What a great find the atmosphere was beautiful. The servers James and Sarah were so attentive to our every need and helpful on how everything worked. The Market Salad Bar was filled with every kind of fresh vegetable freshwatermelon and pineapple. I loved it. The meats that were my fave were the sirloin, the leg of lamb, and the ribeye I was too full to try the lamb chops maybe next time. I wasn't crazy about the chicken legs, and the parm chicken. The rest of the meats were very good.
The wine list is okay not all that bad Sarah said they are updating the wine list. The original Merlot I had picked they didn't have but that was okay. My Brother and I had the Pinot Noir by Robert Mondavi it was light and pure bliss and went well with the meat. Sarah was amazing as a server she always was there to answer questions or recommend anything. She also recommended a birthday dessert Tre leches cake and it was true to form we loved it. It was complimentary and I wanted a cappuccino and Sarah was so embarrassed the machine wasn't working so she said I will make you a latte and the machine for that was not working . She felt so bad that when the bill came another server fixed the machine and brought at no charge a latte which was perfection now that is service!! I also have to compliment the rest of the servers who were there for us and the meat men I like to call them always there for us and so nice and cheerful.
My Brothers and I will be back!! Great job Fogo De Chao!!

We have been to this restaurant several times, and been pleased with the overall experience. On this visit, service was terrible. We asked multiple times for an additional side item. Three people asked, and it was never brought. We were also asked if there were any meats we would like to come by, and we told two different people, and over the course of 45 minutes, it never came. I could eat somewhere else for a lot less, and receive better service than I did that Saturday evening.

We came for our 28th Wedding Anniversary, and Norma our server was SO attentive, she made our evening extra special. She even gave us a slice of their delectable Key Lime
Pie, with a Happy 28th Wedding Anniversary which she personally hand piped around the plate. She is a GEM. The little lamb chops are out of this world (I ate 6 all by myself), and the other cuts are so succulent and tasty. We did not eat too much of their wide variety of salads to save our stomachs for the meat. I strongly recommend Fogo for any occasion.

Our experience at the restaurant wasn't very pleasant. We thought the waiters weren't being as attentive to us as everyone else around us :( Although food was delicious the experience was not; we decided to go to celebrate my parents anniversary for the first time away from home. Anyway, staff should be told to treat everyone equally or maybe staff should have more training on customer service. Thanks.

When we first sat my wife ordered us a round of mojitos and after 15 mins my wife asked if the mojitos would be out soon because we had already made it through salad at that point and he apologized and said bar was very backed up but table next to us who sat down after us had there drinks brought to them but we let it go but then after another 10 min I asked another server if it's a normal thing to wait so long for drinks because it was my first time dining it and he apologized and said no and a new server brought us our drinks. We went out for my birthday and the server forgot we were celebrating my birthday and I even included it in reservation and my wife informed server when we sat down so twice it was brought up, when the check was dropped my wife was upset because she planned on it being a special dinner and although the food and atmosphere was amazing the service was not.

We went to Fogo De Chao for our 20th wedding anniversary last Saturday and couldn't be more pleased! The food and service were both outstanding, and I left completely satisfied and happy! Everything from the Bonde Queso to the shrimp (which were as big as my hand) to all the wonderful cuts of meat they offer were all delicious! Everyone was very attentive, even the Manager came to our table at least 3 times during our meal to make sure we were happy! Do yourself a favor and visit Fogo De Chao once, you won't regret it and you'll be back for sure!

Been wanting to try this place for a long time. The market table food was all fresh and very good. The hand carved meats were not. Both of the lamb courses were very good and one of the beef courses was OK. The rest of the meat was way overcooked and dried out. The pork in particular was so dried out we couldn't even eat it. I don't mind paying $50 per plate once in a while for a really good meal, but this was not worth the price. We will not be returning.

Food was great as always. First time for my Wife and Daughter. 22nd Anniversary Dinner and my tenth visit. This visit, the service was a bit inconsistent. Had to request four times for certain meats to come by (Lamb and Sausage). Lamb only came around once the whole seating. Two different servers dropped the cut of meat on the floor, once staining my shirt in the process (already cleaned). Beverage service was slow at the beginning but improved, until dessert. I ordered Coffee and it took 12 min. to arrive. We were already a 1/4 through the dessert (Raspberry Cheesecake). Had to ask twice for sweetener assortment and cream. When the first sweetener assortment arrived, four min after the cream and coffee, it was sloppy in presentation with the packets being crushed into the container and poorly assembled with a mix of one blue, 12 pink, 3 yellow, 2 sugars. When I asked for a refill of coffee, had to ask twice for the refill and it took and additional 7 min to arrive. I once again had to ask for additional sweetener and cream. I felt both are standard and should have come with the coffee. I was also over charged for my second cocktail. I ordered a tall Rum (Captain Morgan) and Coke. Not a double but was charged for a double. These are minor things that are opportunities for improvement. Over a delightful evening.

Food was delicious, but the service wasn't as good as other times. I ordered a drink and it was forgotten. They forgot to serve the rolls too. Wasn't asked if we needed anything enough. Usually, the service is much better.

The salad bar was just adequate. It was not as extensive or fresh as the Fogo De Chao in Beverly Hills. The meats were still tasty and plentiful but the side dishes were just ok. The polenta was ridiculously over cooked and horrible. They should either remove them as their side dish or learn how to cook them properly. They use garlic mashed potatoes here rather than the cheese bread bites in Beverly Hills and Downtown LA. Overall, if you've ever dined at the Beverly Hills Fogo De Chao and expect the same great food here, you will be sadly disappointed.

Authentic Brazilian Churasco, the variety of meats cooked to perfection the Brazilian way that lets the meats natural flavor come through. You can distinguish the various flavors in the different cuts of beef presented table side, sliced per your choice. With choices of chicken, beef, lamb and pork there is plenty for all pallets and the sea-bass off the menu is fantastic. The salad and side dish bar items are fresh with a wide variety of choices from fresh salmon to salami, all items are consistently replenished. Take your time, taste everything in small portions then when you have some favorites indulge.
The service is exquisite from the moment you walk in through till the time you walk out, the service is actually better than the service you get in Brazil.
Fogo de Chao has to be experienced.

We count on this place for a fantastic menu, great service and all around good time! It is a special occasion spot for us and we are never disappointed! It is upscale without being snooty! The staff is so attentive. Everyone at the table was able to get their meats exactly as they wished! The salad bar is beautiful! We'll be back!

My husband and I have been wanting to visit Fogo de Chao for a while. I took my husband for his birthday and to celebrate selling our house. The restaurant did not disappoint. My husband loved it! He's a huge meat eater so he was in heaven. The service was amazing. Everyone was extremely kind and accommodating. I ordered my husband a dessert, delicious key lime pie, and it came with a candle and "Happy Birthday" written on the plate. Thanks for the great service and delicious food! We'll be back.

I took my boyfriend there for his birthday. The service was terrible. His mother needed a clean plate and I had to get up and go get her one because our waiter was nowhere to be found. I ordered a bottle of sauvignon blanc off the wine list, but the waiter came back and said out of 5 listed on the wine menu, only one was available. It was $10 more than the bottle I wanted to get. If you have a wine list, it should be kept up to date or the wait staff should let you know immediately which bottles are not available. Then at the end of the evening, we were ready to go but, again, the waiter was nowhere to be found. I had to flag a manager down to get our waiter to bring us our check. It was a disappointing evening. The food, as usual, was very good so I'm sure we'll be back someday, but it won't be any time soon.

Carnivores will not be disappointment as the format is all you can eat meats varying from chicken, pork, lamb, sausage and several different cuts of beef. However, vegetarians will not leave hungry with the fabulous selection on the soup and salad bar.

We had a very nice evening. The food is always a little better at a traditional steakhouse but the interactive experience here is a lot of fun. It's a great choice for a date because you always have something to talk about. The service here really sets this restaurant apart from others. You don't have a dedicated server; instead, all servers are available to your table. It works well and everyone was very attentive. Norma, in particular, was very pleasant and made us feel welcome.

We were very disappointed with the quality of the food and the concept, which was not explained in the website. While we were planning on enjoying the full concept at $49.95 per person, we did not know there were no menus since the online menu indicated several entre options. The per glass wine list was very limited and with mostly less expensive wine at high prices and small pourings. The salad bar, while plentiful, lacked variety. After all, how many different salads can one eat. And the meats were poor quality and very tough. Even the key lime pie which I selected as my birthday dessert was too sweet. One positive note, however, is that the service was pretty good.
We chose this restaurant, not only to celebrate my birthday, but it appeared to be one of the better selection from Open Tables very limited choices to use the $100 gift certificate after using Open Table to make 100 reservations.
This is probably the first really negative review that I have done since joining Open Table. Sorry!

It seemed as though we were packed into a back area of the restaurant that did not receive much attention from the wait staff. When food did make it to our table, it was the same items being offered over and over (steak, chicken, sausage). The server's were a little rude as they "pushed" what they were carrying onto us. I had to say no, twice, to one server who left the table somewhat annoyed (this was with my card "red side up"). We noticed other areas of the restaurant were being offered much more to chose from. It took approximately 15 minutes to receive our beverages. We were not offered any type of menu relating to food options (hot vegetables or the like). The self-serve bar had plenty to chose from, when it was stocked. I noticed a few "missing" items when I made my way to the area. For the price of the bill, $115.00, I would think I wouldn't have to ask for a refill of water, sugar for iced tea (which took asking 2 staff members), or receiving "mashed potatoes" 30 minutes into the meal.
However, the meat options were good.

I have been to two other locations and had a much better experience. We felt rushed and the atmoushpere was loud and the lights were too bright. The salad bar was half that of other locations. Pretty disappointing.

Service was awful. Was the first time going there and will not be going back. It took 25 min to get water, soda....then after we expressed our issue to someone who asked still nothing was done and we waited another 5 min. The waiters kept rushing by our table (we were on green the entire night). Then you ended up charging our 2diet cokes as crown royals?! Worst 160.00 ever spent.
