We always enjoy the food and service. The fillet mignon is always perfectly done, and the ample side dishes (each enough for two) offer a great variety for parties of four or more. A well-stocked bar provides drinks to complement the meal, and there is an extensive wine list. Definitely an upscale restaurant, but not stuffy or formal feeling. Servers are friendly and knowledgeable. Team serving assures all dishes arrive at table at the same time.

Every restaurant has an off night and Saturday was the one for Del Friso's. The pace of being greeted by the server, drink service, food ordering and delivery of food was at best their C game. I had a craving for a Brandy Old Fashion and this was a bad choice, I should have waited until I was in Wisconsin where they are the best. As usual no manager visited our table even though Del Frisco's asks this question in their survey. This is my first negative review for this restaurant but they did not have their act together.

Our dining experience was influenced negatively by receiving a bad bottle of wine. At $125 we expected a quality bottle of wine. Our wine was filled with material floating at the top of the bottle . It was not cork. Our server was good but put off after we complained about the wine. The steaks were delicious.

I have diet limitations and there were no potato or side options as all have either cream cheese or bacon in them. They used to have skillet potatoes which I could have but no longer on menu. We did see a couple with French fries which is not in menu but they said they can make them on request so I asked if they would make the skillet potatoes as a special request they replied NO. ??????

The food was really good, the service was slow, they forgot bread, then forgot bread plates. We sat after we were done eating with finished plates for a while before they cleared the table. The noise level was high, I could not hear the person across the booth from me because of noise.

Had a wonderful experience even though one of the filet mignon steaks had to be returned because it had a tendon running through it. They comped it though and the manager came by the table to apologize. Our waiter, Sasha, was experienced, professional, knowledgable and very friendly. There are many areas to dine in at the restaurant, including a beautiful wine cellar that is intimate, less formal, and would be great for small parties. There's also a third floor which I didn't get to see.

Our party of 9 fit perfectly at a round table, cozy and intimate. It was a lovely evening (my birthday). The food was outstanding. And what a wine list! It took me 20 minutes to read through it! I especially liked how the servers brought each side dish around the table to offer each person some. Our server was Terrell (hope I spelled that right) and he was awesome! We plan to be back for our company Christmas party and I can't wait!

On vacation from UK booked through top table - no box for requests - On arrival kept waiting no eye contact from reception staff! Lead all way thro restaurant to a back table - past booths & much better empty tables -! To a table in a corridor which had waiters rushing /swishing past all thro meal huffing & puffing & groaning - calling to each other about orders! Very disquieting !!! Waitress okay food okay - not up to standard of Ruth's Chris & cost more ! Plus 20 minute wait for main course- After - the "fixins" for the course put in front of us ! On mentioning the delay we were offered free desserts - which we declined - We had travelled all through North Carolina & visited lots of upscale restaurants & this was the worst for welcome - food - & atmosphere & very expensive for the treatment we got ! Should have left after the table allocation will learn from this experience ! 👎☹️

The food and service were outstanding. Two areas for improvement: (1) waiting for 30 minutes when you have a reservation is not acceptable. A wait longer than 15 minutes should be an exception, and when this occurs, you may want to consider offering your guest a beverage they can enjoy "on the house" while they wait for their table, (2) our table was seated under an air conditioning vent that periodically dripped water on my head / shoulder. We tried to find the manager after our meal to mention the issue, but were unsuccessful.

Another great meal. Ten of us were celebrating a farewell dinner for a co-worker who is going back to Wisconsin because his consulting contract was over. We all enjoyed the dinner as we always do at Del Fresco's. The only problem was the sides did not come out with the main courses. They comped the sides and desert .
