I wish I had ordered a fish entree. All of the fish looked extremely fresh, and there were many that I had never heard of before! Instead I had the lamb shank which was also excellent. I attended AmericanCut for a special family meal. Our party of 8 loved the food, ambiance, and service. The steaks were delicious, but the menu was also friendly to non red meat people. Went for brunch before a show on Saturday. The food was very good and service was too. I had the Big Island Tacos with mahimahi and some papaya cabbage slaw. It was delish. We had omakase at the select counter. The food was excellent. The restaurant specializes in using parts of carefully sourced chickens to create their skewers. I have never had chicken meat so tender and juicy before! It was a great dining experience. I also encourage you to ask the chef questions.
