Great food and service. Bone in ribeye was one of the best I've had...and I managed an independently owned prime steakhouse for 6 years. The staff was great. Courteous, pleasant, and anticipated our needs. Very happy with our choice to dine with them tonight!
Another enjoyable dinner and dining at Flemings. Our last for the 2017 Spring Season. We appreciate the fact that George Dickel is now in the bar and we appreciate a good substitute for Michael (our favorite waiter) with Dakota. Dakota was wonderful to our entire group. Food was excellent as always.
We love Flemings! The food is good with a good wine list and they care about their Customers and especially how they can make your dining experience superior!!!
If you should experience a problem, they are right there to correct it without question! We appreciate their attention to detail!

First time we dined here. The food was delicious. We had two bottles of Cabernet, Educated Guess 2014! The wine was great. However, a bad server could wreck your meal. We had a young lady named Ashley. She was awesome. Really professional but a lot of fun. She knew her product very well and did a great job of navigating us around the menu. Don't worry...we'll be back!
As always a great dining experience. The lobster/steak special was had by everyone in our group and all ranted and raved about how well it was done and how great it tasted. The wait staff was, again, superb in every way. We thank Flemings for allowing Michael to be our primary waiter gain this trip. He knows how to serve a customer and was as exceptional as always. I'd recommend Michael for anyone that wants to enjoy Flemings to the fullest.
Wonderful night! Started with the Burrata - fire roasted tomatoes and crostini omg this is the best thing on their menu ( even though it's a steakhouse). Speaking of steaks I had the filet and lobster special 8oz filet with an 8oz lobster tail and it was cooked to perfection. My husband had the NY and it was so flavorful. But the real gems at this flemings are the managers Doug and James. They welcome you as if you're in their home but also professional. You don't find this kind of service anymore. There are a lot of steakhouses to choose from but what brings us back here is knowing that Doug and James appreciate our business and do everything they can to make it a wonderful experience! Thank you both!
Not impressed, I went with friends & cocktails & appetizers were ok, mediocre Caesars salad though. My entree was completely messed up. I told them I had food allergies & twice they brought the wrong sides plus the final dish they bought the lamb chops looked like a bad cheaper cut & were over cooked & under flavored. Not good, everyone at the table had finished their meal by the time they got my food right.
The manager did comp my meal but it spoilt what was supposed to be a fun evening with friends instead of complaining &nwaiting for so long. Waiter was not good.
Good small plate menu - loved the strips of filet and they were done perfectly. Calamari was excellent. The service was average - the assistants and bus folks were good and attentive, the server was perfunctory. Nice selection of wines by the glass. My husband had the petite filet and it was excellent. We had a $50 coupon that they sent in the mail and there was no problem using it.
Made reservations at Flemings Rancho Mirage on Open Table for my husband's birthday dinner. Front desk and staff were gracious and welcoming. Dinner was prepared well and on time, wait staff was polite, informative and efficient. I did however notice that the manager or asst. manager never stopped by our table, a small matter except that it was noticeable because he stopped by all the other tables including tables located next to us. I only bother to mention because my husband and I go to both Flemings in the Los Angeles area quite a bit and the manager or asst. manager stops by to say hello and see how things are going. Well, so much for that. We enjoyed our dinner at Flemings Rancho Mirage and look forward to going back.
Being deaf in one ear, it is difficult to find quiet restaurants. While the main dinning is loud and lively, the smaller dinning room proved to be pleasantly quiet! My steak was perfect. Loved the wedge salad. Perfect amount to split with my hubby. Chocolate lava cake for dessert. Perfect dinner
Flemings is returning to the quality restaurant it was 6-7 years ago. There was a period when you had no idea it would be good or bad...we experienced both! The past half dozen times, however, have all been good....actually excellent! Great salads, great bread, great steaks and great sides. And the wait staff is also back to top drawer. We will be back several times in the next few weeks of the end of snowbird season!
