accommodate, but Pacifico was excellent. The prix fixe menu was simple yet varied enough to have something for everyone at our table.
