Received a gift card in the mail so took my family there on Sunday. My wife and I each ordered the Prime Rib special. When our salads arrived, my wife's salad contained a paper label in it which I'm guessing was from the head of lettuce used to make the salad. When the manager came, he just asked if she wanted another salad and that was it. While the prime rib, side dishes (Sauteed Mushroom and Asparagus) and dessert (molten lava cake) were very good, I was disappointed in the customer service

The service and food were outstanding. Our server, Kristin, remembered the last time she waited on us and that we liked taking our time to enjoy the meal and the evening. She also asked the chef to hand pick our steaks. The steak that we received was outstanding and cooked to perfection. Preston, the GM, and Seth, the Sommelier, visited our table to ensure our evening , wine, and food was to our satisfaction. We have visited most of the steakhouses in the Phoenix area and Fleming's Steakhouse, at this location, lands at the top of our list. I would highly recommend Fleming's as the place to go for an outstanding evening out.

We had an orange martini Very good. The lobster filet combo was a feature. Great value at $49 with a creative empanada and empanada. The steak was perfectly seasoned and seared on the outside.
Don't miss the lava cake dessert. Share it.

My last experience here was stellar so I took 2 companions from out of state. The wrong salads were cluelessly delivered and they didn't seem to believe they were wrong. We had to convince them. The scallops and shrimp were overdone, the lamb was way undercooked. The goat cheese grits were probably the best side of the entire dinner. My favorite potatoes with green chilies were overdone with a slightly charred taste, black and crusty inside, way different than the same order a couple weeks before when they were silky smooth and melt in your mouth. What a difference a couple weeks and a weekend night makes...

It had been a long time since we had dined at Flemings last. I had forgotten how very very nice it was! The food was exceptional; the staff, excellent. We were 4 friends together for the first time in awhile so we did some talking before we ordered and we lingered at the end...without any interference from the wait staff. Even with different dietary needs and likes, all four found delightful options on the menu. We had,a totally wonderful evening at Flemings!

Great experience at the Scottsdale Fleming's location. We usually dine at the Chandler Fleming's location because we feel the service and food preparation is better in Chandler compared to Scottsdale. However, this time, the Scottsdale location was on par with our usual experiences at the Chandler location.
Quick greeting; fast service and food delivery was efficient. Meal was tasty and we look forward to dining here again.

I've been to Fleming's previously and found it to be excessively noisy. This time we scored a private, quiet booth, which greatly enhanced the experience. The meal was first rate. Excellent martini, as befits a good steak place. The bread was exceptionally delicious, an important criterion in my evaluation of a restaurant. Caesar salad was virtually perfect- be aware that it contains pork which they can omit. Companion and I shared a very good filet and short ribs and were too full for dessert!

Went for AZ dining week to enjoy their menu.
Overall a solid good but not fantastic. Really not worth the $155 not including the tip for the meal.
Clam chowder was mostly cold with a heap of underdone potatoes. Wine was served in the bottle while others around us had their wines decanted in a carafe to breath.
Steak was very good as were the classic sides of scalloped potatoes and creamed spinach.
Frankly, other steakhouses are better for the money. I'll pass next time.

Went here for anniversary dinner and restaurant week. Ordered the 6 oz Filet. The filet was cooked right ( med) but did not have much flavor. The side dishes were terrible. The green beans were mostly burnt. There was some type of potato side that tasted like it came out of a box. The wine was excellent as was the turtle cake dessert.

Flemings is usually good. I'm assuming it was just an off night for them.
Just one take away. When you make your reservation ask to sit in the main dining room or you will be disappointed...the overflow room is bare no ambience. I wish open table would not have accepted the reservation bc the room was awful.

We had filet, lobster, prime rib, and Flemings potatoes.
Everything was prepared and flavored wonderfully.
Wine and dessert were fantastic and the bread is quite good.
Service was great.
It was a little louder than I expected and I also didn't expect to see dude in a baseball cap brining his toddler out to $50 steaks with grandma but what do I know?

I take our family to Flemings regularly. Usually twice a month and frequently on Sunday evening. I am usually happy with our experience but last Sunday they were off their game. The waiter brought our wine order and then disappeared for an extended period of time. I finally flagged him down and he took our order. In a reasonable time we received our salads and appetizers. Unfortunately they brought the wrong salad. AND they did not seem to know who had ordered what. Then it took forever to get our entrees. The waiter twice came and said they were being plated but that was not true. When we did get our entrees we discovered that no one had ordered any side dishes. The waiter did not ask us and we did not remember to ask. The wait staff needed help determining who had ordered what. Very sloppy. Our food was prepared well and was very good.
There was a large party in the back room. My guess is the attention was on that group. Also, it looked to me like there were only 4 people in the kitchen. Not enough for a busy Sunday evening. Very disappointing. We will stay away for awhile and go to Ruth Chris instead.

Prime for Prime Rib! We once again had a fabulous dinner at Flemings. During the summer months they offer Prime Rib Mondays-and at a reduced price. Best deal in town. Salad, Prime Rib, a side and dessert for less than $30.00. UNBELIEVABLE! Brandon, our server, was attentive but not intrusive-the perfect compliment to a delicious meal. Every bite was bursting with flavor. We also enjoyed the complimentary wine tasting and bought a delightful bottle as a result!

Everybody was very friendly and courteous, immediately acknowledged our fourtied anniversary. Food came out timely and hot. My wife especially enjoyed the molten volcano dessert which the server asked us ahead of time, so it was available after we finished the dinner. We will come back again.

Ordinarily, I would not leave a negative review; but, in this case, I need to clarify the reason I left less than five stars for this restaurant. This was, by far and away, the most uncomfortable dining experience I can remember. The food was good, the manager (Corey) was awesome, but our server looked at myself and my fiancé like we were completely out of place. At first, I assumed I must be underdressed (Sperry Shoes, Dark Joe's Jeans, a Polo Shirt), but I glanced around and noticed people in shorts and sandals. Then I assumed I must be going crazy and brushed it off. The following day my fiancé mentioned she didn't enjoy dinner the night before and felt our server looked at us like we were out of place. While this alleviated my concerns about my own sanity, it solidified my personal feeling from the night before. I hate leaving a negative review because of the impact it can have on business, but management should be aware of how its customers feel. For other readers' reference, this was an ordinary Saturday night meal for us. We aren't overly picky, didn't expect to be wowed, are generally pleased with everything about oue dining experiences. I only put this as a disclaimer, because most of the time when I read negative reviews I assume the reviewer came into the experience with unrealistic expectations.

Fleming's has a great reputation for steaks. Our steaks were very good. I also opted for the prawns with my steak which were just ok. They tasted a little like "bleach". The potatoes that came with my dinner were excellent. I ordered the pre-fixe three course dinner. The dessert cookie was yummy. The three course meal was plenty for me and I shared my first course spinach salad and the dessert with DH. Happy hour is from 5-7, so take advantage of that. My cocktail was only $6 and it was delish!

I would recommend other steakhouses before Fleming's. The server was amazing, however, due to error the food was not prepared as requested which dampened the dining experience especially when you're paying a pretty penny for the meal. This was my second time at this location and I was hoping this time would be better than the last time, but it wasn't, sadly.

It was Father's Day so I realize that has a major impact on the service, but it was soooo slow. Everything from drinks to dessert (not the 20 minute lava cake) seemed to take a long time. Also, game 7 of the NBA finals was on and the place had a sports bar vibe (clapping, loud cheering) which wasn't we're accustomed to at a restaurant like this.
