Flemings always does an excellent job. The steaks were perfect, as were the Mac'n Cheese, spinach and Flemings potato sides. I have been disappointed at other steak houses but never at Flemings. The wait staff is truly friendly and professional and goes out of its way to make sure your experience is first rate. It's a terrific steakhouse and always an enjoyable night out.

From start to finish it was an outstanding experience. Ginger was our waitress and she made the experience even more enjoyable with her smile and cherry disposition. She remembered our names the entire stay and called the kids by their names which really personalized the experience.

Absolutely loved this place! Started off with the infamous Tower of Seafood and it did NOT disappoint! Food was amazing - Sea Bass melted in my mouth - and we ate every morsel.
Top it off with a wonderful, personable waiter who was patient and engaging, and we can't wait to go back!

My husband, son, and I chose Flemings for our annual Thanksgiving dinner. We usually pick a place in the city, but decided this year to try out the suburbs, and we were pleased with our choice. The atmosphere is warm, not fussy, the food was delicious - our steaks were cooked to perfection. The wine selection was good, and our server did an excellent job. Flemings is as good as any steakhouse we've eaten at in the city, and we will definitely return.

Nice restaurant, good atmosphere, great services, but a couple of the steaks didn't come out very hot from the kitchen. Restaurant was busy and we had a large party but still the execution from the kitchen was lacking that of a top steakhouse. Gave 4 stars rather than 5. Good steakhouse but not great.

Flemings always has impeccable service and the food is amazing. We celebrated our wedding anniversary and they gave us a private booth, an anniversary card, complimentary truffles and lots of personal service plus a gift card for a return visit. I can't think of anything to complain about but I can rave over the chile calamari, French onion soup, creamed spinach and savory steak. I've been to Flemings for lunch and dinner in the past and always left full and happy.

The quality of the food was average at best. The crab cakes were poor and the beef was chewy. I really was disappointed with the entire meal, including every course that came from the kitchen was served to the wrong person. An extremely poor value for the price.

Unfortunately, this is the 2nd time we have had an issue here. Last visit the steaks came out cold and had to be sent back. At this visit, I had asked for my steak to be medium...three times it came out rare, the manager was at our table when the 4th time is came out as was well done. Not acceptable for a steak house at their prices!

VERY DISAPPOINTING. We went to Flemings because someone gave us a $100 gift card. I would have been fuming if I would have had to pay a $260 bill for mediocre food. The service was good - once we were assigned a specific waiter. Had 4 waiters come up to us in the first 15 mins. All told us different specials for the night. Then waited 20 mins for someone to come back. Once the food was ordered, the bacon starter was delicious as were the oysters. I ordered a filet - bland. My husband ordered a bone-in NYC strip - bland. The truffle mashed potatoes had ZERO truffle taste and/or smell. Bland, bland, bland. I will not be going back.

Salads - wedge and spinach were both very tasty and excellent. Filet Mignon was perfectly cooked and the accompanying Shrimp Diablo very good. Only problem with the Diablo is that one of the shrimp still had a tail shell on. This made for messy removal, because of the sauce it was in. Fleming's now has Lamb chops on the menu and they were good. Just a bit fatty, but happy to see them. But, chops were sitting in a bed of roasted red pepper and carrot purée. This did not seem appropriate for lamb chops and I really did not care for the purée. Parking : you need to be prepared to walk a distance or else use Valet parking. If you need handicap parking, that is very far away. Closest spots are all reserved for the Valet.

Service was excellent and the food was good. Food was expensive as you expect from a steak house however given the price I did not expect to need to send my filet back because it was cook as requested. We did like the option of half portions for sides.

The ambiance was nice. A little too loud for me though. The steak I ordered well done but it was burnt. The manager did come over and had them make another one and that was fine. The manager was very nice. My waiter didn't pay much attention to me. I kept having to look for him. The jumbo crab cakes are not jumbo. But they were good. I ordered my steak Oscar style and I only had 3 pcs of crab meat and a spoon full of bernaise sauce. And only 3 pcs of asparagus that were dried out. But the manager got me more as well I will go back again maybe on a night when they are not as crowded.

If you are planning on getting the Chocolate Lava cake for dessert make sure you tell your server during your meal or even when placing your order. Our server did not mention this to us and when we went to order the dessert we were told it would take about 25-30 mins. Unfortunately we didn't have that much time to wait so we passed on dessert altogether.

Wonderful meal. Attentive courteous service. Well paced courses. We had Surf & Turf Special.
Surf was delicious but the Turf (Filet was not the best quality piece of meat that we have had in the past) Hope you are not going to lower the standards of quality. We really love visiting your restaurant!

Always a good place to enjoy a great steak and celebrate a special occasion, which tonight was celebration of our daughter's 35th birthday. Good crowd for a Wednesday night and service was good as always. Only criticism is the music, if you could call it that - was definitely not conducive for dinner. Too loud and more suited for a bar. Otherwise a nice evening.

Food is great. Had the steak/lobstertail combo and for the deal it also came with salad and appetizer. All food was presented nicely and plates and food were hot where expected. The only 'beef' that I have with this steakhouse is their wine pricing. I have been asking Flemings for years why they continue to provide wines at 400% or more markup. This means you are paying $50 a bottle for a $8 bottle of wine in some cases. This is true, just look up their pricing on an app on your phone when seated and you have sticker shock. Kind of takes away from otherwise what would be an excellent experience. So we ordered mixed drinks, forfeiting the wine. Maybe this is why they have a "no bring" policy for your own wine, not even a highly priced corkage fee. Nothing. Buy their wine, get totally ripped off, or buy no wine. Up to you, I like the food but wine is something this chain seriously needs to fix.
