Oh my goodness, what an elegant restaurant -- and the view straight over the Malibu beaches and toward Los Angeles, gleaming far away in the distance. Swift, polite, professional service; superb food; gracious; a feeling of the golden days of Hollywood stars and as comfortable as can be in the here and now, today. I can't wait to go back.

The view was fantastic. I requested for view seat. But seems like they didnt care. So i asked, and they change the table to outside. After we have table outside, We have lunch with great view.
Open table and this restaurant need better communication system for customer who has special request on their reservation.

We went for New Years Eve. I had mushroom risotto with shaved black truffles, filet mignon with blue cheese butter, and saffron creme brûlée. My girlfriend had Kobe beef belly, king salmon, and blueberry cheesecake.
This was our first fine dining experience, so it is definitely something to remember. Delicious food. I especially enjoyed the risotto.

This place is amazing! It has great food, views and service....the staff was personable and friendly. I had a proposal planned in San Diego that morning but the rainy weather decided to change my plans. Since we were headed towards Malibu, last minute I contacted Geoffrey's in Malibu. They went above and beyond to make that moment special, our waiter Hans even hid in a bush to capture the moment. I'm more than grateful and look forward to returning to Geoffrey's in the years to come! As far as the food, we had the tuna tartar, surf and turf and the creme brûlée as dessert ....all were delicious! The red wine Hans recommend was perfect with my steak. My fiancé also had a coco-tini and a Malibu mint....both were tasty! Thanks again Hans and the staff at Geoffrey's, you guys were amazing and made our night unforgettable!

We went for Christmas dinner and got a beautiful table overlooking the water. The Christmas menu had lots of variety and everything was wonderful. A little low on the lighting but we had our iPhones and could use the light apps to read our menus. Overall the food and service was fantastic.

We went to Geoffrey's for Christmas Dinner. They had a prix fixe menu since it was the holiday, but there were about 7-8 selections for the starter and main course each and 3 for the dessert, so we were happy with the options. Our server was delightful, attentive, quick and he even seemed happy to be working even though it was the holiday. All of the tables are outside, and they had more than enough heaters and blankets to keep us warm. I had the turkey roulade and my partner had the scallops and risotto and both were very tasty and with generous portions. The total bill for two came to about $280 including the tip, so it's a special occasion sort of place.

Outstanding views. Parking can be a pain during holiday season. Even with on-site valet parking $8. Food is good, not impressed by their presentation. A great selections of seafood, if you are a fan of seafood. View is great, but it seems only the small tables are right at the edge for the sea view.

Always great atmosphere and food, Geoffrey's was also a great choice for Christmas Day. We've had terrible experiences on holidays elsewhere, but Geoffrey's service and menu were equally memorable on this holiday. Beautiful plating, no skimping on the creativity because it was a prize fixe, just a really wonderful meal.

It took at least 10-15 minutes after seating before there was any sign of any service at our table. My wife's salad arrived with ingredients missing. There was quite a wait for the main course. We were told three times that it was on its way. The two steaks finally arrived, both of them over done by a large margin. The accompanying sauce, that was advertised as a cabernet reduction, resembled more of Sweet Baby Rays bbq sauce. Actually, I would have preferred Ray's. Aside from the fabulous location and the wine list, for the price I was extremely disappointed with this experience.

My aunt and I chose Geoffrey's for lunch to celebrate our birthdays. It was a wonderful lunch! I had been to Geoffrey's, but my aunt hadn't. She was very impressed with EVERYTHING. The ambiance, the food, the service was outstanding, always is. I highly recommend Geoffrey's for everyday dining, or special occasion. They NEVER disappoint!

Geoffrey's was more than we expected. The service was amazing and the food was delicious. Our waitress recommended the herb crusted salmon and the kobe burger for our Friday lunch. We absolutely loved it. The view was a peaceful overlook of the ocean. Highly recommend.

Service was outstanding! My husband and I went with our toddler and the staff really went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. My daughter loved them! The views and overall ambiance were incredible as well. We will definitely be bringing out of town guests here.

With my parents in from out of town, we wanted to have a memorable Thanksgiving. We found Geoffrey's Thanksgiving prix fixe menu online and thought the 3 course meal would be ideal. Combined with the view and the very friendly waiter, we had a very nice time. The outdoor seating in the early afternoon is ideal.
