Went for brunch. We had a little issue at the beginning with trying to get seated kind of dampened our moods. Had the lobster Benedict one egg was cooked perfect. The other was over done and no yolk. For $38 you should really make sure the dish is cooked right. It was still really good though. I do recommend it still.

Very dark inside. Bar attendance was terrible. I have been here three times and there is no sense of urgency to wait on you. All three times on separate occasions, the bartender was talking to an employee instead of asking what I wanted to drink. Last visit ever.

Have been there before and really liked it, but could not say the same thing when I visited this time. Had a veal dish and it was not particularly tender and a bit overdone. It was also cold and when the manager came by and asked how our food was, I did tell him that. Based on the fact that we were starving, I was not willing to wait for another meal to be prepared but I do think we should have at least been offered coffee or something because we were not that happy with the food. I would recommend sticking with pasta if you go there. Also, the meatball they offer is now $25 which is ridiculous. I did have it the last time I was there and I think it was $15. That was only a year ago.

Really good Italian food at pretty decent prices for the Strip. Beautiful decor and we've always enjoyed exceptional service. Pizza flatbread, seafood pasta, wagyu meatball - just some of our favourite food. Will visit on every trip to Vegas or stay at The Palazzo/Venetian.

The place is getting tired. They tried to upsell us to a more expensive bottle of wine after the one decent red on the wine list wasn't available and wouldn't price match. The restaurant manager could care less and wasn't empowered to make the right service decision. We won't be back.

I ordered an eggplant pasta dish and really struggled to find the eggplant amid chunks of tomatoes which my server tried to point out as eggplant and the undercooked pasta. For the prices, I really expected more.

The service was awesome. We were running late and was told over the phone that we would not have a problem. Also, we were in a rush to catch a show so they bumped up our orders.
The entire service team was attentive and professional. The waitress perfectly explained how my complex cocktail was made. Loved how she told us upfront that the bread and sauce was free for the first order. That was classy.
Can't wait to go back and try the meatball!

I booked this restaurant as a pre-theater dinner for a group of 3 couples on Saturday night. Our reservation was for 7:30, but we showed up closer to 8 and were seated in a corner circle booth immediately, no problem at all. The ambiance was fabulous and a great atmosphere for a group of good friends to catch up. Food and wine were delicious. We let our waiter know when we sat down that we had show tickets following dinner and he made sure our food was brought out quickly and there was no hold up with the check. I would definitely recommend Lavo and would return again myself.

Felt very rushed. Had starter main and cocktails within around 35 mins. It wasn't busy so no rush to get us out. Spoke to fellow diners who felt the same. Food very tasty if a little lukewarm. Get the meatball with ricotta but make sure it's hot!

Top notch service and food. The best meal we had in Vegas in a long time.
Place is roomy and comfortable and is a great spot to enjoy dinner with friends or that someone special. Food quality is A+ and the service is 2nd to none.

Loved the food. Meatball was fantastic. Service excellent. Wine options were good. Not sure on the background music - I did not have to be listening to Pitbull during my fantastic Italian dinner - they need to clean this up, it was way too loud

Came here as part of our five year wedding anniversary celebration in Vegas. We decided on Lavo since the Venetian gave us $100 resort credit. Thank god this meal was free because I would have been pretty upset if we had to pay for it. In short, the waiter was initially very friendly and congratulated us on our anniversary. However, once we declined cocktails because we were still feeling the drinks from the night before, his entire demeanor changed. He went from friendly and semi-attentive to non-existent. What if I was a recovering alcoholic? A Mormon? Kind of rude to treat people differently because they aren't in the mood for a $20 cocktail. I was willing to overlook the service if the food was able to make up for it, but it didn't. The burrata was tasty, but the rigatoni melanzane was completely devoid of any and all eggplant. I actually think they forgot to put eggplant into the dish. Literally just pasta, cheese and sauce. Disappointing. Again, would have been very, very upset if I had to spend my own money on this meal. You would think the Italian restaurant in the Italian hotel would be able to knock it out of the park, but sadly it did not. ALSO, they had a cute little photo booth thing at the front where we snapped some photos and put in my e-mail address to get the photos electronically. Nope, never received them. I was pretty disappointed about that because the photos we took were actually pretty cute. Oh well. You win some, you lose some - that's Vegas!

Loved this place! Great food and service. We shared the meatball with ricotta, calamari, and spaghetti and all was amazing and delicious. Only snag was they wanted to charge us $18 to cut the cake we bought ourselves! No biggie, they just gave us a knife to do it and it was all good. Will definitely be returning!

Delicious meal in a great setting! Great to be able to sit outside on the strip. Service was a bit disappointing. Our buster/ food runner seemed to be the most helpful, still not sure who our waiter was. Would have also appreciated some better service as we sat and waited for our table to become available. I was also starving after seeing a show so that may have been a factor! All in all would recommend this place for a great Italian meal.

Went to LAVO for dinner with some friends. Had a fantastic time! Service and food were excellent. The interior is very cool, but it was a beautiful night and we were able to sit on the patio overlooking the strip. After dinner we went upstairs and played craps and blackjack all night!

We had a ok dining experience here. Calamari to start but it was only the rings and a little salty. I had the penne carbonara, also just ok. Came out just a little warm like it had been sitting a bit. Husband said his steak was amazing. Brussel sprouts were soft and overcooked. Gelato was fantastic. Nutella, salted caramel and strawberry. Would return for nightlife but probably not for dinner. Upstairs had a small fun gaming room and lounge area with dancing. Definitely a chill night spot if you aren't up for one of the big clubs.
