Jayde Fuzion Ratings and Reviews
We had the all you can eat Jayde Specialties, which are Chinese cooked dishes. The honey walnut shrimp didn't have much flavor. The sauce for the potstickers was oily and didn't taste good. The only dish that we enjoyed was the pepper steak. Our waiter was not very attentive.
We would not recommend this restaurant for chinese food.
My husband and I have dined at Jayde Fuzion many times. We took our son and guests here for his high school graduation. The food was always great, however New Year’s Eve 2018, the food was terrible. Our guests really enjoy Asian food, so I made a reservation, we are frequent patrons of the M resort. The restaurant was not crowded, but we were first given a table in the bar, we declined, then we were offered a table by the kitchen, we again declined, we were told if we didn’t mind waiting, it would be 20 mins, there were open tables which they said were for larger parties. Long story shorter, we waited 5 minutes, and they took us to a very nice spot that was empty when we were originally being seated. The wait staff was great, fun and efficient. The food on the other hand was nothing like it used to be. The walnut. Shrimp (one of our favorites), was bland and my guest complained of chewing shells from the shrimp. The sushi was bad, the Pho soup was bad and noodles in the pad Thai were over cooked. We kept trying different things to exonerate my favorite place, but to no avail. At almost $50 per person, I was truly disappointed.
What a find! I lived in Henderson for three years before actually trying this restaurant and am so glad I did. We tried the Jayde Fuzion all chinese and Sushi and Nigiri menu items, and both were phenom! For an AYCE restaurant, it's the bomb of restaurants if you love a great setting, an imaginative selection of entrees, and great service. Try the Asian Martini (not on menu) and the Mongolian Beef, the most tender and flavorful I've ever had. Also M Girl on the sushi menu is really good. If you haven't tried it or think that AYCE is with a serve yourself set up at Jayde, think again, everything is served to you, no helping yourself and it's a great deal and a great meal, just waiting for you at the M Resort.
Locals. Haven’t eaten there ina couple of months. So glad we went back recently. They have a new chef and the food taste so much fresher. Lot of great menu changes. We especially loved the spring rolls & tempura shrimp along with the lemon chicken. Will be back real soon.
TG day and the buffet was 300 deep waiting so we spun over to Jayde. Food was tasty and filling as usual. We had the triple combo and every option was very good and consistent. Tyler our server was right on it and his table assistants as well. Enough variety to make everyone happy especially with Jayde specialties. Sea food pieces were nicely prepared and the sauces just spicy enough. We have been here before and very consistent.
The only change I would suggest is a combo of sushi & Jayde specialties for folks who prefer this. Overall, good value and the M is always clean and a fun place.
Have eaten at Jayde Fusion several times and it was excellent, but this visit, the food was less than excellent. Shrimp Tempura and Calamari, undercooked. Chow Mein over cooked, no flavor and tasted as if it had been reheated. Very disappointing.
Service was fabulous, as always.
We have dined here before, and loved it. We usually bring our out of towers to sample the varied menu and have never been disappointed. They have three price levels to fit your budget and taste. Nice to know the quality of food and service has not changed. If you like sushi and want a varied menu, this is the place to be!
