Made a reservation and was told we had to wait while they seated two other parties ahead of us (what's the point of a reservation). Service was top notch, and food was good. Lobster tail was underdone, but they quickly replaced it. I would eat there again.

Very disappointed. My soup was tasty, but lukewarm. Took forever to get our entries. They served my husband crab cakes when he ordered crab legs. My steak was seriously undercooked and barely warm. They took it back to cook when they brought my husband's correct entry, then offered me a new, hot baked potato AFTER they brought my new steak. This was our Christmas Eve celebration, so very disappointing. We won't be going back.

Very attentive, helpful service. Steaks perfectly done. LOVED, LOVED, LOVED the brussels sprouts! Disappointed in the lobster bisque - delicious flavor, but the tepid temperature distracted from enjoying it as much as the full potential if it had been piping hot.

Steaks were super average - any time you have to add a lot of butter on top of a $58 ribeye I'm skeptical - proven correct. The meat quality has gone WAY DOWN over the past few years at Flemings. Cuts are too thin.
Per usual, however, the service was impeccable and the ambiance is terrific. I wish the steaks were thicker be more closely resemble mine at home on the grill.

Server was amazing but did spend a good 30 min at the end of the meal doing side work. My Pork Chop was supposed to be medium but came out well done (still delicious), my boyfriends ribeye was supposed to be medium rare and came out medium well.

Went for Thanksgiving, reserved table for two at 2:15, arrived at 2:20, seated at 2:40 (understandable for large lunch crowd). Great waiter.. Andreas took and delivered orders promptly. Wife had small plate shrimp and sea scalloops with an au gratin potato side. I had a 12 oz Filet Mignon with a peppercorn rub and shoestring potatoes. Both meals delivered quickly and hot, steak was done per order, but missing the rub, which was corrected quickly by Andreas. Steak was a bit stringy in texture and lacked a seasoned taste throughout the cut and had some char on the edges. Shoestring potatoes quickly lost heat, so within a few minutes became cold and crunchy. Greeted by the manager and presented with a discount card for next month. We ordered deserts to go (walnut/pecan pie and carrot cake). Upon opening at home, portions were very small for the price paid (the pie was perhaps a 1/16th slice of a pie, the cake slightly better). Ambience is stately décor of wood panels throughout, low lighting, and comfortable booths. Perhaps food prep would be better when not so busy with holiday traffic. We have had better food at similarly priced restaurants (Kirbys or Bohanans)...Fleming's was OK for a one-time experiment, but not for a repeat one.

I have been to this Flemming's a number of times and had great experiences most of the time. This time was just a miss. I was there with 6 people and most steaks came out cold and 4 were undercooked. The sides were not up to the standard I have had at the restaurant in the past. The wine was good and the service was great. Friendly, helpful waiter. However, when I am going to drop that much on a meal, I expect the quality of the food to be much higher. I didn't go for the wine & waiter. I went for a great steak. Unfortunately, it was not the night to go. Not sure the next time I will return since there are comparable priced steakhouses that do not disappoint.

We were celebrating our birthdays as a family (3 of the 5 have birthdays around the same time) and also wanted something special that we normally might not do. The wine list is fairly extensive, and reasonably priced. All of us had either an appetizer or a salad, we opted for the small plates (which are still generous) and shared 3 sides. The steak was cooked to perfection (medium) and the sides were flavorful (highly recommend the Brussel sprouts.) Overall, there were was not one thing about the meal or service that was lacking. Definitely worth it!

Service was slow; overall, great food. I think the service was not as strong as we were taking advantage of a special and delivering less revenue to the restaurant (in spite of the fact that we bought two alcoholic drinks). This was a disappointing visit.

Great service. Stephanie C. was our server, and she was able to help us out in picking a well rounded meal. My steak was rare, just the way I ordered it. It was my mom's first time there, and since it was her birthday, they gave her a little box with truffles. Overall, great meal.

Out with friends from work and was surprised to see a steakhouse like this available on Friday night through open table. It was pricey, but very good. Steak was on par with Ruth's Chris and Mortons in regards to quality and price. Service was excellent.
