Sides are better than the steak. Get pork belly with cotton candy, cream corn and tater tots
We celebrated my parents' 50th anniversary at Kayne Prime. I cannot say enough about the experience. The meal was simply outstanding, from the starters to the filets, to the porterhouse, to the popovers, to those amazing sides! But, even better and more meaningful was the service. From the hostess when we walked in to Heidi and Cliff, our servers, everyone went out of their way to recognize my parents and their anniversary. It meant so much to me and to them. My parents were thrilled with the meal and the entire experience and that was entirely due to the Kayne Prime staff. It was a dinner we will always remember.
Wow! This place is amazing! Definitely worth the hype. If your looking for a place to impress someone or a great date night restaurant then this is where you go!
One of our best dining experiences ever. We were there for an anniversary dinner. The staff from the hostess to the team that brought our meal were all exceptional. Highlighted by our server Amber. She really went above and beyond to make sure our first experience at Kayne Prime was a great and memorable.
We had heard about the bacon appetizer and it did not disappoint. The server who brought it was so gracious to slice and serve it so we could truly enjoy it.
The old fashioned I had was the best I’ve ever had anywhere. Hands down!
The steaks we some of the most tender and juicy we’ve ever had. We enjoyed the Cream Corn Brûlée & the macaroni. Both were fabulous, especially the unique & sweet Brûlée.
The toasted banana bread dessert was a warm & satisfying end to our evening.
Truly exceptional night of food, atmosphere and service!! Thanks to all who made it special. Especially Amber and the folks who helped her.
Still one of the best restaurants in Nashville. Always great service and the food is too. The bacon with cotton candy app is not be missed!
Went for to celebrate my son’s upcoming medical school graduation. All the reviews were spot on. Steaks and service were great. We tried the lobster popcorn and house made bacon. Both were good but not exceptional like all the hype that everyone says. All sides were good but the place is a steakhouse and a very good one. Probably the best I have had with the exception of Doris Metropolitan in New Orleans. Just different steaks in my opinion but it is hard to say 1 is better than the other because of that. Go have a good tie —bring a pocketful of $ as the place is expensive. Yes I would go back if ever in Nashville again.
Always leave with a smile. The service and dinning are second to none.
There is a reason Kayne is one of the top restaurants in Nashville. The food, service, and ambiance are all amazing. We chose to celebrate our anniversary at Kayne because we knew they would have no trouble exceeding our high expectations. At Kayne, everything is well done except the steaks. *insert rim shot here*
A more modern take on a steakhouse. Definitely more relaxed and vibrant than some of the old-school places in town and more dressed-down. All in all, delicious, delicious food. We had a wagyu filet and NY strip, which we asked to be medium rare but in my opinion came to be more on the medium side, but still really good quality meat. We also had the risotto tater tots and Brussels sprouts for sides, which I would highly recommend. Servers were very friendly and knowledgable.
If you want everything to taste like a SALT LICK, this is your place. Either tasteless or so salty your kidneys will cramp up
Massively overpriced crap food.
Little town dump trying to be a big town steakhouse
My wife and I were visiting Nashville for first time and through online reviews saw that Kanye Prime was rated at top of the list. The reviews were correct as we had an exceptional meal and dining experience. The host and serving staff were extremely friendly, informative and attentive the whole night and worked as a team. I believe at least 7-8 people provide some level of high quality service. Our main servers, Ashton and Rachel, were outstanding and made our whole experience very special. They both provided great menu recommendations and answered all our questions professionally with a smile. As for the food, everything was cooked perfectly and tasted great. We had filet mignons cooked medium that melted in your mouth and did not have an ounce of fat. The potato gratin and charred broccoli side dishes were super along with large Caesar salad that we shared. For dessert, the pineapple pies with coconut ice cream ended our meal fantastically. Kanye Prime is high end place so expect to pay at least $100 per person if you order any appetizers and a couple drinks/wine. I highly recommend Kanye Prime when visiting Nashville!!
My husband and I went here for our wedding anniversary. Our server Cliff was fantastic and made our meal even more enjoyable. The food was spectacular and we left full but not stuffed. We look forward to bringing any special family members when they visit or celebrating other special occasions.
The food was nothing short of amazing! However the star of the night was the service. Very attentive, knowledgeable and personable wait staff. Great evening and we hope to come back soon!
Dinner was amazing! The service was excellent!! Prices are a bit higher but worth it!!
Good experience just a little loud in the restaurant
Perfect meal. Great staff and the food was absolutely amazing
Kayne Prime was the last of the M-Street restaurants we have tried. Service is top notch and the food is good. For the price point, I just feel there are better options in Nashville.
Great restaurant with great food. Service was outstanding. Would definitely recommend to friends.
I was really excited about going to Kayne Prime for my 28th birthday... To go to a restaurant like this is truly a special occasion. The food was absolutely amazing... But I have never felt more judged by a waiter before in my life. My husband works extremely hard and for someone to be so rude to us absolutely broke my heart. The worst part was the management was no different and didn't care to help. We drove over an hour to come and eat and celebrate and the way we were treated was not acceptable. We have dined at plenty of other M Street restaurants and never felt like we were of less importance or value than someone else dining there.
The service was excellent, food divine! Made our son’s 21st birthday special!
Service was poor
Great service. Two of the filets came out cold. The other steak was also just ok. Sides were good, not great. Expensive for overall quality.
Just absolutely fantastic!!
The Sage Advice cocktail was the best part of the meal. We were celebrating my birthday and both steaks came out cooked incorrectly. Steaks are also way over-seasoned with black pepper. Truffle fries were good, server was pleasant, and the complimentary dessert was a nice birthday treat. However, I would not return.
Atmosphere was outstanding, service excellent and the food was amazing.
Awesome! Been multiple times and NEVER been disappointed once!! Great food, awesome Staff and overall good time. Free valet parking. The food is a little bit on the higher side, but it’s worth it!
Incredible service, ambience, and food. The presentation is incredible and quality is the highest I have had in Nashville. Top 5 best meal of my life. Our server, Erin, is absolutely the best in the business. The Red Wagyu Filet is the best steak I have ever eaten. Treat yourself.
Food was outstanding. Waiter was phenomenal! Took time to check if anyone in the group had any food allergies before we ordered anything. Chef's actually prepared one of the appetizers specially for one of our guest to accommodate a food allergy. Decor is beautiful. I will absolutely return to Kayne Prime the next time I am in Nashville.
Very friendly and personable staff. Host was excellent and gave some excellent recommendations. Would love to visit again next time I am back in Nashville.
Sensational food and service! The best service and meal in Nashville! Perfect steak!
Very nice restaurant with really great food and service.
Able to have conversation easily and the food is always amazing! Great wine list too. Highly recommend for date night, business dinners, and really anything.
Our server was wonderful , food was wonderful but we had a very loud table of women behind us. We couldn’t hear our server talk to us at times. That was a little annoying but would still go back!
FABULOUS PLACE! The exterior of this place does not give the interior justice! This place FABULOUS on the inside and is HUGE with the different bar settings and different areas of the restaurant! From the ambiance, to the service, to the food ... SPECTACULAR!
Excellent for special occasions. Little pricey for normal out to eat. Our bill was over $150 without tip for two people and we got the less expensive steaks although they were delicious.
Absolutely loved Kayne Prime. Great food and service.
This was our first time here, due to the cost. It was most likely also our last time here, mostly due to the cost. 2 adults, no alcohol, and it was nearly two Franklins.
The food was delicious, no doubt about it. We ordered two different options off the 1200 (steak) menu, both requested medium+. My wife's came out much more on the rare side than the + side of medium. Mine came out well done. So, a miss on how done they cooked the steaks, from a very expensive 'steak' house. Still good though. The sides were fantastic. The starter we tried was the maple cotton candy bacon. It was good, but mostly fat, and I can't say it was worth it.
As compensation, they offered to provide dessert on the house. My wife liked her toasted banana bread, I got the pineapple ... things. They were very greasy pastries with not enough sorbet to balance it.
Overall, we left content. The next day we discovered that when they packed up our leftovers, the completely left out one of the sides that my wife was saving and really looking forward to, and a bunch of her other side. So that was very disappointing.
Restaurant beautiful, steaks amazing. Creamed corn only ok. Would be nice to have a baked potato or a not fatty/ rich potato option on the menu to have with the steaks, as the pop overs were very buttery (but delicious). Red wine by the glass tasted terrible , next time will have a bottle so better options.
Were not told we would be so close to the bar, where a strange man talked loudly on his cell phone and flirted embarrassingly with the bartender. Would request dining room unless you are OK with this
