My chicken parm sandwich was burnt. Wine was very good and enjoyed the music.
Food and service was great. I’m never disappointed by the quality of food and attentiveness of the staff.
Met friends. Way too loud
The place is absolutely beautiful. I have been wanting to dine here for years but never got around to it. Well my family and I decided to celebrate my birthday here. The appetizers were good. But the dinner was less than ok. My salmon was nothing special. My husbands NY strip was all fat. We expect a strip of fat on the outside but not running all throughout. We all had the maahed potatoes which were extremely dry and flavorless. We let the server know and she seemed annoyed that we were dissatisfied. After letting her know twice, she said, "I guess I'll get a manager". The manager was very nice and decided to replace my husband's steak with the penne vodka dish with chicken. Well they forgot the chicken. They took the steak off the bill which I expected and graciously did not charge for the penne vodka. The chef came out with the steak redone which we appreciated. He was very nice to us and apologized for our experience. Overall, nice place with not very good food or service.
Good food, large variety on the menu, helpful and attentive staff. Good beer selection
First time eating at Corked, overall it was a great experience. Everything was excellent, apps, entree, dessert, drinks! Would highly recommend to friends!
I haven’t been to Corked in a while. It was a half way point for everyone so we chose them. I was a bit disappointed in my meal but everyone else seemed to be fine with theirs. My crab cakes were kind of dry and they were served with steamed broccoli and rice, blah. I can fix steamed broccoli at home. I want something more imaginative when I go out to a nice restaurant. Wow me a bit, I was not wowed.
My husband & I both enjoyed the 3 course special menu. We were very impressed with the quality & quantity of food we received for $28. each.
It’s been awhile since we’ve been there. I was slightly disappointed to see there wasn’t the different pour options available for wine choices.
We will definitely return sooner than later. And the Tiramisu was the best I’ve ever had!!
Food was solid, pizza appetizer was great, Caesar salad could have had better dressing and was a truly a side salad with the meal. Salmon was a little dry but my wife did ask for medium well. My beef tips with risotto had good flavor meat was pretty tender. Apple crisp dessert was not the greatest and probably wouldn't recommend it.
Great 21st birthday dinner with my parents :)
My plans were to eat a burger but that took a delightful detour when the menu switched over to Prix fine for Valentine’s Day. I enjoyed all of it: spinach sAlad, chicken with capers and artichoke , and cannoli for dessert . The service was nice , and the final culmination was a fresh flower. Guess I will return for the burger another time since this experience was top rated!
What happened. This place went from
Classy to trashy. Awful
Dinner was VG. Valentines weekend celebration. Ordered off the 3 course dinner menu. For the choices and price you can't go wrong. Everything was delicious.
We had a great date night. Food was really good and big portions. Cocktails we great, but beer seemed to be off, husband didn’t believe he was given the right beer when ordered. Otherwise a great time.
Cuisine was pretty good although our bread must have been several days old.
Atmosphere was very noisy but energetic as you refer to it.
Maybe you could use one room without wide screen TV's for a more quiet/ reserved atmosphere for business or "special occasion" outings?
Just my thoughts.
This was where me and my fiance went on our first date and we relived our experience for my birthday this year .. I absolutely love thisbplace the food is amazing the staff was extremely friendly and the environment is very classy and laid back.
They should try seasoning the food sometime. Server was quite good. The noise level has gotten better since the first time we dined there.
Great food however server inattentive at times.
She should watch her verbiage calling customers “love” and “hun”.
It was our first time there and we loved it! Our waitress was awesome and the food was delicious. Will definitely go back!
The food was very good and the service was great. It was my birthday and they brought out a dessert with a huge candle to celebrate. We had a really nice dinner. We will definitely be back.
It would have been nice to know that hostess would be communicating through text message instead of directly speaking to us. I was very confused when I got a message saying that our table was ready when the hostess was standing 4 feet infront of us. She could’ve said, your table is ready instead of doing it through messaging.
Service was great. Very knowledgeable about the menu when we had questions. The appetizers were delicious but the entrees were okay but for the price of the drinks and food I wouldn’t go back again for dinner.
Good food.. good service .. I’ll be back again
My husband and I would go to Corked for our anniversary, birthdays and special occasions. It was our favorite place to eat in the Lehigh Valley. Now that they switched from fine dining to the Applebee's feel, I would not drive out of my way to go there anymore. The restaurant is beautiful, but it is no where near fine dining. It is pub food and the go-go room really took the elegance out of the place. We are very disappointed. Please go back to fine dining!!!
Very very Loud can barely hear yourself talk.Slow Service. Very expensive for the portions you get. There was a hair in my French onion soup, got another one but manager did not even come over to apologize or take it off the bill. UNBELIEVABLE Wife’s meal was so salty she couldn’t even eat it. Will not be returning very displeased with this place. Way over priced for a *bar setting* it was my wife’s birthday and I noted that in the reservation but nothing was acknowledged. Expected a lot more of this place. If you are looking for a fine dine don’t come here. Expect to be disappointed.
I have been to Corked many times, especially before becoming a "sports bar". It was normally very good.
This weekend we took our good friends there for their wedding engagement dinner. The young lady ordered salmon & it came out under-cooked twice. Needless to say, she did not have a dinner that night.
It was very disappointing & the manager was too busy to address the problem.
We went with a group of friends. Downtown Bethlehem is so pretty. We had a great time. Place is beautiful and cozy. I had the French Onion Soup and it was to die for. I order that soup everywhere I go and by far the best. Everyone else enjoyed their meals.
Will be going back soon.
Eh. It was okay but not worth the price. I won’t be back
Joel was a great server, extremely professional. I brought a family member in for a special occasion dinner. We had 3 courses plus dessert and everything was nicely presented and fantastically tasty. Blood orange manhattan rocked, compliments to the bar and to Chef Allen on the crab cakes. The tiramisu was shockingly good. Thank you, Corked.
We went to Corked to celebrate a birthday based on a recommendation from friends. We walked in and had to greet the hostess instead of the other way around. The service was decent and the food was good. The drinks were not well made and could not be exchanged for a different drink when we stated they were too strong. We had to order something different if we didn't like what we ordered initially. When booking the reservation online it was noted that there was someone with a birthday in the group. This was not acknowledged by the hostess or restaurant waitstaff. When dining at other restaurants the same notation was made using reservations on OpenTable and those other places were sure to find out who was celebrating the birthday and make sure dessert included a candle. It is those small things that sometimes brings people back to restaurants and would have made the experience much better.
The restaurant itself it beautiful on the inside. Our server was very good and was very quick to come over and take our drink orders. The food came out very quickly as well and was hot.
It was quite noisy at times but there was a big group near us.
My mom and I loved this restaurant. The service and food were wonderful and the setting was really cute.
Birthday dinner. Went well. Brought free dessert.
If I didn't go to Corked when it first opened up years ago, perhaps my expectations wouldn't be as high. My 1st time going there was fantastic, as they modeled their business to be a high end restaurant. 1-2 years later I went for a holiday lunch with my staff, and I thought it was still pretty good, although the menu wasn't as unique as my first time. This latest visit this year was a total 360. The menu has completely changed and is more basic. I had a hard time finding something I liked on it. My daughter ordered a chicken and pasta entree that looked like it could have come from Olive Garden. She took a few bites and we took it home. The service was lackluster as they don't clear salad plates or appetizer plates before your entrees, or clear old cocktail glasses and drinks before replacing a new one. Our steaks were very plain and the quality of meat was not so good, and of course overcooked. The vibe at Corked is definitely different, as they now have a nightclub after hours. I heard they intentionally changed their menu and made it more simple and affordable. Unfortunately this will be my last time coming here.
We have eaten at this restaurant in the past and had good experiences. This was not one of those times. Unfortunately, it appears the proprietors are seeking to change the ambiance to a sports bar. We have no interest in traveling to this area for that, so we will not be returning.
Also, the food was mediocre and the "shareables" were of small portions.
This was the first time my husband and I went to Cork. The food was very very good the appetizers we had were mussels and clams in a red sauce they were excellent and we also had a vegetable eggroll which was also quite tasty!!!! Our main entrées were the shrimp with vegetables and linguine in a white lemon butter sauce which was very very good and came to our table nice and hot !
My husband had a salad of arugula and he put a piece of salmon on top there were tomatoes and I believe goat cheese and some other delightful things in it I can't remember what but he normally eats everything and this time he left a little because he was stuffed but he loved it! has been had a salad of arugula and he put a piece of salmon on top there were tomatoes and I believe goat cheese and some other delightful Vegetables in it. He left a little at the end because he was so stuffed up but it was wonderful he said
Our waitress was absolutely fabulous. She was very efficient, friendly and accommodating. She came to ask us if we needed anything often enough but was in no way an annoyance to our evening She went out of her way to make us feel welcome ,like we were special guests !! I have to say I'm sorry I don't remember her name but I'd like to give her five stars for her professionalism, efficiency and overall wonderful treatment of us. Thank you!!!
The only negative of our visit was it was so cold outside and we understand but it was a bit drafty and it was kind of cold while we were eating but I don't know if the scenario would've been any different at any other place being the weather was so harsh !
Overall I give this place foreign a half stars the drafting this being the only reason why I wouldn't give it five because the food was excellent and the service was excellent we will be back !!!!!
We went for dinner on New Year's Eve and had a great time. Our server Colin was attentive and relaxed with our rather slow pace.Food as usual was very good. We were there for several hours and never felt rushed. Overall a very good experience!
Our waiter was great and very apologetic because they were out of what we wanted to order. The food was not what I expected for a high end restaurant. We were there before and it was much better. It was New Year’s Eve and very dissatisfied with the food.
We enjoyed the food although we would have been happier if you didn’t run out of the brisket. The music was way too loud. We could hardly hear each other.
Great food and amazing service. We ordered the bruschetta as an appetizer and the flavors were delicious. My husband ordered the salmon with risotto. The portion was generous and the risotto was out of this world. I kept stealing some off of his plate! I ordered a salad with sundried tomatoes, artichokes and other veggies with a light lemon viniagrette. I loved it. The drinks were delicious. I ordered the double chocolate martini and my husband ordered a beer. We ordered the peanut butter cake for dessert. That is a 5 star dessert. Our waitress was the best waitress I have ever had. She was very attentive and an absolute delight. The ambiance of the restaurant was very nice. My only issue was the upkeep. The cushion on the seating area was ripped in several places and not attached to the wall. The hostess happily put us in another seat. Some of the lightbulbs were out which I feel should be checked daily to maintain upkeep. We will definitely be coming back!
Great as always. But did not have horseradish for the Bloody Mary. Seemed odd no horseradish in the restaurant. But was good anyway!
