Went to Frankie Bones with my husband and another couple for my birthday celebration. We were seated in a booth near the bar which was fine. Victoria was our server and did an excellent job. She was just the right amount of friendly and attentive. As usual, the food was excellent. The two guys chose from the Oktoberfest menu, I had shrimp scampi and my friend had the very tasty seafood chowder with a Cobb salad. There were no leftovers because we ate every delicious bite. Victoria presented me with a piece of the Black Forest cake which we all shared. A very pleasant experience was had by all.

We love Frankie Bones. We have never had a bad experience there. The only thing I will say is that my wife had gotten an email stating that the Serg Group was giving 25% discount on food until the 20th of October. We were not given that and didn't feel that we should have to ask.

We almost always have a nice evening whether it is just the two of us or we are entertaining out of town friends or family. The "Community Support" coupon was a great idea since some of us had spent a lot of money during the evacuation.

It was my 80th birthday. 3 of us had prime rib and it was not very good. Tasteless in fact. My husband had a seafood dish which was not good either. We live very close by but will not be returning in the near future.

We were celebrating a 50th Anniversary for friends along with another couple, six people in all had a great bottle of wine, wonderful dinners, some had Germany food since it was Octoberfest, others had steak, shrimp everything was excellent. If you go during Octoberfest and like red cabbage one of the best also the cucumber salad was outstanding. Since we said it was a 50th Anniversary we were surprised with a piece of cheese cake that was large enough for the six of us to share. The easy of making resavations on line with Open Table was a delight. We all enjoyed our evening and will be going back to Frankie Bones next time we are on the island. We have gone to Frankie Bones for the last four years on each trip to the island.

Always great! Must have the cold antipasto tray with the wonderful cippolini onions! Party of 4 - 3 had the Oktoberfest menu specials which looked good (I had the leftover rouladin 2 days later and thought it was delicious!). I had the Pasta Trifecta and would highly recommend it! Great go-to place! Always crowded for dinner so make reservations.

Octoberfest food was surprisingly mediocre, bland and not very hot. Wait staff was not as good as in the pas.Apas.As , my spouse and i both commented that FB has gone downhill.they need to step ip and return back to their past quality. The time before we went and 3 of us who ate the same fish got dietary issues.Serg Group nneeds to address this!

This is one of my go to spots on the island that offers a variety of foods but doesn't lack in quality and service. The Luis was able to accommodate my party of 7 without any issue and provided a few laughs for us in between.

We were in Hilton Head for our anniversary and went to Frankie Bones for dinner the night of our anniversary. I was a tiny bit disappointed that, even though I had put that on the comments on our open table reservation, no mention was made of it. The food, service, wine and atmosphere were all outstanding! We will definitely return if we go to HH again!

Service from the kitchen was very fast, as the kitchen staff delivered very quickly. Our waitress had too many tables to serve, so drink orders were very slow being filled. Good food for the price, the marinara sauce was more American than Italian, i.e., very little spices used.

We were a party of four. We have been coming for several years while vacationing on Hilton Head. We enjoy the variety on the menu. We love the coffee rubbed ribeye. You have one of the best beet salads on the island! See you in the spring.

We were visiting HH for a girls vacation and needed somewhere that was child friendly but still had a nice setting. We were not disappointed! The staff was friendly, we were seated quickly, and the waitress was prompt. The food was wonderful! From the hot bread that was served to the meals themselves, we were not disappointed. This was our first trip to Frankie Bones but it won't be our last!

We go to Frankie Bones a couple times a month and always enjoy the food, especially the mussels appetizer. Unfortunately we were disappointed this last time, especially the mussels. Also, we were seated next to a very noisy table of six and had trouble hearing one another. That's not the restaurant's fault but it affected the dining experience.

This was a return trip. The server was prompt and pleasant. Our drinks and food were delivered in a timely fashion, with some in the group getting appetizers as diner. All enjoyed there dishes. The only down side was being seated at a table by the kitchen exit. We will probably go back.

Seated immediately at our reservation time. Server took just one of our party of 5 drink order for some reason and left. Recovered a little after that. Food was ok, except my wives ribs were not edible. We would have sent them back, but the server never checked on us again until it was way too late. They did take her entree off bill. Have had better experiences in the past. Maybe just an off night.

Food arrived warm at best and had to be sent back. It was seafood so it couldn't be warmed/cooked too much because that would have made the fish hard. Decaf coffee was warm and had to be sent back. I am hoping that this was a one-time think as I have never been disappointed with Frankie Bones in the past.

We loved everything we ordered! The spaghetti squash primavera was surprisingly delicious. Petite filet mignon is really petite, so make sure you don't expect a huge serving. The carrot cake was delectable and the cannoli was to die for! The waitstaff was very attentive. All-around great dining experience. We will definitely go there again.

Be sure to make Frankie Bones one of your main dining choices while in Hilton Head. The menu offers a wide variety of all cuisines, but in particular seafood and great Italian delights. The atmosphere is cozy with most seated in booths. Pricing is pretty standard, but you will not leave feeling ripped off.

We had friends in town so made a reservation. The food was great, as always. I had the shrimp scampi, which is a bit different than normal scampi as it is served with rice instead of pasta, but it was very good. Our friends had crab cakes and one of the salmon choices and my husband had the seafood trio. I love their Sangria. Had a glass with my dinner. The food is consistently good here.
