We were looking forward to dining at Flemings, as we had not been there in several years. Unfortunately, we never had the opportunity to actually sit down for dinner as we decided to leave after waiting past our reservation time. Despite having made reservations, we were asked to wait, along with many others who were also waiting to be seated. The place was extremely loud and crowded. It seemed as though the reservation system was not in sync with what was actually occurring at the restaurant. It actually felt like we were waiting at an Outback, rather than at the supposedly more upper end and certainly much more expensive Flemings. After a while, we decided to leave, and were seated immediately, and eventually had a fine dinner, at at a different high end steakhouse on restaurant row.

Wonderful food and good service makes for great dinning experience. Small plates are almost as large as regular plates. Had the Tuna which was like butter, just right. Others had the short ribs which cannot be beat, great flavor. The mushrooms and the Truffel potatoes are the best.

Fleming's always delivers and never disappoints. It is one of the most consistent restaurants in Restaurant Row, the other one being Season's 52. The food, the service and the ambiance is at a fine dining level, which is not mimic by the other 'fine dining' restaurants in the area.

Fleming's remains our go to restaurant for prime rib. Flavorful, ample, perfectly cooked as ordered, and reliable (none of that "While it lasts" stuff). They also provide a decent sized pour to a glass of wine. Service was impeccable, unobtrusive and very well orchestrated. Every course was delivered without long pauses between them. They also honored my Birthday with a delicious surprise to take home. I cannot say enough in praise of their performance.

I was very impressed with the staff and their attentiveness and how special they made it for my boyfriend's birthday. They did something extra special but I've never seen a restaurant do before. I won't give it away but they definitely left an impression and have us coming back for our next visit very soon. The steak was by far the best meal on the table so I would recommend that.

Our server, Jen or Jenifer, was just outstanding. Her knowledge of the wine we tasted and ordered may the experience just that much better. Wine selection is a treat for those who want to taste different wines without having to get a whole bottle. My wife and I truly like Fleming's.

We were very pleasantly surprised at just how good the food was. The filet mignon was excellent and prepared perfectly. The service was great... always there when needed but not intrusive. An excellent beer and wine selection as well. I would highly recommend Flemings!

Great for millionaires. Food was great.. everything was great except the price. For that much should have had a show or on the beach or something with extraordinary ambiance. I'll never go again. Value sucks. $450 for four people/with tip

The place features excellent service, they really take care of you. The food is very, very good, there aren't too many really adventurous items on the menu but everything they offer is way above average in taste. Portions are the right size. Pricing is a little stiff, but it's smack in the middle of Mickey Land!
Half our meal was good
I decided to try the Chilean Sea Bass while my husband ordered his usual steak. Unfortunately I sent the Sea Bass back because it was tough and fishy. I thought it was over cooked. When the second try came out, it was still too firm and the texture wasn't right... again, a bit on the fishy side. The manager was very nice and it was removed from our bill but I did suggest that they check the product because I didn't feel that what they were using was Chilean Sea Bass. There are a couple good substitutions, Sable fish and Black Cod, that could have fooled me and they are both delicate, mild and buttery. This fish was so different, more of a Mahi or firm white swordfish texture. I think their fish supplier was trying to pull a fast one on them. The Flemings Potatoes weren't great this time either. They were dry and mainly just slices of potatoes with some cheese on top. My husband's fillet was good, the salads were good and the wine was good. Some of my asparagus was burnt and the crab on top of the sea bass was dried out. Flemings is usually very good. This visit just taught us not to go on a Monday night.
