Food is good. I love tha creae my own dish. I pick my ingrediens and spices an bring to big grill area whee grillers cook yor food in front of you. I createdth tastiest burger everhad with a chipotle sauce. Also had eggplant and pasta in an sauce. It is all you can eat. So creatd two hot dishes and made my own salad.
What mahes this place fun (a very fun place t eat) is a combination of picking your foods and spices and watching grillers who truly have fn grilling te food a the with te cstomers. I loved my creation and the fun. And the price is right. Cons. Very dark lightng. A bit noisy. Wait Service in minimal at busy times. Nothing intimate here. A fun place. Not a serious atmosphere.

We were running late for our reservation and I called to say we would be 10 minutes late. We were there to celebrate my daughters 16th bday. I dropped all of the kids off , including my adult 23 year old and they would not seat them til I arrived. I really thought this was not good customer service. When I did arrive, we had to wait an additional 30 minutes for our table.
The ladies room was absolutely disgusting too.

I got a call to confirm reservations for 10 I clearly said that it could be 10 more or less.. They responded no problem just let us know how many when you come.. When 5 people showed up the manager said they could not seat us until more people came at 8:04 we had 9 people total and the manager said we dont seat when you are 30 mins passed out reservation.. Even though I told them not all 10 people may show up and the resturant.. Also this is at 8:04 the restauran would still be open for another 2 hours and the traffic was not too busy as one of the waiters said they were not sure why the manager was being so crude when the table were already set up.... When we suggested maybe we should just go to Jillian's or King's only then did the manager let us be seated..
If I tell more or less during the confrimation and you say no problem do switch the rules..
The heavy set female manager ,with the short blonde hair was so rude and unfriendly.. The waiters and other staff werr great!! But she almost ruined my parties experience ...there was another table to thr left of my group that had the same experience ....

I brought my entire family here for a birthday dinner. First off the prices which are advertised online are not correct. Online it says children under 11 are free, that's not true. Also adults dinner is a dollar more than the online website information. Our table was dirty and even though we had a reservation we were taking napkins and cleaning off the crud on the seats and table, yuck. Our server was polite but not very engaging, he did however regularly refill our drinks. The music was so loud it was way too loud for a restaurant. The whole place is sort of dirty which is sad since the decor is rather neat. The food process was fun except for the crowded spots where you bump into people. The cooks did a neat trick once in a while. All in all after paying over 300 dollars for dinner here I would probably not return. The overcharging and hygiene was not good enough for my standards. I would recommend going to a hibachi grill if your looking for a interactive dining experience instead.

All I wanted was soup, but the waitress know what kind they were serving. On my next choice was a cheeseburger but they cooked it too close to the shrimp so it tasted like seafood. I ordered a Conaac on the rocks coke back, they mixed it together and took 15 minutes to fix it.

Great experience but the service sucked. We were sat down and told how to do it , took our drink order and walked off. So we went to the food and did all that got back to our table. No drinks no nothing. Tracked down waitress and got our drinks like 15 minutes into our meal. Never refilled our drinks and the wait for check was as long as the wait for our drinks.

The experience was ok. There were lines of people at certain areas where it didn't have to be any. Just a lot of inexperienced diners just trying to figure everything out. People were just crowded around the grill area, and people cutting. It would be much better when it's not so busy on a Saturday night, or they figure out a way to get the people moving along.

It was really good food and a lot of fun. There were lots of options as to what to get for food. My only complaint would be that the waiters came by very infrequently and were hard to find. Our waiter did not come over originally for over 10 minutes.

Always a fun restaurant - little noisy, interesting selection, entertaining cooking process. Downsides are they get packed FAST, which means a long wait to get food cooked (>20min standing in a line around the cook top). Have brought children (toddlers and younger) a few times. Bathrooms have a changing station, but the atmosphere is not great for kids. Food selection is fun, and ice cream topping bar is nice, but long food wait times and minimal kid-friendly foods (no real finger foods or fruit assortment)

I'm concerned about the food sanitation and way the food is stored in the ice. When choosing meats, people have to reach across one raw meat to reach another and in doing so, sometimes food drops from the tongs in the other meat. I think the bar needs to be redesigned so people do not have to reach across. Consider a layout to the old Piccadilly restaurants or golden corral. The food was ok.

We had a reservation for eight on a Saturday late afternoon and it was a bit on the noisier side but that didn't stop us, we had such a good time and the food was amazing! Thank you for your great service trust me we already love this place and we didn't think we could love it more!

Started off downstairs. Food left on table and bartenders ignored clearing table. Drinks were served with too much ice. Upstairs, waiter was attentive for 45 minutes and then we grabbed anyone to serve us. Selection of foods were good and preparation was adequate. Server asked my 9 year old grandson if he wanted ice cream and brought him one. Low and behold an ice cream sundae was charged on the bill.

The number of food choices and possible combinations was a bit overwhelming at first but we had a great time trying to make a decision on what we would try for our first visit to this unique restaurant ! Already planning to bring a group of friends to Fire + Ice the next time we are in Boston. Our server was very friendly and full of energy ..lots of fun watching the chefs at the grill.

This place was awful! The food was horrible- the salad bar had wilted lettuce and watery vegetables. 3 of us got sick that night! There was food all over the floors, everything looked dirty. Our server led us to believe the ice cream sundaes were included with our all you can eat meal... It was not! Extra $10! Our server was never around when we needed her. When the bill finally came, she charged us for a whole other person saying "oh oops". She was extremely rude and offensive when we were having issues with one of our parties credit cards. We work in the service industry and have never seen anyone treat the guests that way. Not ok and we will never go back!
