Fabulous experience from start to finish! Michael the manager came over to say hello. It was my friend's first time so they gave us each a bruschetta to try. We ordered Caesar salad, seafood linguini and the lobster carbonara. All absolutely delicious. For dessert we had the Creme Brûlée. Service was absolutely excellent and so was the wine! Wish I could remember our servers name. He was so patient with our requests.
It was too shallow. You end up with too much crunchy sugar and not much Brûlée.

Wonderful experience. Went for our anniversary. Food is always great. Really like the lighter calorie options on their traditional dishes. Staff was awesome giving us a happy anniversary card signed by the team working that night. Could not have been better. Thanks!!

I know this is a chain, but I still thought it would be better than "Olive Garden" faire. (I haven't eaten at OG for over 15yrs with my grandparents)...Antipasti and Calamari were good...Pine nut crusted chicken on the the "specials" was barely edible...old chicken and horrible tasting coating. My kids' breaded chicken breast was 10x better. Bread and lasagna were good, pasta & meatballs were passable although spaghetti was overcooked, as was the linguine with the Scampi. Wine and the desserts were the best part. Desserts were actually quite good. Tiramisu, Creme Brulee and REAL Spumoni which is hard to find.

Great lunch with sisters. We were not rushed to eat and vacate like some places. We all enjoyed our food choices and would return for another luncheon get together. Also liked that there were not small children seated in our area which made our visiting much more relaxed.

The service was fantastic!! Had a great first time experience eating there! The restaurant was beautiful and gives that sort of vintage romantic Italian feel to it. We had a great table and the service was better than expected! Definitely really crowded and a bit loud but we didn't mind! The food was a bit slow to come out but worth it! Had an amazing birthday dinner! Definitely recommended! 😊

My family was in Bellevue, WA on business and our host presented us with Maggiano's Gift Cards, so we decided to spend our Saturday night there. We were promptly seated in the lively dining room, and enjoyed the Fried Zucchini appetizer, followed by the Country pasta dish for my wife, the seasonal Pumpkin Ravioli for my daughter and the "Light" Veal Parmesan for me. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their meal, and we capped it off with the Apple Crostada. Overall, a wonderful experience and we hope to return again, soon.

The food was amazing! It tasted even better the next day. The service could have been better. Our waiter only checked up on us once. She forgot my drink then forgot what I had ordered. She was friendly but like I said it could have been better.

Anytime we visit Bellevue we always go to Maggianos. Despite the many options available we always make sure to book lunch or dinner here. Our kids love the bread, pasta and so do we! The ambience is always loud and energetic which we like, people enjoying a great meal while talking and making it really feel like a big family meal. Love Maggianos!! and the service is always excellent, the servers do a great job and are always friendly and quick.

Bad food, bad service.
Would never come back again.
We came to celebrate a birthday party, and only two of five meals were ok.
All pasta dishes (including the birthday persons') were horrible and we couldn't eat them.
Stay away if you can,
Not even a compensation or discount were offered.
They just took complaint as a "note" for future.

Maggianos does a great job of helping to celebrate the special moments of life. What a nice touch to offer a complimentary dessert for our anniversary! I'm a teacher and love children, but it was unfortunate to have our table next to a family with children who were not being taught how to respect the dining experiences of others. They were standing on the seats yelling, and it was kind of shocking. Overall, Maggianos is one of our favorites and we rarely find any disappointment!

The service was not good at all. The server brought my food to me and literally threw it on the table. The dish actually made a slamming noise. My wife wrote a review and the management called her and insulted her the entire time. We have been going here since it opened and we have never had anything but exceptional service. I guess they must have hired new management and they feel that it is better to insult customers then actually hear there concerns.

I took my mom to Maggiano's for her birthday. She is Italian and loves Italian food. She also has kidney problems and has to eat a very restricted salt free diet. She has a terrible time finding restaurants that will work with her. The chef, Jose, came out personally to talk to her and came up with a plan to make exactly what she wanted salt free. He then brought her food out to her personally to make sure she liked it (she LOVED it!). He and our waiter, Ethan, went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect and included complimentary bruschetta and lemon cookies. We had a fabulous meal with lots of leftovers for pasta the next day too. The food, ambiance, and staff were all wonderful. Thank you!

This place is always packed. Even with a reservation, we still had to wait 15 minutes to get our table. Our server was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgable about gluten free items on the menu. They have a really great get one - take one home section on the menu for under $15. It is a lot of basic pasta dishes, but taste okay and a really great value.

The food here is ALWAYS amazing! And the table service is stellar...however, the hosting/greeting staff need to be a bit clear on their communication of timeframe. We arrived a little early for our reservation and were told it would be a "brief moment" to be seated - 25 min later we were still waiting; we ended up finding a table in the bar. Other then that hiccup, the food and service are always consistently delicious.

The food was amazing! Our entire party of nine was pleased with our meals. We especially enjoyed the desert sampler to share as a table. The only downside was the noise level that made it difficult to have a conversation.

Really disappointed in our latest experience. Our server seemed on point at first, but we didn't even get our drinks (iced tea, water...etc.) until 30+ mins after we ordered and there were only two tables of people in the restaurant. It only got worse from there waiting for our food, drink refills, where did our food go that we were taking home...etc. We we're celebrating two birthdays and were hoping to have a great experience that just didn't happen. Sad.

Had to wait around 15 mins even though we had reservations. When we arrived we told them we had two children in our party and would be needing two kids menus and one high chair. We were brought to our table but had to ask for the high chair again. And then we had to play musical chairs once we received one. After that, the service was great. We had the best waiter we've ever had, hands down! He was quick on the children's selections and kept us updated throughout the night on how our orders were doing. The suggestions he made for dessert were amazing! Had it not been for his service, we would've had to look for other options in the future.
