Fun and entertaining place to go. First time I went there is was an amazing experience with very good food. Although second time I got there food wasn't as good and we had reservations at 7:30 and didn't get seated till 8. Then we didn't even get drinks or anything till 8:20. I guess it just depends on the night you go or waitresses you get.

Good food, that comes with a show. The flames and tricks are fun to watch. The waitresses are prompt and the drinks get filled in a timely fashion. It is a little pricy, but there is no other food in town, that comes with a nice show, that tastes this good.

Our server was great!! The Chef was really hard to hear and understand. I think he almost forgot to cook our vegetables, after he cooked the fried rice and the entrees he went to leave and noticed the vegetables. He did forget to cook the lobster for one person in our party - we let our server know. It just wasn't the same experience we have had in the past, we only come once a year and it's always for my husbands birthday. Overall we did have a good time, I think we are use to having Jose as our cook. He is very entertaining and does a great job.

Food was good. We had a 5pm reservation. We sat at our table for an hour and nobody even looked at us or asked if we wanted a drink. We almost left 2 or 3 times because we were so irritated. Hostess was clueless. The only saving grace is that once we got a server he was super nice and the cook came from another restaurant and he was great also. They seem to be under staffed and Im not sure why the manager wasn't around to check on the guests.

We usually go here at least twice every 6 months. This particular experience was not good at all! Chef took 40 min to come out., he forgot to put eggs in the fried rice we paid extra for, the portions were unusually small and our salmon was burnt and dry!

The food was great however they say us at the very end of the table (for the third time in a row) and the only part of the show my husband and I saw was the backside of the chef. The service was slow and they didn't bring out my daughter's rice from the back until after she was done with her meal. The food is great but not with the frustration to go there anymore.

The waitress's could use a little help in the customer service area (except for one named rose always on point) it seems when asked for refills or little things they seem put out. Great food and service once seated. It just took forever to get a seat even though we made reservations and arrived a half hour early then once seated didn't start eating until an hour later and that was 10:30pm, not kidding!

Food is always good. Reservation at 6:30. Our cook didn't come out to prepare our food until 7:30. We had 2 small children at our table. Fortunately they were well behaved or it could have been a nightmare. Need to get the show on the road much quicker. Was not happy for the delay.

Our reservation was at 5:30pm, but we didn't get served food until 7pm. The server and management did not think this was an issue. The chef was also scary to the small children in our group and he didn't tone it down to make them comfortable.

We had to wait a very long time even with reservations. We had 8 in our party and had a birthday to celebrate. We were surprised that they charge a mandatory 18% tip. Didn't get much chicken in our rice..they appear to use the same amount of chicken for 8 people as 4....a little disappointing. I'd rather get the chicken in my rice than have pieces of chicken thrown at me, but I realize that's fun for some. We waited so long for our food, they has a Spotted Fox coupon expiring the same day they started a new one. We love the food but were hangry by the time we got it!

Had two issues, server failed to get two of are parties drinks out on time from the bar, 25 minutes is to long to wait. Second the ventilation in the restaurant was a mess. Smoke from cooking filled the room, the vent was on but air moving around was pulling it from the hood. And when the vent was off cold air from out side was being pulled back down which quickly cooled off everyone food and made sitting at the grill very uncomfortable. Some from are group have voiced that the will never go back based on the above issues. This is are second time to this particular location with some sort of issue that occurred. We frequented the kennewick location and had no issues there, the closing of that location to try a different type of food service was poorly thought out. I am sure I will be back because the kids enjoyed the cooks show very much, but until control of the above issue are completed I will not promote this restaurant.

We went in early to avoid too much wait time with a 5:30 reservation. Our party of 5 was joined by two couples to fill the table. Our drink orders were taken and delivered swiftly and our chef Sergio was great! We were all entertained and the food was delicious! First time here and we'll be back. I can see how it can get slow though and also loud with the birthday song.

i always go there when I have company from out of town, my kids love the place.
the food is great, nice portions. the chefs are really good entertainers for the kids. on occasion my family will go just to go great restaurant overall.

...No phone to edit online reservation, left e-mail, but no communication made with restaurant.
...No itemization on the bills....one hearty soul in the group asked a few things, found out the gratuity was included. Up to that time, we were all bewildered by the tiny paper and inflated bill(s).

It was too hot. I asked the waitress to bring my mother's food before ours or at the same time as ours. (She has food allergies) but they brought her food out almost as the chef was done cooking. The chef was great in the other hand.
