Food is always great here. We were a little rushed by wait staff this time appetizer came out and then dinner was right behind didn't even get two bits down Wait Staff offered to take back dinner to hold it but we decided to just keep it

Cheese sticks and sausage & peppers appetizers were great. Braised beef parpadelle was disappointing, beef was fatty and chewy. For obvious reasons I guess the chicken parmesan was less flavorful than the regular. It would be wiser to order the regular version, eat less of it and take the rest home.

It was my husband's birthday. Our table had birthday paraphernalia scattered on it. Our waiter was attentive and helpful. Our meal was delicious.
One thing I would recommend: smaller tablecloths! when we moved into the booth the tablecloth clung to our clothes and moved with us. It was much too big for the table. As we left I noticed they were all that way. One touched the floor!

We were seated promptly seated after our arrival thanks to making a reservation. Our hostess and server were both friendly, polite, and professional. We ordered the dinner for two which included an appetizer, two entrées, a desert, and two entrées to take home. We also ordered a bottle of wine. We ordered mussels, both of us had three cheese ravioli, creme brulee, and spaghetti with marinara sauce for our take away. The mussels and ravioli were excellent, the creme brulee was tasty but the description stated served with seasonal fruit which was one strawberry and a spring of mint, not a big deal. The disappointment was not until the next day when we arrived home late after a day long road trip looking forward to warming up the spaghetti for dinner. We opened up both packages of spaghetti to find they were covered in meat sauce, which is not edible to us; we do not eat beef. We had clarified twice with our server our request for marinara. Perhaps the mistake was in the kitchen. These dishes, unfortunately, made it into the trash. We will likely return again, but if we order the same will definitely check our food before leaving.

My family had not been to Maggiano's in many years so we decided to go to celebrate our daughter coming home from her college fall break. We were not disappointed. The food was very tasty and the price was a great value. My daughter and I had the Have a Pasta, Take one Home deal. Very good selection and a good price too. My husband enjoyed his Rigatoni D dish as well. We will definitely be back.

We enjoyed a delicious Sunday lunch at Maggiano's! We had spinach salad, braised beef pappardelle, mom's lasagna, warm bread & the seasonal carrot cake. Our server Ryan was very knowledgeable & we had an awesome dining experience. We will return to Maggiano's for a delicious Italian meal.

We were in Indianapolis for Butler's Homecoming. With having a large group, I suggested Maggiano's as a restaurant that offers large group seating, reasonable pricing, nice atmosphere and good food. We had made a reservation and were seated upon arrival. Our server was pleasant and knowable of the menu offering suggestions and telling us about menu specials. My daughter who is a vegetarian ordered the Pumpkin Mascarpone Ravioli and loved it. Also, the students with us loved the purchase a meal and take one chef dinner home to the dorm! :)

Server was very friendly; however, food could have been more prompt. Had to ask about wine we orderred that didn't come with other bar drinks ordered. Appetizer and salad came at same time vs. courses spaced. Entree's were received, but one missing. Everyone was waiting for 5th person to receive food to eat; so held up meal.
Would not recommend if you are in a hurry or wanting an intimate meal for date night. Venue is noisy which is great if you have kids, but dinner can be lenghty which is not so great if they are little and can't sit still for long periods. Overall great family meal to celebrate a birthday!

Usually our experience at this Maggiano's is great so I'm hoping this was a one off. We arrived a few minutes before our 8pm reservation and the place was packed. There was clearly a school dance crowd, as well as several large family parties. We waited 45m before we were seated - about halfway through this, I asked the hostess whether being seated outside would be faster and was told that outside was closed but that we could sit out there to wait for our buzzer to go off. This made our wait far easier but unfortunately, we tried to get drinks from the bar and couldn't get any attention there.
Our waitress was very friendly until we ordered two of the meals for two (there were four of us). After that we were promptly ignored. She almost seemed upset by our order. My husband received his non-alcoholic tea about twenty minutes after the rest of us received our wine and then only managed to get one refill, despite asking for several. The waitress left boxes at our table (in the past waitstaff has always boxed for us?), both couples asked for bread to take home and we received one piece total...
The food was surprisingly off as well. My husband and I ordered the zucchini which was sliced like eggplant, super thick, with super thick, greasy breading that immediately fell off. Part of my lasagna noodles were very tough. I'm not sure if this was over or undercooking - because half of them were super mushy. The waitress was frustrated that we didn't know what dessert we wanted and was clearly ready for us to move along with our meal.
So - not the best birthday dinner ever. And for a $130 bill... But I'm sure we'll be back... we'll just be avoiding her section in the future. For those in the restaurant industry who might ask, the place was just so busy that we decided it wasn't worth asking for a manager given the hour we were finally seated and the size of the crowd still there - we just didn't want to wait longer to eat.

We had a nice time. The waitress was very nice. It was a bit hot and a bit loud. The food was good. She apologized that things were taking a long time to come out but I think it's nice to have a break inbetween courses and it's a lot of food so that wasn't the worst thing. Will come back and have been here several times!

Although I had a reservation via Open Table for four at 7:00 pm, my party wasn't seated until 7:40 pm. Once seated, we were crammed into a small area that looked like it was placed in the dining room as an afterthought. Service took forever, dessert was hard as a rock and coffee was cold. Never had an experience like this at Maggiano's before. And no service recovery. Due to the lengthy service, we didn't leave the restaurant until 9:30.

I had booked our reservation thru the website, my confirmation said 9/28 at 7 for 12 people
then when my guest get there and give the confirmation number the hostess can not locate my reservation. then it was said I had booked it for 9/29 and not 9/28
my email clearly said 9/28, it took about 28 min to put the tables together to accommodate my party of 12
over all the food was great, best part my daughter was so happy the night ended good

I have eaten at Maggianos many times and usually get the pasta to go. I did that this time and was very unhappy when I went to my food 3 days later to warm it up and it had spoiled. It smelled bad and tasted very bad. I was in on a Monday and on Thursday it was un edible.....Very unhappy and I had to throw it out.

I meet with an old friend (64 years actually) at Maggiano's once a month and we love it. The staff even remembers us. The food is wonderful and the servers are awesome. I have not been disappointed. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone. It is great and it has an inviting atmosphere.

Service was excellent, but the food wasn't good. My chicken tasted burnt even though it looked fine and the pasta was underdone and tough. The area we sat in smelled like stake cleaning water and vinegar. The restaurant needed a good cleaning, a far cry from Maggianos in Chicago. I probably will not return.

Have dined at Maggiano's for several special occasions are always looking for a reason to return. Quality and taste was a little less this time than we've come to expect. With that being said, we'll still return.

I think handicapped access into and within the building could be improved but I also have to add that I saw the hostess go running up to an elderly couple with a walker and she helped them through the door and to a close table in the outside dining area

The food was excellent and the waiter was extremely helpful in explaining the menu and recommending dishes. Our reservation was for 8:00 and we were seated around 8:15. The seating area was a little crowded, but the food and the waiter made up for the wait and the small inconvenience of the seating. Overall, a great meal and good experience.
