the restaurant was beautiful and VERY CROWDED ... I would probably go during the week versus a Saturday night visit .. hard to maneuver around diners and tables with a packed house ... the salad bar items were delish and fresh !. I ordered the premium caipirinha and it was very good and strong! Our waiter Jose was GREAT and accommodating.

Not really what I expected, but to be fair, I didn't know what to expect. This is a large restaurant and they serve the meat on an on-demand basis. It's a salad bar to start. Sides are limited to potatoes and a green. The whole thing seems rushed and mechanized. Feels like a large dining hall and the clientele is a mix of people in jeans and others who are there for a special occasion. Overall overpriced for an informal experience. But the steak, albeit served by a staff looking for better life opportunities, is surprisingly good. Service is prompt and efficient, but one can't help but feeling that the restaurant is more concerned with turning tables.

The service prevents me from EVER recommending this place.
We came here for a birthday; our reservation was handled promptly, which was nice! We told her I was a vegetarian so she suggested the Chilean Sea bass (which was good - nothing special. It took forever to come out- my hubby and son were almost done eating by the time I received it) waitress was intent on pushing water and all I wanted was a glass of wine. She told me to look at menu and when she came back I could order a glass.
She never came back. Someone told my hubby to go to buffet/salad to start eating. I waited over 10 mins trying to get a glass of wine. Everyone was going to tell someone else but no one ever did. (infuriating) Finally my hubby suggested I go get food and he would order the wine. He told one of carvers they need to get me a glass of Sauvignon Blanc and showed him on menu which one. The guy assured him (they all have broken english) which one I would get. 10 mins later a girl appeared with some red wine. I told her no I wanted Sauvignon Blanc as I was having fish. Her English was terrible- and much discussion ensued about who was at fault in ordering, not her of course.
My hubby and son were starving and when the meat came the guys put it on the bread plate. I asked the server if they could have real plates not bread plates and the server had NO IDEA what I was talking about. At $55 bucks an entree my son and hubby had to eat off of bread plates that had no where to put the bones and ends- it was a mess- dirty dishes piled up on the table I had to ask people to clear them. Son wanted beef ribs and asked everyone for them... servers would nod but nothing.... finally I asked for someone who spoke English and she filled me in that you had to request those special. Anyway over an hour later and many times asking, we finally got our bill which of course charged me for the wrong wine. All I wanted was to get out of there so I didn't complain. This place is chaos.

My first time and it was great. Because of traffic, we were 35 minutes for our reservation. However, they seated us right away. The food was awesome and service was impeccable. That being said, I don't think I will return to this location. With traffic and $21 to park, I will be going to King of Prussia.

I've been coming to this Fogo for a couple years now, it's always amazing and never a bad meal. It can be a little expensive how ever it's worth it. They change the salad bar every 30-45mins. Best salad bar I've ever seen all fresh and delicious. The meat is the best around.

Fogo is a food lover's dream come true. The salad bar is to die for. The meat is always spot on. The service is phenomenal. I can't say enough good things about this place. Go.. just go. Don't think about it.. JUST GO!!! FYI, you get the same for lunch and dinner so if you could, go for lunch and save yourself 20$ a head. And if you can get away with just drinking water, do it. Drinks add up QUICK!

We went for the anniversary and everything was excellent. The service and the food are great as usual. I want the rare one and they gave me the fresh rare one from inside, its perfect. I am a regular customer so I know how to request specific kind of meat that they dont usually bring out. I understand it doesnt need to be but I wish there's meat menu so I know what they have for the night, more convenient for new customer too.

We brought friends from out of town who have never experienced a Brazilian steak house. They were very impressed. I know when they get home they will look for a Fogo de Chao location in their area. They were already discussing which friends and family they want to bring along next time. It made us very happy that they shared our appreciation of the fine offerings at Fogo's.
Service as always was excellent and only added to our great evening.

I had an issue with service. I actually forgot my credit card and when I went back to retrieve it the hostess had a nasty disposition. I explained to her how I was in a rush because I was doubled parked and she literally looked at my ID and card for 3-5 min then stopped to talk with another employee. I asked her name but I can not remember it.

I was not impressed for the money. 30.00 to park and 2/5 meat selections were not good. I loved the salad bar but not worth $53.00. It's the meat that is suppose to be the home run. I dine here every anniversary or graduation milestone and our waiter did not remember our cake and closed out our check. Very impersonal to take it to go after I pre posted our event when making reservations. Another suggestion would be change the side table items, they are good but after dining there year after year, something should change. Don't think we will be returning.

Really just outstanding food and service very good experience for my wife's birthday and she is very discriminating and appreciative of great service. Our servers were really the most attentive that I have experienced in a long time and I do get to go to fine restaurants constantly.

Waitress was great but I do have to say the hostess wasn't the nicest. There was a festival going on and a lot of people were late because it was hard to get around it and she made us wait almost 15 mins after we arrived when having reservations and calling saying we were late because of the festival. She said we had to wait because of it.

My wife and I were happy with our experience at Fogo de Chao. It is not our first time here and it is always a pleasure to return. The service this time was outstanding, much better than before, so kudos to the waiting staff. We look forward to returning again to Fogo when the occasion arises.

we were there to celebrate our anniversary. They sat us in a corner which was very drafty because there was a gap between the lobby and the table so I was constantly cold because the revolving door doesn't close and was in constant motion on this busy Saturday night. It was so busy I had to constantly get up to find the server to ask for anything because it seemed there wasn't anytime for them to get back to the table. Love the restaurant and the idea, just think I'd go back on a night that isn't so crazy.

The steak specifically the sirloin was very juicy and well seasoned tonight. The salad bar always offers a great selection. I enjoyed the roasted butternut squash which I don't think they have every night. It was obnoxiously loud tonight which I'm not sure if that's a normal thing. There were a bunch of Birthday celebrations and the table in the back was very loud which isn't the restaurants fault but just mentioning due to how I rated the noise level. Other than that everything was amazing. A bit pricy for me and what you're given and can actually eat but the experience is worth it to a degree.

I mostly had the chicken and the pork i only eat red meat well done and everytime they came around they didn't have any to offer well done. At the end of the meal when i was just about full they finally came around with some cuts of steak that was well done. Most of it was very tough and hard to cut and chew. The market table was devine and if i went back i would probably just get that and skip the meat.

My husband and I have dined here more times than we can count. We have two small children, so we aren't able to go on date nights very often. When we do get the chance to dine alone, we always choose Fogo because we know we will not be disappointed. We come here so often, we know some of the servers by name. The noise level can be loud at times, but we don't come here for a quiet meal. We come for excellent service and amazing meats, and that is what they deliver. Even the valet service is amazing.
