The feel of the restaurant was very inviting. I loved the feel of a dimly lighted restaurant; and that's what I got at American Cut. I could never enjoy steak outside of a steak house the same again. The steak and salmon was well seasoned. Would recommend to anyone MoreOpenTable Diner -
I wish I had ordered a fish entree. All of the fish looked extremely fresh, and there were many that I had never heard of before! Instead I had the lamb shank which was also excellent. The food came out very quickly as well. Absolutely tell the server that it is your birthday- you will not be disappointed! MoreOpenTable Diner -
I attended AmericanCut for a special family meal. Our party of 8 loved the food, ambiance, and service. The steaks were delicious, but the menu was also friendly to non red meat people. The sides and desserts were also on point! I will say the meal was not cheap, but worth the quality. MoreOpenTable Diner -
Went for brunch before a show on Saturday. The food was very good and service was too. I had the Big Island Tacos with mahimahi and some papaya cabbage slaw. It was delish. Hubby tried the Hangtown Fry which were eggs with fried oysters and bacon, which he said was spicy but he liked it. MoreOpenTable Diner -

A sleek yet warm atmosphere combined with unpretentious and friendly service makes this a unique restaurant. The menu is a modern take on Latin favorites. The squid ragu, croquettes and roast pork were outstanding. This is a great place to go for just about any occasion. MoreOpenTable Diner -
Our meal was wonderful. The pasta is homemade and they offer an option for a half-portion as a first course. We tried the Fettuccini ala Amatriciana, Gnocchi alla Bolognese and the Risotto which were all excellent. The second course offerings of Lamb, Veal and Salmon were also great. Our server was very attentive and we felt very welcome and not rushed. We'll be back! MoreOpenTable Diner -
